“Janine did a fantastic job caring for my two cats! She obviously loves animals and is very patient with them. One of my babies is diabetic and needs insulin injections. I felt very comfortable leaving her in Janine's capable, experienced hands! Janine was able to come in twice a day to ensure that both of my kitties were well fed and cared for. She sent messages and photo updates, which was so reassuring. Both Pookie and Chica told me they want Janine to come back again. 😉”

About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and currently share my home with three cats and a 30-year-old Amazon parrot. My pets are my family, and that’s exactly how I treat the animals in my care. I’m attentive, patient, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals of all personalities — from snuggly lap cats to high-energy dogs. You can count on me to follow your pet’s routine, keep you updated, and make sure they feel comfortable and loved while you’re away. I’m currently not working, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to give your pet consistent attention and care throughout the day. Pet care isn’t something I fit in around a busy schedule — right now it IS my schedule. For house sitting I treat your home with the same respect I’d want shown to my own. I follow your pet’s established routine closely, keep doors and gates secured, and I’m attentive to your pet’s behavior and needs at all times. I have three cats of my own, so I understand how important a calm, safe environment is for animals.

“Jennifer was great with our kitties! They were all well taken care of, happy, and relaxed when we returned. We especially appreciated the pictures and narrative texts she sent us that kept us from giving into our separation anxiety 🙃. We were just so pleased overall with the entire experience.”

About: I've taken care of pets since I was about 10, from farm dogs to show horses and almost anything in between. Currently I have bearded dragons, sugar gliders, dogs, cats, a rat and a tortoise. I don't shy from much haha I have a very flexible schedule so my day depends on what I want to accomplish. At home, the dogs have me up by 6:30 for breakfast, so mornings aren't an issue When I sit your pet for you, it's like you never left. Your rules, your routine. Tell me how you would like it done, and it will be!

“Kayla took great care of our cat snowflake. Kayla did check-ins in the morning while we were on vacation, and it warmed my heart to see how happy she was in the pictures and videos. Kayla's check in notes were detailed and comprehensive, and we'll definitely try to book her again the next time we're out of town.”

“Carrie did an awesome job watching our 3 dogs She was friendly and Moka, Bazzi & Fabio took to her perfectly. This was my first time using Rover and I would definitely rebook Cassie again.”

“Krystal is very warm and understanding of fur babies needs. She is very prompt and we love the pictures she sends of her visit! We feel very comfortable leaving our fur babies in her care.”
“Sara did an awesome job! We like to have someone come and play our little kitty when we travel for a few days so that she gets some interaction. Sara did a great job ensuring the food and water bowl were full and also provided pics. She took fun pics of our furry friend which my wife absolutely loves to see. Sara wrote great reports each time she checked in on Ditto. Overall very happy with her attention to detail. We also had several large packages delivered and Sara was able to get those inside for us! Such a blessing!”

About: I have one dog that is turning 5 and have had her for over 4 years. I have taken care of other dogs in the family as well. I also have stayed over nights for extended family pets! I'm currently working part-time and in school Monday and Wednesday mornings. So I still have lots of time to spend with your pets! The safety and comfortability of your pet is my number one priority. So I will do my best to give them time to get used to me and prevent anxiety. I take my dog on several walks during the day when it isn't too hot (don't wanna burn any pet paws!) And I play with her all throughout the day. We practice tricks I've taught her and we snuggle up on the couch!

About: What sets me apart is the combination of my calm, nurturing approach and my hands‑on experience with pets at every life stage. I’m not just a sitter, I’m someone who truly pays attention to what each animal needs to feel safe, understood, and cared for. Here are a few things that make my care unique: 🐾 Puppy Training & Routine Building I’m experienced with young pups who need structure, patience, and consistency. Whether it’s reinforcing crate training, practicing basic commands, or establishing bathroom and feeding routines, I help puppies gain confidence and learn good habits early. 🧡 Senior & Special‑Care Experience I know how to adapt care for older pets who move a little slower or need extra gentleness. This includes administering meds (oral, topical, or drops), monitoring mobility, offering joint‑friendly walks, and creating calm, predictable environments that help reduce stress. 🎯 Behavior‑Aware, Needs‑Focused Care I pay close attention to body language, triggers, and comfort levels; especially with anxious pets or those who need a slower introduction. My goal is always to build trust, not rush interactions. 📋 Clear Communication for Peace of Mind You’ll always know how your pet is doing. I send regular updates, photos, and notes so you feel connected even when you’re away. 🏡 Respect for Your Home & Routines I follow your instructions carefully: feeding schedules, training cues, medical needs, house rules, and preferred routines, keeping life consistent for your pet while you’re gone. 🐾 Caring for Pets Fits Right Into My Day Pet care blends naturally into my routine since I work from home full‑time. I’m around all day, which means I can easily step away for potty breaks 🚶♀️, walks 🌿, playtime 🎾, or just some extra love and attention 💛 whenever your pet needs it. I like keeping pets on a steady routine, so I make sure feeding times 🍽️, outdoor time ☀️, and check‑ins 👀 stay consistent. With a flexible schedule, I can adjust to whatever your pet needs; more exercise, extra cuddles 🤗, or a midday drop‑in. It never feels like I’m squeezing anything in… caring for pets just naturally fits into my day. 💕 🐾 How I Care for Pets (In Your Home or Mine!) When I care for pets in their own home, I make sure their normal routine stays the same so they feel comfortable and secure. I follow your instructions closely—feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, meds, and all the little quirks that make your pet who they are. My goal is always to keep things calm, consistent, and stress‑free while you’re away. I also offer care in my home for pets who are toddler‑friendly and dog‑friendly. I live on an acre lot with a large fenced‑in backyard, which gives dogs plenty of safe space to play, explore, and burn off energy. It’s perfect for pups who enjoy room to roam or lounging outside in the sun. No matter where I’m caring for your pet, they’ll get lots of attention, love, and quality time. I’m around throughout the day to keep them happy, active, and cared for.
About: I have grown up and been around dogs my entire life. Before my kids were born my dogs were my kids and I treat them as family members. My dogs would sleep in my bed and I would take them everywhere I possibly could because they were my best friend. I feel that all dogs love their owners unconditionally as long as you treat them appropriately. A concept that was brought to my attention a long time ago regarding dogs is that they might not be the most exciting part of our day, but we are the most exciting part of theirs and they look forward to seeing us every day. I wake up every day appreciating that fact and my dogs have always return the favor I work close to home and I’m off on weekends. I have a lot of flexibility from my regular job to facilitate any pet need. I’ve always treated any of my pets like my children. They get a lot of attention, exercise, and play time. Pets that I have watched over for friends and family get sad when they leave my house because they have had such a good time.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 8 years old. My family and friends have always relied on me to feed or take care of their pets when they are away traveling. I have previous experience working as a volunteer tech vet. I have a full time job M-F 7am-4pm. In the afternoons I am available to walk dogs. Weekends are more flexible. We can go over a schedule that would best accommodate your pet individually. I live in a small apartment, it has accesible green areas and a dog park near by. No dogs or cats living with me at the moment. I’m very responsible and will take any measure necessary to make the owner feel safe with their decision.
About: I have several years of hands-on experience caring for dogs as both a pet owner and dog walker. Growing up, I regularly walked neighborhood dogs and learned how to safely handle pets with different personalities and energy levels. I have personally owned and cared for three dogs, giving me experience with feeding schedules, exercise, basic grooming, administering medications when needed, and providing plenty of love and attention. I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I strive to make them feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply relaxing with companionship, I will provide dependable care and treat your pet like family. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine. I maintain a flexible schedule and am able to provide reliable care before and after work, on weekends, and during many holidays. I enjoy spending time with animals and can dedicate time to walks, feeding, playtime, and regular check-ins. I understand the importance of consistency for pets and work hard to maintain their normal routines while their owners are away. The safety and well-being of every pet is my top priority. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and house rules. I take time to build trust with each pet, monitor their behavior, and ensure they feel comfortable and secure. I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so owners can feel confident their pets are receiving excellent care. I am attentive during walks, avoid unsafe situations, and always prioritize a calm, positive environment where pets can feel relaxed and loved.

From the very first meet-up when Barry came to meet our babies, we could tell it was going to be a perfect match. All eight of our dogs connected with him instantly, and the patience and warmth he showed from the start gave us so much peace of mind. It’s not easy to care for a big fur family, but Barry handled it with so much love and professionalism. While we were away for six days, Barry went above and beyond in every way. He cleaned up after our babies, made sure they stayed on their routines, took them on regular walks, and gave them plenty of outdoor playtime every single day. He sent us updates and made sure we knew they were happy, safe, and well taken care of. It truly takes a special kind of person to manage eight dogs with that level of care and dedication, and Barry exceeded every expectation we had. Our babies adore him, and so do we. What an outstanding dog sitter. Barry will forever be our sitter. Thank you so much for your kindness, your reliability, and for treating our babies like they were your own. We appreciate you more than words can express.
