I work full time and don’t have the ability to work from home. On weekdays after 5pm I’m free to hang out with your pups! During the weekend I have more flexibility to watch or check on your pets. I don’t have any pets and currently live in an apartment complex. There is a lot of open grass space around my apartment complex and is in a good area to walk in. If you prefer your pup be in a crate if I have to leave that will need to be provided, but as long as they are house trained I have no problem with your dog free-roaming my apartment.

This has given me the opportunity to work with dogs hands on that vary in personalities & behaviors. I can manage dogs with medical and behavioral challenges. This is hard to find. I currently work from home allowing be flexibility to care for your pup(s)! I look forward to helping ease your mind for you know your dogs are safe. I have a 6' fenced yard with no climb fencing secured on the inside of it. I would not leave your dog(s) unattended in the yard regardless. I have my own dogs and I would crate and rotate your dog if needed. I am able to pet sit most any dog but I will need to be crate trained. We do rotations in my home. If your pooch is not crate trained, it will not be able to stay. I have a 6’ privacy fence with no climb fencing installed. We have a great play group of dogs for this that are ready to play. If not, your pooch can do solo play time.

If you wish I can walk your dog as many times per day as you prefer. My neighborhood has paved sidewalks and walking paths that I routinely use to walk my dog daily. I have one cat and one dog and each get along with other cats and dogs very well but should there be any unforeseen issue, I can put your pet in my spare bedroom. I also own a wire dog crate for large dogs. I can crate your pet in your home or my home if you wish me to. I will take care of him or her in whichever way you prefer. I do not crate my dog but I did as a puppy to facilitate his potty training. My dog sleeps with me at night as does my cat sometimes. Both are friendly and well socialized but again, I can put either in a spare room or your pet if necessary. Both my pets are up to date on their vaccinations and they get a monthly pill for flea and tick prevention. I can do everything from long or short walks, taking them outside for potty breaks, administering food or medicine, playtime, etc.

About: I have taken care of all sorts of dogs through the years and find joy in going for walks around the neighborhood and playing and meeting every single dog I see. I work full time, 3 12 hour shifts a week and my other 4 days I love having something to do whether that is going on walks, popping in to make sure dogs have everything they need and having potty breaks. During drop ins or walks I like to follow the owners instructions carefully so that each pet can maintain their normal routines and reduce stress. I make sure each pet has water, any food they need, toys if able, exercise, and attention. With walks I stay very mindful of potential dangers or triggers to avoid any unwanted situations and pay attention to any sins of overheating, exhaustion or discomfort. During drop ins if a pet uses a crate I always make sure it’s locked and checked before leaving as well as leaving the surrounding how I arrived and with locked doors. It’s always fun to send the owner updates and pictures of their pet while away to ensure they are safe and getting the care they need.

I’ve also cared for multiple dogs at once and am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds. I always try to make every dog feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re with me. I’m available almost every day Monday through Friday, so pet care fits really well into my weekly routine. I love being around animals and make time for walks, playtime, potty breaks, and check-ins throughout the day. Whether your dog needs a daily walk, some company while you’re away, or extra attention as a puppy or senior dog, I’m happy to help. I treat every pet like they’re my own, whether I’m caring for them in my home or yours. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats for quite sometime and even have experience with giving dogs pills as well. I’m willing to not only stay and house sit but ensure the animals have a good time. I work part time and have a lot of gaps in my day for side jobs. I live an active lifestyle so there’s no such thing as too many walks or too much playing! I make sure water is full all the time and food arrives on time with no fuss.
