My 4 year old havapoo is obsessed with Rachel and we’ve only met her twice! I’ve never seen her so excited to see a Rover sitter, she’s truly at the same excitement as seeing her grandparents when I drop her off. Rachel has such an amazing intuition with dogs and can sense exactly how they’re feeling, and knows how to make them comfortable instantly. I have a very a sensitive dog who is a total lover but also needs a lot of playtime, and I’ve never trusted a sitter more than Rachel to read exactly how she’s feeling and what she needs. She was able to update us as to what’s going on and they came back after a day of fun and were ready to knock out! Couldn’t recommend her enough! She even said bye to them as they were in the car! Douglas was very patient with our dog Luna. He seemed knowledgeable and we felt confident in his ability to care for our dog while we enjoyed the town. We could tell he really enjoys caring for dogs. This was our first time leaving Willow with someone we didn’t know. This was a great first experience. Kristie was helpful and quick to communicate. She was also flexible when we want to change it from a dog sitting to a dog boarding. She sent us pictures each day. The pick up and drop was a a breeze. I would recommend using Kristie.
Our pup, Petra, didn't end up staying with Marie, but it was no fault of Marie's. She wasn't feeling well, and though Marie tried her very best to coax her to stay with her, she clinged to us so badly, that we and Marie decided it was best for her not to make her stay and be so stressed out. We really appreciate the effort made by Marie!

We can’t wait for Mabel to return — and now we can finally plan a vacation knowing our baby is not only safe, but also having a genuinely good time.
