Our girls can be a bit timid especially Greta who can sound a bit intimidating at first (though she is all bark). From our meet and greet through all of the videos Lance was great with our girls. He was very patient and kind and they both warmed up to him very quickly. Lance was excellent with his communication prior to and throughout the booking. He was on time and prompt with responses. Our home was left in great shape and our girls were obviously well cared for. We can’t recommend him highly enough.”
