About: I have recent hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and temperaments in professional settings. I also have a lifetime of experience as a dog and cat owner and lover! As a doggy daycare employee, I've safely managed groups of dogs in daycare, supervised structured play, monitored body language to prevent conflicts, and provided individualized care based on each dog's needs and personality. I also work as a dog handler for a professional goose management company, where I handle border collies in outdoor environments while maintaining focus, safety, and reliable leash skills around wildlife, distractions, and changing conditions. This work has strengthened my confidence handling energetic working dogs in public spaces. My schedule is generally very flexible! I do have a few shorter recurring commitments during the weekdays, but I have availability before and after them, as well as on evenings and weekends. I always try to keep pets on the routine they're most comfortable with. Whether I'm in your home or caring for your pet during a walk or drop-in visit, I'll follow your instructions for feeding, medications, potty breaks, exercise, and any special needs or preferences. I believe consistency helps pets feel safe and relaxed while you're away. My professional experience in dog daycare has taught me to pay close attention to body language, energy levels, and individual personalities. Some dogs want to play nonstop, while others just want a calm companion and a good walk. I'm comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and I'll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, enrichment, and affection while also keeping safety my top priority. I'll also send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands.

About: Hi, my name is Bee and I have a huge love of all animal (and bug!!) species - big, small, furry, scaled, or even venomous - I love ‘em all! I have volunteered at several pet shelters and wildlife rehabilitation centers here in Toledo, Monroe, and in the Cincinnati area. I have had my own pets that I’ve had responsibility for since the age of 14 and have experience with handling senior animals through them, and now own 3 Maine Coons of my own, so I also understand handling some giant beasts! I am comfortable administrating medications as long as instructions are clear and defined, as well as any other necessities for medical well-being. As long as communication is open and clear between us humans, then I will provide the best services I possibly can to your best friend / fur baby / employee / squatter ! I am currently exploring my passions through volunteer work in the community, thus I have a flexible schedule. As long as I have a somewhat notice of time, I should be able to fit you in! I am a volunteer at organizations such as Imagination Station, Metroparks, Red Cross, The Toledo Zoo, and many more! My passion really is making the community a more accessible and better experience for all cultures and people. I would love to help in the aide of pet care as well!

About: I had pets my whole life growing up (cats and dogs at the same time), currently haven’t a cat, and watch my families pets when they are out of town. I am reliable and can handle any situation that comes up. I work full time but I am able to work from home half the week so this allows me to be flexible with my pet sitting. I have a huge fenced in back yard, I treat every animal like my own as well. Additionally, I always respect other people’s homes.

About: I have had both dogs and cats in my life and I currently have 3 cats; Olive, Theo and Addy. I look forward to getting to know your little buddies and forming a relationship that offers the fun and familiarity that matters so much when your people are away. I recently finished my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and am doing some petsitting while I look for a permanent position. I will likely keep doing it in some capacity once I find one, just because I really enjoy meeting new furry friends :) I cannot offer boarding currently, however, I am happy to visit your pets in your home or take them out for a walk. I love to give pets the attention they deserve and form a new friendship with each creature I have the privilege of caring for.

“Abbey took care of our three family cats while we were on vacation in Florida for nine days, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Before we left, I was very worried about being away from them because our cats are such an important part of our family. Abbey made it so much easier for us to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing they were in such good hands. She communicated exceptionally well, providing updates after every visit along with pictures and videos of our cats. Seeing them and knowing how they were doing gave us tremendous peace of mind. She also kept their litter boxes clean, made sure they had fresh water and their food was full, made sure they had treats, and clearly gave them plenty of attention and care. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond. We have an outdoor cat who would greet her every day and was always very vocal when she arrived. One day he didn't show up when she arrived. Concerned, Abbey spent time looking around for him but couldn't find him. Even though she wasn't scheduled to come the next day, she returned the next day specifically to check on him. Thankfully, he was there waiting to greet her, and knowing that she cared enough to come back and make sure he was okay meant so much to us.   Abbey is kind, dependable, caring, and truly treats your pets as if they were her own. We would absolutely use her again for future vacations and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust to care for their cats. She is wonderful! 🐾❤️”
