About: Growing up my family always had at least 3 dogs at a time. So a true home isn't a home unless animals are present! I love all animals, but allergic to cats, so truly only open to dog sitting and dog walking. Being an experienced dog owner, I know how it feels to never want to leave your pet at home as I prefer bringing them along on the adventure. (Car rides, hiking, pet friendly resturants, dog parks etc.) I have over 20 years of experience caring for dogs and currently have a 1.5 year old cockapoo named Ranger. Additionally I find joy in helping others care for theirs! My husband and I live in Des Moines, Iowa. I've worked fully remote for over 3 years now and have flexibility to walk your dogs throughout the day or stay with them should you be out of town! When dog sitting or walking, I personally like to know the animals routine and what they enjoy/what they should be staying away from so while the family is out they can rest assured. We own a dog friendly house with fenced in yard, but my preference is to stay with the animal in the environment they are used to, to reduce any stress.

About: I love animals. I've had cats and cared for them for 20+ years and also have had dogs. I currently take care of Macy who is a 13 year old mutt - probably some standard schnauzer in her. She is the light of my life! I'd love to meet your pets and give them the best care possible! I take care of my own animal during the week and have a Full Time job. I'm looking for pet sitting on the weekends - Friday after 5pm to Sunday, 5pm. I live in an apartment and won't be offering pet boarding.
