There is always a little anxiety with leaving your fur baby with someone else, but Cristal made the experience so enjoyable. She kept me posted with pics and video! Douglas is awesome! A breath of fresh air with a truly calming aura and you know your dog is in the best hands. Finn was super chilled when we picked him up after being in Douglas's care for 7 days. We had pictures and updates to allay any worries we may have had and will definitely be using Douglas again!

Tetiana was wonderful to communicate with & my senior dog was very comfortable with her. I appreciate that she makes the dogs she cares for her number one priority! She was very good at easing my anxiety about leaving my 13 y/o dog that requires daily medication & when I needed to check-in on my boy for my own ease of mind. Tetiana was also extremely understanding of us picking Samson up late due to a delayed flight. Thank you for keeping my baby safe & happy!
I couldn’t be happier with Michelle! She was absolutely wonderful with Freddy and Bear, and I felt completely comfortable knowing they were in her care. 🐾❤️ It was easy to see how much she genuinely cares about animals, and both of my boys were so well taken care of. Finding someone you can truly trust with your pets means so much, and Michelle was exactly that for me. I highly recommend her and would absolutely have her take care of Freddy and Bear again! ❤️
Our dog Maverick was in excellent care with Faith. He felt at home right away and received the same care and attention we would provide at our home. We received regular updates and photos and always felt at ease. Communication was outstanding. Faith comes with our highest recommendation!
