About: About Me Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a house full of animals—sometimes five dogs at once, ranging from a St. Bernard to Chihuahuas, along with pot-bellied pigs, macaw parrots, hamsters, bunnies, cats, finches, and plenty more. Needless to say, caring for animals has always been second nature to me! I was also a vet tech in college, which gave me hands-on experience caring for animals and a deeper understanding of their health, safety, and individual needs. Most recently, I became an approved foster home with Sandy Paws, which has been incredibly rewarding. My home currently includes quite the crew: Barbara Ann, my Persian cat; Pearl and Mabel, my two Boston Terriers; Taco, my bearded dragon; and Dunkin, my Polish Dwarf rabbit. I even have a koi pond! When your pet stays with me, their safety comes first. Dogs are on a leash 100% of the time when outside, and our cat never go outdoors. I also have a dedicated, private area where a dog can eat if they prefer to have their own space. I am happy to follow your pup’s exact feeding schedule and will stick closely to your instructions, including meal times, portions, medications, treats, or any other routine that helps them feel comfortable. I also take cleanliness seriously. I have a dedicated pet shower on my lower level, so after a fun stay, I can make sure your pup heads home happy, fresh, clean and squeaky clean! For the safety and comfort of every pet in my home, I do require a meet-and-greet before confirming a stay. This gives me a chance to meet you and your pup, learn about their personality and routine, answer any questions, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. My home is truly a place where animals are loved, cared for and treated like family. I know how difficult it can be to leave your pet with someone else, and my goal is to give you complete peace of mind while they’re with me. It is really the best part of my day, every day! All of my pets are on a schedule that I know like the back of our paws. Upon waking up I take turns letting the dogs outside, feeding them, giving fresh water and then play time. My cat likes to tell me that it is feeding time so I follow her to the dish. I am not fenced so I make sure ALL dogs are 100% leashed when going outside. I have a very large yard for playing and a very private driveway and street to walk them. My house is a safe space for all of the animals to free roam but also have privacy when they need it. The downstairs bathroom has my "pet spa" and then the laundry room is filled with light and a linoleum floor in case any accidents or spills happen. I can feed the animal in there as well. If I am visiting your fur baby in your home, I will treat your house with as much love and respect as I do my own.

About: I have pet-sat for friends and neighbors for several years. I’m comfortable with walks, feedings, and making sure each pet gets plenty of love and playtime. I focus on keeping pets happy and comfortable while maintaining their normal routines. I am currently home during the day with a flexible schedule. I love getting out for fresh air and exercise. I only care for one pet family at a time so I am a perfect option for dogs that don’t get along well with other dogs or prefer to be the main attraction. Getting the opportunity to walk, play and meet your fur babies needs would brighten my day! Safety is my top priority. With your dog being my only guest I can give ensure they get personalized attention. I never leave dogs unattended outside or off-leash in unfenced areas. I am familiar with dog body language and know how to handle dogs of all sizes safely.

About: Hello! My name is Kaylia. I consider myself a bit of a “Snow White” when it comes to pets. I always bond with them really well. I have 2 cats and a dog myself. I’m always the first person that my family friends turn to when their furry friends need to be looked after. I have years of experience for caring and looking after dogs and wanted to bring my love for animals over to Rover! I’ve looked after dogs of all sizes so I’m willing and able, no matter the size of the pup. I’m so so excited to meet you and your pet!

About: Hi! Thank you for considering me for all your dogs needs. I have been a foster mom for a non-profit organization for over 2 years and a blessed pet owner for over 10 years. I have had over 30 fosters in our home and provide them with everything, they need until they find their forever home. I am a stay at home mom with school aged children so I now have the time to do something for me. I enjoy being outside and active, I walk our pack, buster and penny, in the rain, snow, or shine. fur is my favorite accessory :) I understand how hard it is to leave your loved pet with a stranger but rest assured, I will be your best friends, new friend.

About: I’ve owned pets my whole life, I have experience with dogs, cats, and even experience with some exotic pets as well!! I currently own 2 guinea pigs of my own. I’m currently working a part time job however that doesn’t stop me from being able to provide for you and your pets! Feel free to reach out so I can give you my schedule. I know that everyone has different rules/regulations for how they want their pets handled in their home, so I’m always happy to take the time to meet with or speak to you about boundaries for you and your fur babies!

About: I love to walk, but it's more fun with a dog in tow! I grew up with dogs, but I started boarding, pet-sitting, and walking dogs for friends and coworkers in college and I loved helping owners care for their pets. I have experience caring for senior dogs with medical needs, large breeds with higher exercise needs, and puppies. I have experience walking dogs that are aggressive towards other pets as well. If your pet needs more exercise than your busy schedule allows, I'm your girl! Just reach out and let's get your pup walked! I work as a seasonal biologist and I'm looking to take on some pet care during the off-season. I'm very flexible at the moment and can work around your busy schedule! You can rest assured I will care for your pet like they are my own! I feel passionately about letting dogs enjoy their walks, i.e. letting them sniff! No dragging along here. I am happy to cater to your pet's needs, whether they are dietary or behavioral. Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate boarding at this time.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have been pet sitting regularly for the past four years for three wonderful families! I have experience from energetic labs to mellow mixed-breeds dogs and cats! I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, administering basic routines, and giving lots of love and attention! As someone who loves being outdoors, I enjoy long walks and making sure dogs get plenty of movement and adventure. I know every pet has a unique personality, and I strive to get to know their quirks to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos (as much or as little as you prefer) so you can have peace of mind but also know your pet is in good hands. 😇 I'm currently working as a server, so my schedule can be very flexible and I can typically request time off to make time for your pets! I can care for your pet in your home! I feel this is most comfortable for pets as opposed to getting to know a new person and environment simultaneously.

About: I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! Growing up in an animal-loving household allowed me to learn about pets and how to tend to their needs. I have been volunteering at a local animal shelter of mine for over 2 years now. Since then, I’ve experience all kinds of personalities and needs that a dog or cat may have. I also have consistently dog-walked and sitted for about 3 years. With that being said, I’m comfortable around all dogs and can adapt in order to give your animal the care it needs. I also have pets, 3 dogs and 5 cats- 1 of which is my own, Arlo, who is a Great Pyr/Boxer mix! When I come to walk your pup, I will dedicate my time to giving them a great outing full of sniffs, getting energy out, and tons of love! I work most mornings, and sometimes evenings, as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. With the way my work schedule is, it allows me to help those who can’t be there for their furry friends midday! With how many pets I have and animals I’ve cared for at the shelter I volunteer at, I know every pets needs are different. I’d love to get to know your pup through our walks and be a friend to them while you are away. Some dogs on walks love to stop and smell the roses, and others are on a mission and I’m here for both!

About: I have had pets my whole life and currently have a 14-year-old Havanese named Penny who I adore. I am very reliable, on time and caring. I work full time Mon-Thurs and am available Friday, Saturday and Sunday for dog walking, over night care or boarding.. also can run pet related errands. I can care for your pet either in my home or yours. I am very flexible and reliable. My home is on an acre of land.

About: I have been surrounded by cats and dogs my whole life and have always been involved with there upbringing and care , Whether we’re taking walks in the woods playing in the back or just hanging on the couch cuddling and watching a movie they have always been treated like part of our family and yours will be too. I currently work part time from 10:30-5 3 days a week so I’m available to help with your animals before work or right after work I can also pet sit in my home and they would have free range of our house Our pets in our home have always been free to do what they please our house is wide open with a fenced in back yard that has a screen door that they can access to go out when they please .

About: ***please only serious booking requests*** There have been a lot of last minute cancelations by pet owners. I am a female in her 30’s who just moved to the area and has had experience with caring for dogs and animals back near my hometown. In the past I have dog-sat my sisters 2 cockapoos for 6 or more years as she traveled for work. Through Rover I have been able to book many sittings and walks over the last 8-10 years. I have done drop ins to feed both cats and dogs and am comfortable with both. I am very respectful of the clients home and strictly follow any protocols put in place. I leave everything in the same order as it was found and make sure the animal is safe. I am currently working part-time and have some flexibility with my schedule. I just moved to the area and am open to mornings, evenings, and weekends and can do my best to work around schedules. I typically care for pets at the client's home rather than my own. My apartment building does not allow pets so I haven't been able to care for pets at my own residence.

About: Hi! I’m Lexi, an experienced pet walker with a lifelong passion for animals. I've grown up with pets and have been caring for others' animals since I was 10. I currently have two dogs and have taken care of pets ranging from puppies to seniors. Your furry friends will be in safe, loving hands with me! I am available almost everyday as long as I have a 3 day notice, as far as staying in home visits I require a 5 day minimum notice! I do not currently offer overnight boarding at my home. I am happy to do overnights in the home of the pet. I am able to do day boarding in my own home with notice.

About: I’ve had dog(s) since before I was born and I try to make sure that they receive adequate back rubs, treats, and outfits in addition to their basic care. As a kid I watched many neighbors dogs while they were on vacation and I am always the first one to fill a food or water bowl At this time I have a wide range of availability to care for dogs in my schedule. I am open to different care options to best meet the dog’s needs I have a fenced in area where my three dogs are able to let themselves in and out via doggy door. They can have as much food as they want as they are feeder fed.

About: Due to my current employment situation, I have lots of schedule flexibility to suit the needs of your animals. I have been caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes since I was young and have done it on a more regular basis over the past 8 years. I have grown up always having dogs and cats so I am extremely familiar with caring for animals. Even the most skeptical dogs quickly trust me for my loving nature. I am always prepared to pay full attention to any animals in my care and to respond to any challenging situations that may come up. I truly love animals and am very excited at the opportunity to help others with the care and support of their furry friends! Your pet’s day will look exactly like it does when you’re with them! I pride myself on helping dogs to keep their routines. I am happy to offer whatever enrichment activities we discuss for your pet such as car rides, dog parks, play dates etc but also understand these are not for every dog so will never do anything we didn’t explicitly clear. I am very adamant about understanding the ways you keep your pet safe at home. I am extremely cautious when coming and going. I keep an eye on all pets in yards, even when they don’t typically require this. In 15 years of dogsitting, I have only had one dog slip away from me and handled it quickly and safely.
