About: I have loved dogs my whole life, but I did not realize how deep that love could be until I adopted my first dog, Flynn, 11 years ago. He was a 90lb German Shepherd with reactivity towards other dogs, which led me down the path of learning everything I could about canine behavior and training. I have taken multiple dog training classes focused on positive reinforcement techniques and have used tools such as clicker training, prong collars, and e-collars. I learned how to navigate situations in which Flynn was reactive, making sure I had full control of a very strong dog at all times. I raised Flynn from 8 weeks old (puppy shark phase) to his calmer senior years. The challenges I faced with Flynn taught me how to read canine body language, manage reactivity, and handle high energy, strong dogs with patience and love. After losing Flynn, I thought I could never get another dog again, but come February 2024, I welcomed 7-week-old GSD mix Artemis (Artie) into my life. It has been a completely different training experience in much more challenging ways. From potty training to crate training and leash manners, she has tested everything I have learned (and helped me learn more). Every challenge and every puppy shark bite has been completely worth it. She is now thriving and continues to learn thanks to consistency, structure, and ongoing enrichment. I also have hands-on experience with senior dog care. I started caring for our elderly family dog (Socrates) after my father passed away 4 years ago. He is now a 14-year-old Dachshund Terrier mix with limited mobility and some incontinence. I provide daily care, including hygiene and administering medication, and provide a clean, comforting environment to support his quality of life. He is getting a lot of treats and love in my care. My goal is to build trust and communication to maintain a safe environment for dogs and others. Whether your dog is a puppy in training, a reactive adult, or a senior who needs special attention, I bring patience and knowledgeable care. Every dog is different, and I take the time to get to know what makes yours special. I'd love to meet them and offer care you can trust. My life revolves around my sweet pup, Artemis (aka Artie). This means that besides work and taking care of her needs, I am quite open. I work remotely some days and can drop in on your babies during the day or in the evenings. On the weekends my availability is wide open. Building trust through consistent communication is important to me. Since I know that every dog is different, I understand each has individual needs and am eager to learn them. As a dog owner, I also understand how important it is for someone who is caring for your dog to know your dog and know what they need (I'm the type who writes a whole manual for any sitter). In my home, I have a senior dog who likes his alone time and an energetic, young GSD mix dog. For daycare, your pups can interact as little or as much as appropriate. I also have a small fenced yard where I can play with the dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs and cats for the last couple of years through friends and neighbors whether they were under 1 year or senior pets. I’ve taken dogs on walks and to dog parks (if approved), as well as house sat. I’m currently in the process of starting a new position of which I start on the August 6th. Between now and then, I will be fully available for pet care aside from August 2nd + 3rd. I can crate your dog or cats if needed, always ensuring they are in a safe space by making sure there is no food or anything they can accidentally swallow in the vacinity, ensuring they stick to a routine if applicable, and making sure they are always fed and played with!

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life, I went to school to understand the behavior and requirements it takes to assuring the dog is happy and needs are met. I have worked with many different types of dog breeds, big or small and as well as different stages of life, I adore dogs and their well-being to flourish. I am currently working from 1 PM to 8 PM, Mondays through Sunday with Tuesday and Friday off. So I am available mornings the days I work as well as after my shift if needed and all day the days I’m off. When it comes to my pets in my home, I make sure that they are on a routine and schedule with feeding, walks, and attention. I make sure their bowls are ready for the day when I am not home. When it comes to anybody I am helping out, I always stay punctual with what they have given me so I don’t mess up their pets schedule and needs.

About: I grew up with 2 cats and 2 dogs. In college, my roommate brought her dog in, and when she was away, I treated her dog as my own. I walked, fed, and played with her. I have a lot of experience taking care of them. I currently volunteer at the OC Animal Shelter in the kitten nursery and took a dog 101 course. No matter what type of pet you have, I would love to care for them. I'm free after 5 pm Monday-Thursday and Friday after 2 pm. Saturday and Sunday, I'm free most mornings, and I will always be free after 1 pm. I respond quickly and send however many updates/pictures you want. I will always keep an eye on your pet, even if they are in an enclosed environment. I will follow any instruction/schedule to the tee. Even though I'm energetic, if your pet wants a calm night, I will be able to provide it. My main priority is making sure your pet feels safe and loved.

About: I have been around animals my whole life. I briefly worked in a vet clinic during undergrad, so I am comfortable with senior animals, active animals, and administering medication. I also volunteered with the San Diego Humane Society’s Wildlife program in the past, as well as the Long Beach Aquarium. Although I am used to caring for mainly cats and dogs, I love all animals and would love to help you with other pets such as guinea pigs, chinchillas, bunnies, birds, etc. My sister is also starting vet school this fall, so she is only a phone call away if needed. :) Your pet’s comfort and safety are top priorities for me, and I will care for them as if they were my own! I am a post-bacc student, and also a server/bartender 3 days a week. I currently have the summer off from classes (until late September), so I have more flexibility right now for pet sitting/walking. My times can vary a bit on the nights that I work at the restaurant, but contact me and I am happy to coordinate our schedules. I will have the utmost respect for your home and your pets. I know it can be scary to trust someone you don't know with your pet and home, so I strive to do a great job and keep your pet(s) happy! Please feel free to provide me with a list of rules and expectations, and we can work together to make sure you and your pet feel as comfortable as possible with me. I do not offer boarding in my own home at the moment, only because my 2 cats become very stressed when other animals are brought into the home. I need to respect their boundaries and comfort levels as well.

About: From zoomies to snoozies, I’ve got every pup covered! Whether it’s a playful puppy or a wise senior, I treat every dog like my own, because to me, they are family. With experience across all breeds and ages, I’ll make sure your fur baby gets the love, care, and attention they deserve! I work full-time in a hybrid format, with Fridays off after 1 p.m. On weekends, I’m available for dog sitting, walks, or any other pet care needs you may have. My apartment complex features a dog park and a walking path around the grounds, offering plenty of space for outdoor fun. I understand the importance of regular walks in a dog’s routine, so I make sure my own fur baby gets several each day. We also have a sunny patio where dogs can relax and soak up the rays. Felix, my pup, is great with other dogs—he’s patient, playful, and almost fatherly with puppies, while with older dogs, he knows to embrace the laid-back pace of retirement life.

About: Since birth, I have never not owned a pet (specifically dogs and cats). She is literally my child - I taught her how to do tricks, walk on a harness, and even socialized her with people so she wouldn’t be afraid when we had guests! Since I have over a decade of experience caring for cats and dogs - I can handle anything ranging from energetic puppies, to managing the medical and medicinal needs of a senior dog. I will make sure I understand what is expected of me before you leave - so you have peace of mind that your fur baby is well taken care of. A lot 🥰And meet my sweet little man- Wrigley. 🥰 He’s the sweetest whoodle (Half wheaten half poodle) in the world 🌍 💕 🐾 I am responsible and professional independent individual, and of course a huge animal lover. Please know that I will always treat your furbaby like they are my own. As mentioned, I work from home, which gives me flexibility for drop-in and walks in nearby neighborhoods. For day care and boarding, my flexibility also allows us to take visits to the park and walk around the lake at our leisure. Daycare hours: 8am-6pm Boarding: pick up is by 11AM. If pick up needs to be after 11, we would just add a day of day care. I have a very large patio- great for sunbathing. ☀️ As mentioned, my complex has a private dog park which makes play time extra safe. (I always confirm with pet parents before allowing guest dogs to go into the park.)

About: My pet sitting experience was for various families and friends growing up. I am a huge animal lover including both cats and dogs. Feel free to ask me anything! I currently am a part time substitute teacher so I can pick up shifts whenever I want. So when it comes to fitting in pet care, I can accommodate to your schedule depending on how much notice you give me. I will do whatever is required of me to take care of your pet at your home. I am diligent if I have exact instructions on what your pets’ needs are.

About: I’m a Pomeranian dog mom. I’ve had a senior dog in the past. I’m good at dog grooming, and extensive senior and puppy dog care. I enjoy exercise, so if you have a dog that needs plenty of exercise, they are more than welcomed to come! Timid and loving dogs that need their personal space, are also welcomed, I give personalized attention and care to each dog. I use playpens for dogs, not crates, unless requested by the dog owner. Every dog will be cared for with attention to detail and the utmost care while their stay, with daily update check ins with their owners. My pet care schedule is flexible and full time at the moment, if inconveniences arrive I communicate with pet parents before their scheduled visit or stay. I live in a private gated community, with a large space to walk/jog in and a reserved dog park area with accessible dog waste stations. I also have a private patio area in our home, where the dogs can get some fresh air or have a potty break, and an extra medium doggy house that our current Pomeranian does not use. Pet care in other pet parents homes varies, as all clients are different and all pet parents have different needs.

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs and cats over the years. A close friend of mine trusts me to take care of her 2 dogs and 2 cats whenever she is out of town or goes on long trips. She trusts me and knows they are in good hands. I routinely watch over my roommates 2 cats due to working from home 4/5 days of the week. I would love to be given the opportunity to take care of your precious pets! I work from home 4/5 days of the week so I am fairly flexible Friday-Wednesday to go where I need to throughout the day. Some Thursdays, I work in office during the morning/afternoon. I don’t have too many personal obligations, so it would be easy for me to watch over your pets for the majority of the week! Although I do not offer my own home services. I would treat your personal space with the utmost respect and adhere to any rules that you would require as you are trusting me with your home and with your pets.
