“We were so lucky to choose Kaitlin to do drop-in visits for our 3 dogs while we were away for a weekend. Having a 140 pound Great Dane who tends to be uneasy around new people, I was a little nervous for him. Kaitlin did a meet & greet with both my dogs & they were immediately comfortable with her, which meant the world to me! She sent photos & detailed updates with every check in - we loved getting to see them while we were gone. She even went over an extra time when our door lock code wasn't working on the first day but we were still on the plane.
