“Katherine did a great job watching all of our animals. She was able to handle multiple days and nights with multiple pets and could handle complex instructions and gave them the best care. Would definately use again”

“Christina did a fantastic job watching the house and dogs! The dogs were well taken care of, all the instructions were followed, and she was very conscientious with respect to watching the house. Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely! Here's a polished version tailored for a testimonial: I never once worried that my girls weren’t safe or being lovingly cared for. It takes a truly special person to look after someone else’s pets with the same devotion as their own—and that’s exactly what we experienced. The peace of mind and genuine care made all the difference.”

“This was our first time using Rover and it was a great experience! Allison took great care of our house and our dog. She was responsive (sent lots of cute photos of our dog), followed the care instructions we left, and left our home in great shape! We are so happy that we found someone trustworthy to watch our dog. We look forward to having Allison stay with our dog in the future. We definitely recommend booking with Allison!”

“Monica was great. Very professional, communicated well, and took great care of the house and our dog. Will definitely be on my list for future sitter or dog walker needs.”

“Yasmin took amazing care of our sweet girl for 5 days. She was meticulous and adjusted to exactly how we needed Juniper cared for. She sent updates every few hours and made me feel at ease being away.”

“They did a nice job with Joey and spent a lot of time with him especially since he is nervous with new people. Took Joey on a bunch of walks which was great. House was clean and taken care of which is much appreciated. Would book again.”

“Aaliyah watched my two cats while we were on vacation. She went above and beyond taking care of them & our home even though my boys put her in some tough & unexpected situations. There were late nights, early mornings, and lots of phone calls & texts messages. I'd definitely book her again if she'd accept me!”

“Raelyn took excellent care of our Lab while we were out of town. She provided lots of updates with pictures and very communicative with us. We have already rebooked her!”

“Andrea stayed at our house and watched the sogs over a ling weekend. She gave us updates on the pets, was on time, met with us before she watched the dogs and asked great queations about their routines. I will for sure use her again if we need a dog or cat sitter.”

“Kayla did amazing taking care of our house and pups! Her pics and updates gave us peace of mind leaving the dogs at home during our trip. We definitely would have her watch them again.”

About: I started in the veterinary field at the age of 15 as a kennel technician and cross trained in the clinic as a veterinary assistant. I then went to school for animal/veterinary science and graduated with valuable skills and education. After school I went into zookeeping where i cared for a variety of taxa including but not limited to carnivores and hoofed animals. After leaving the field and changing careers, I became a foster home for Oh My Dog Rescue based in the Des Moines IA area. As a Retail Manager my schedule is not consistent however I guarantee that I will check on your animals a minimum of twice per day unless otherwise agreed upon. I do best house/petsitting for clients who leave detailed instructions and emergency contacts. I bring structure and high quality care to the table in every home I enter.
“Travis was exceptionally quick to respond and very attentive to my three dogs. Two of my dogs can be hyper and he never once seemed put off by their behaviors. I got photo updates from him without having to ask and he was on time to get to my house before we left out of state. If we needed a sitter again, we’d definitely book with Travis.”

“Stacey takes great care of our dogs. Whether it’s a drop-in visit or house sitting, I never have to worry about them. They always get plenty of pets, play time, and snuggles.”

Shelbi did an amazing job house sitting and caring for our dog. Our dog can be pretty anxious when we’re away, but we felt completely at ease knowing she was in good hands. Shelbi was communicative, reliable, and respectful of our home. We came back to a happy dog and a well-cared-for house. We’d absolutely book with her again!

Christina took great care of my puppy and my house for her week-long stay! She provided frequent updates and cared for my pup as if she was her own. My pup is prone to tummy trouble and gobbling up fabric that she shouldn't, and Christina was diligent to keep things out of reach and attentive to her feeding schedule. She left my house exactly as she found it and even took the trash out and watered my plants. I can't recommend her more highly!

Jane was a wonderful house guest. She treated our dogs like it was a Disney vacation. Sent loads of photos and kept us updated all weekend. She even took this call last minute. We were very thankful to keep our dogs in their home and not boarded. I would recommend Jane and will definitely be booking with her again!

Allison did a fabulous job! She’s great at keeping our pups in their routine while we’re gone and makes sure they get everything they need, along with extra loves. It’s so amazing to come home to content and relaxed puppers, just like we came home from a day at work! Allison asks excellent questions to ensure she’s meeting expectations, sends great updates and takes care of our pets and home like they/it were her own.

Molly was absolutely fabulous! While we were gone we received lots of pictures from her letting us know how things were going and that our babies were enjoying their time with her. I usually am anxious when we go out of town about how things are going but was completely relaxed during our entire trip! This was our first time using Rover and everything went very smoothly!

Jordyn was fantastic! She was very communicative before, during, and after the sitting, so I was never left wondering what was going on. She and my babies totally connected and it left me feeling very confident to leave without worrying. She's very personable and I trusted her immediately. She will be my go to whenever she's available. Thank you Jordyn!

We really love Jessica and she takes good care of our fur babies! We have a 7 year old foxhound a 7 month old new lab/beagle mix puppy at our house and she took on both last week, and they just loved having her here! She always sends us updates and photos and I feel very at ease when we are out of town and she is here. Highly recommend.
