“Meredith is amazing! She took such great care of our pup. We could tell from the minute we met with her that she would be responsible and attentive to our girl. Grateful we found such a gem of a Rover! Will definitely be using her again.”

“Dylhan was warm and welcoming, and treated Joey with genuine care. Her home is clean and comfortable, and Joey was happy and relaxed. I won’t hesitate to go back to her if we need her to watch Joey.”

“Cannot recommend Erin and Cory enough. My first Rover experience and they made me feel so at ease. Perfect yard set up complete with pool, sticks to eat (ha), and a time out/shy dog separate area. They managed outdoor play time with rest breaks to manage the dogs in the heat. Play supervised but dogs allowed to romp. My mini golden doodle came home loved on, exhausted, and happy. They have such positive great energy the dogs respond to. Was a fantastic experience”

I’m a stay at home mother with a child and a toddler. I love dogs and can give them the attention required. Our dogs are friendly and my kids are great with animals and any limitations they may have. I’ve watched senior dogs, energetic dogs, and puppies. Everyone is welcome ❤️ My children and I take our dogs for a 2-3 mile walk around our neighborhood. Weather depending our dogs will run errands with us too. They aren’t just our dogs they are our family. I have a large fenced yard for your dog to run in. My children love playing outside with the dogs. We have crates but I do not use them unless absolutely needed. Got a dog that sheds a lot? No problem, I own three vacuums and clean daily!

“We decided last minute to try to drop off our dog at daycare so that we could go on a bike ride across town. Even though we messaged her in the morning she got right back to us! We dropped Nebula off and picked her up later that day when we were done. Such an easy process. And you can tell Carina has a heart for dogs so we felt really good about leaving our sweet baby with her.”

“Staci was amazing even being short notice she messaged me and said yes she will take my dogs for the day. She sent pics of my babies playing. She treated them as if they were her babies. She is very sweet lady and my dog and puppy got along great with her dog and puppy. My puppy was wore out when he got home. Will use her again.”

About: I am only taking requests for those who have super senior dogs, those with medical needs or those needing special care. Please look for other sitters if you need care for young or active dogs (unless you have a Westie then perhaps you can sweet talk me into dog care). This is a labor of love I give to others who have special needs dogs like I have. Examples of dogs which I will sit: - Senior dogs with incontinence issues, vision issues, reduced hearing, pills, eye drops, etc - Younger dogs with health issues such as diabetes, epilepsy, anxiety. Dogs must be well mannered without aggression issues. Owners are required to 1. Do perimeter check of the yard for security and provide guidance if their dog needs special security procedures. 2. Provide detailed instructions on dog's daily care. Label medications clearly with administration information. 3. Provide crate, potty pads, belly bands or such, if needed for incontinence. 4. Agree to daily check in phone calls or messages. If you need someone to watch your dog for just a few hours on a single day, contact me and I can adjust the dog daycare rate to accommodate a shorter period of time. If your dog is young, active or large, please contact other sitters as this house is not set up for such. This is a quiet, calm, structured house that works well for seniors. If you have a SMALL, young puppy we might consider care for a few hours or days. I work from home, have a fenced in yard and pet door for dogs under 30 pounds. If your dog is able, I also go on daily dog walks. Dogs are able to sleep in the bedroom either in their crate or on a bed provided by the owner. If your dog needs a bathroom break during the night, I am able to take them out once/night on leash in the back yard. If I am not at home, your dog will be gated in a room or crated (crate provided by you) depending on what they are accustomed to. If your dog is not able to walk on hardwood floors (slippery), additional rugs will be placed to make it easier for them. There are rugs both inside and outside doors to help older dogs navigate going in and out. Dogs are fed separately. Visiting dogs are kept separated from resident at the beginning until everyone adjusts then are allowed to meet face to face. Visiting dogs are not left along with resident dogs unattended.

About: I’ve always had dogs! I would love to keep them in my life, but recognize that having one full time wouldn’t be fair to them! This feels like a wonderful compromise! I work part time from home so I have plenty of extra time to care for your pets. I have a fenced in yard that is great for dogs, and a personal goal to get more steps in so walks are always an added bonus! I follow your lead and try to reflect care/ scheduling as best as I can to match yours. My yard is fenced, no other pets or humans in the home so your pet would get all the attention!

Kristina G.Star Sitter
“I traveled to visit a friend in Boise, I took my 13 year old westie. She was in fair health but had never been in a boarding kennel. My friend & I planned an overnite out of Boise that did not take dogs. My friend suggested Kristina. She cared for my westie for 3-days and 2-nights. I saw the care and concern to keep my girl on her feeding & potty schedule. I also saw how she was with 2 other elderly small dogs. One on daily medication. I will continue to use her services when I am in Boise.”

Remi-Mae R.
“Remi is extremely responsible, respectful and accountable. If she says she is going to show up, she will. What I appreciate about Remi is her willingness to follow my pets’ routine keeping them on the schedule I prefer. She very kind, caring, and has great communication.”
