About: Hi! My name is Abby and I am 36 years old. I work from home Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm. I have been watching pets since I was a kid! My uncle next door had a dog who had 3 litters of golden retriever mixes. I helped him raise and take care of them. In college, I was a nanny for a family with a lab and black cat. When they were out of town I took care of their pets. I nannied for a second family a few years later and babysat their golden retriever, bunny, and 2 persian cats when they would go on vacation as well. At times I would also babysit my sister’s chihuahua mix overnight. I had two cats for about 10 years.I also own two sugar gliders. I have a miniature pincher mix, she is the friendliest dog and gets along with any dog or person. Couch potato all day kind of dog but loves to go play with other dogs at the dog park. Pets and children are my specialty. I love all animals even if I am allergic to most of them :). I work from home mon-fri 7am-3pm. My dog gets me out of the house and if she has a friend to walk with or visit, it would be a fun playdate for her as well! I have given meds to both my cats since they are seniors. My sister’s dog had pills she had to take as well, which i would do when i babysat her. I am pretty easy going with what i need to do for who ever asks me to watch their pets because I care about what they need. I am the girl at a friends house playing with their cat and dog most of the time.

About: I’ve taken care of every kind and size of dogs and cats. Being in the healthy care field I’ve learned a lot about medications so I feel comfortable administering meds to senior dogs if needed. Neighbors and friends have relied on me for the past 10 years to walk, feed, and bathe their pets while they were away. I’m currently in graduate school but in my last semester so I have plenty of free time to walk and watch your pets anytime you need! My landlord does not allow pets in the house but I am more than happy to watch your dogs and cats in the clients home. I am a very active individual who loves to run, walk, and hike so your animals are bound to get lots of exercise if you book me! sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
