About: Military member and full-time humane society volunteer with a safe home and a love for pets. We have a 4 and 7 yr old child. Fenced in yard and my spouse or I are ALWAYS home. Plenty of space to roam the house and a nice neighborhood to go for walks in (with a dog park). Your best friend will be able to roam freely inside my home and relax. Our little best friends only have a short time on this earth and I strive to make it the BEST one they can possibly experience! Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns at any hour of the day. I am very responsive via text. I understand parting with your pet is hard so expect for me to send picture updates on your little one while they are in my care to give you some peace of mind. You can also text me at anytime, day or night, to request additional updates as well. If your pet has special needs and requires special attention and patience, please don't hesitate to contact me. I hope to earn the trust of you and your pets through the love and compassion I have to offer. See you all soon! I work 2-3 days a week. Spouse is a stay at home mother. One of us is always at home and available to give your fur baby all of the attention that they need! Trustworthy military member (20 yrs of active-duty service). We can provide care in our home or come to you. I also work as a full-time volunteer for Chesapeake Humane Society helping with dog care team and enrichment.

“What a gem!!! Even with the terrible weather, Brianna, didn’t hesitate to help with my Dalilah. She is the best!!! Thank you for running with her, she needed to burn all that energy!!!”

3. Amberlee C.
“Just a few words about Amberlee— to know her is to love her. She has the BIGGEST heart for all pets; furry or otherwise 😉 Caring for animals has been a lifelong passion of hers that is just one of the many highlights of her life. She has also instilled this love of animals in her 2 teenage boys while fostering pets at home. Having her care for your pet is truly a blessing that anyone would be lucky to have. She will always make sure that your pet is loved and snuggled adequately while you are away ❤️.”

About: I'm a high school math teacher and my wife works from home full time. Looking to watch after your little guys so we don’t have to get another one. Our dog Penny, has recently passed however we would like to keep her pictures and memory alive on this profile*. Most days I'm up early and dont mind being active and taking morning walks. Experience wise ive taken care of neighbors cats and dogs as a teen and have had 2 dogs myself over my adult years as well as turtles if you care about that. Dropping off your pet at my place seems like the best but I'm open to stopping by your place if need be. One of us is almost always at home full time to care for your pup. My wife loves snuggles and always looking for another blanket buddy We have a large yard and one friendly toddler looking for her next best friend. Overall it is a quiet home with lots of space.

7. Karissa P.
“Karissa’s love and care for animals is purely a passion. She has cared for my dogs as if they were her own and always went above and beyond with care and love to bring a peace of mind when going on vacation or having our babies at the hospital. Her knowledge on dog behaviors and simple health makes it even even more of a peace of mind knowing our dogs are in such safe and loving care.”

9. Ricardo M.
“"Ricardo M. is a fantastic dog walker and sitter in the VA Beach/Chesapeake/Moyock area. He's incredibly caring and treats all animals as if they were his own children. Ricardo goes above and beyond to ensure all their needs, no matter how small, are met. Highly recommend!"”

11. Kimberly G.

“Kimberly was great with my Abby! She is an Angel since she was able to watch my puppy short notice :)”

12. Jenna C.
“Jenna does a great job at watching my dogs, Loki and Ahsoka. Loki can be a handful at times, but that was no problem for Jenna! You can tell she really does adore dogs, and it shows in her dog sitting abilities.”

13. Rachel C.
About: I have been around pets since I was a baby! I have trained experience in dogs, cats, and some small animals (no rats please!). I myself have a 140lb fear-based-aggressive Great Pyrenees and believe I can handle any dog! I am good with animals of all size and am extremely flexible with animals activity restriction and food restriction. I am currently in between jobs, so I am comfortable with almost anything any time! From June-September I will be a kayak guide in OBX so pet sitting will be limited (unless located in OBX). I am big on following checklists, making sure animals have plenty of mental and physical stimulation, and even enjoy researching about what different breeds need to live a healthy life.

14. Annette O.
“Annette is WONDERFUL! I can travel with peace of mind knowing that my small zoo is being well taken care of. Annette cares for my dogs, cat, and a chinchilla. Chinchillas are VERY sensitive to temperature and require diligence to ensure they don't overheat. Annette is extremely attentive to this fact. She provides tons of updates and when we get home, my animals act like they didn't even miss us she gives them so much love and attention. In addition, our house is IMMACULATE when we get back. She's really great, responsible, and kind.”

15. Lauree W.
“Lauree is fantastic with animals! My dogs love her because she's always up for a belly rub or playtime. Her own animals are always clean and well cared for and she's very knowledgeable about animal behaviors and care. I definitely recommend using her for your animal services!”

16. Sabrina L.

“Great communication, reliable and went above and beyond!”

17. Laura L.

“Laura was PHENOMENAL. She was so informative and sents tons of pictures of my fur babies every single day. Highly recommend.”

About: I have had a bunch of animals and also watched some friends animals while they were away on a trip. I take the pets on a walk and get some exercise morning and evening theres always toys for the dogs who can have toys. Feeding times are always around the same time. I have a fenced in yard that is huge where dogs can run around and play with some toys and exercise. Potty hours are whenever needed I'm outside a lot to water flowers and swim and always bring my dog out to play outside while I'm out. I always make sure there is water available its been so hot lately they need it. Treats are also good for doing something good or even when training. I have a lot of free time and love to spend time with my own pets. My schedule is very open all day every day. I feed my dogs twice a day I also walk them twice a day sometimes even three times if it’s cool outside. They always have fresh water and toys.
