I have always had a dog in my life, from my Childhood pet to my very own prince Charming. Our house is extremely dog friendly, we sit on a little under an acre of fenced in land. The garage is set up with 2 dog doors for their convenience. Inside the house we have built in gates to separate guests if needed. Not all dogs get along... My services include overnight boarding, and walking for now. We have 4 dogs of our own, which are well socialized and love meeting new friends! Onyx, is our lovable Lab middle child. Sassafras is a sweetheart, we were told she is a German Shepard mix. Onyx and Sassafras are the Pack Ambassadors, that Meet and Greet our house guests first. Charlie is an older Pitbull that keeps to herself, and Tucker doesn't know how big he is, and can be a little overwhelming. When I am away from the house my boyfriend is usually home, so your pups are always being looked after. Occasionally, we do need to run out, but my guests are never alone for very long. When we are gone, everyone is kept separate for safety. I take safety very seriously, for myself, my pups and most importantly your fur babies. I have a large fenced in yard, and the ability to keep pups separated in the event that personalities don't mesh well.
About: I have taken care of animals that I have owned and those of friends and family for most of my life! No cat or dog is too big or too small! I currently have 2 GSDs and 3 cats so high-energy animals are welcome! I have a full time job but I am available just about everyday during the week and all day on weekends most of the time! About: I have been a babysitter for over 20 years. Most of the families I worked with had pets, dogs or cats. I have had cats of my own over the years but now I help my mom take care of her 2 dogs. I recently moved to Newport News so I have a completely open schedule. I am already cooking fresh food for my mom's dogs and walking them regularly. Come join us. Imagine our ranch/farm is a doggy sized park: Three different sized playgrounds for different sized dogs to ensure their safety and comfortability. This includes a private space with an indoor barn, play area, and fenced pen. Indoors, two small, friendly therapy and service dogs reside with lots of room to roam.

He is one of my best friends and I spoil him with lots of love, treats and walks. I am a certified yoga teacher, artist and pet care provider. I started out pet sitting as a side business to earn some extra money, but it has become so much more than that. It is such a rewarding job and a great honor to care for so many beautiful animals! “This was our first time leaving our little Golden doodle with Samantha. I will say, I was a bit intimidated by leaving him with a pit bull there, but upon meeting the pit bull he was the sweetest big dog ever. My worries immediately vanished! There were a couple other dogs there, so that was nice. There was one dog a bit too interested in my little guy, so I didn’t want to leave until he calmed down. Samantha never made me feel rushed to leave or weird. She was super patient and asking me if I wanted the dogs split up, or inside or outside. I really thought that said a lot about the person I was leaving our baby with and I really liked that. I say all that to say, you can’t always control how dogs will interact with each other, but you can control how you react to them and Samantha was very calm, kind and friendly. She never looked overwhelmed or nervous. She was a bit embarrassed I think because of the initial behavior of this other dog she was caring for, but I understood that wasn’t a reflection of her care. We left out little guy there 3 days and she communicated through the day with updates, sent photos and even went the extra step of boiling and egg to mix it with my dogs food since we do that for him at home too. I’m thankful we found someone to watch our guy for when we need it! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!”
