Abbey made it so much easier for us to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing they were in such good hands. She communicated exceptionally well, providing updates after every visit along with pictures and videos of our cats. Seeing them and knowing how they were doing gave us tremendous peace of mind. She also kept their litter boxes clean, made sure they had fresh water and their food was full, made sure they had treats, and clearly gave them plenty of attention and care. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond. We have an outdoor cat who would greet her every day and was always very vocal when she arrived. One day he didn't show up when she arrived. Concerned, Abbey spent time looking around for him but couldn't find him. Even though she wasn't scheduled to come the next day, she returned the next day specifically to check on him. Thankfully, he was there waiting to greet her, and knowing that she cared enough to come back and make sure he was okay meant so much to us.   Abbey is kind, dependable, caring, and truly treats your pets as if they were her own. We would absolutely use her again for future vacations and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust to care for their cats. She is wonderful! 🐾❤️”
