Friends and family have trusted me to check in on their dogs, let them outside, feed them, play with them, and make sure they’re comfortable while they’re away. I’m dependable, active, and attentive, and I understand how important it is to know your dog and pets are safe and being well cared for when you can’t be there. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine and any specific instructions you provide. I’ll treat your pet and your home with the same care and respect I would expect for my own. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to provide dependable care throughout the week and on weekends. I’m available for drop-in visits, walks, and scheduled pet care, and I’ll do my best to accommodate the routine your pet is already comfortable with. When caring for a pet in your home, I’ll follow your instructions closely, respect your home, and keep your pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos so you know your pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I have been in the veterinary medicine field for about 4 years now between working in small animal and large animal clinics over the years as well as through school at Michigan State University. I have been trained to minister care for all cats/dogs of all breeds/sizes. If your pet has any health issues such as diabetes or has hit senior years, no worries! New puppy paws running around? Glad to be of assistance to help them learn better manners and play til the nap! I am a full time Veterinary Technician at a local veterinary hospital in Kalamazoo. My schedule is a typical “8-5” job and have an 1 hr break for lunch during that time. I can be very flexible since I have some free days during the week and can provide care for your pets around my schedule. I’m free most weekends but work from 8-2 on some Saturdays. Since I am not able to keep your pets in my home due to space, I will treat your home with all respect. If you have places and boundaries that are set, they will be followed accordingly. If your pet or myself makes a mess, it will be cleaned up immediately! I have a pet cleaner machine and products to get pet stains out in a jiffy!
