But Kevin and Dio made the entire experience incredibly smooth and reassuring. From the first meet & greet, it was clear that Kevin and Dio are dog people and we all felt comfortable. When I dropped Kali off prior to our trip out of town, I felt confident Kali was in great hands. Kevin and Dio were communicative, kind, and thoughtful—sending me regular updates and photos of Kali throughout her stay. I really appreciated them letting me know how Kali was handling the fireworks, since loud noises make her anxious. It gave me peace of mind knowing they were paying close attention to her comfort and well-being. Kali also got to spend time with Kevin & Dio's two amazing dogs. Their dogs were not only great companions, but also clearly helped Kali feel more at ease. It’s clear that Kevin and Dio are true dog lovers, and they created a warm, welcoming home for both their own pups and for mine. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again and highly recommend their boarding services!”
