“I don’t know where to begin, but all I can say is this my little boy received the best care. It was the first time leaving him with someone to babysit him & he did really amazing. From the care that my baby received to being washed & groom it was definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend Fahriye & her husband to anyone. Will definitely be booking back in the future !”

“First day today with Rose! I am so happy, communication was fantastic and my pup CLEARLY HAD THE BEST DAY! He did not even act like he missed me when I picked him up he had so much fun! He was definitely well cared for!”

“There are not enough words I can say about Bruce! He helped us out last minute and our dog Akiiro had the best time ever! He sent us pictures and it was so sweet to see our baby playing and living his best life. We live 2 hours away but frequent Orlando and I can say Bruce will be our go to person for doggie day care! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”

“Our puppy was giving Sarah kisses when we went to pick him up. That's a 5 gold star review :) Sarah's location is great for families visiting Kennedy Space Center who need a pet sitter.”

“My pup Milo has been going to Debra's for Doggie Day Care every week for the last month. He loves it and is so excited when he gets there. Debra and her sister show him so much love. We are lucky to have found them.”

“Jonathan was an excellent sitter. He communicated well with prompt replies to all Rover inquiries, was flexible and understanding regarding drop-off and pick-up times, and revealed a good chemistry in his interactions with the dogs. I'll definitely hire his Doggy Day Care services again. Thank you.”

About: Animals have always been a huge part of our lives. Together, my partner Beny and I have owned and cared for both dogs and cats for as long as we can remember. Seven years ago, I adopted my own little furry family, and today we share our home with our own crew of wonderful cats ranging in age from one to twelve. Over the years, we’ve become the go-to pair for friends and family who need someone they can trust to care for their pets, whether that’s daily walks, weekend stays, or simply giving their animals love and attention when they can’t be there. We’ve cared for pets of all ages, from 1-week-old kittens and puppies to senior cats and dogs as old as 17. We’re comfortable administering medications (both pills and liquids), following special routines, and working with pets of all temperaments. Every animal is unique, and our goal is to make sure each one feels safe, happy, and loved, just like they would at home. Whether you have a playful puppy, an affectionate cat, or a senior companion, we’d love the chance to get to know them and provide the attentive, reliable care they deserve. I work as an interior designer just minutes from our house, and Beny is a student with a flexible schedule. I’m home every day during my lunch break, and Beny is home most of the time, which means your pet will rarely be left alone. Together, we make sure every animal in our care gets plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day. We prioritize every pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness. From walks and playtime to crating when needed, we follow your instructions closely and maintain a secure, loving environment. Whether it’s exercise, affection, or calm companionship, we’ll make sure your pet feels relaxed, cared for, and right at home while you’re away.
About: I've taken care of many dogs since I was a teenager. I feel I have a special connection with our furry friends. I have cared for dogs in my home or have gone to walk them at their own home. I LOVE DOGOS❤️❤️❤️!! Our furry family members are special in so many ways and I will give them the love and extra special care they deserve 😍 I work from home, therefore have plenty of time to play with your furry family member(s). I am available to pet sit in my home for daycare needs and visit/walking during the week and weekend or on any specific days at your home. I am available for boarding in my home, as well 💕 I have a fenced yard, plus a very large area for running and playing behind my house. I can easily care for your fur family member in my home, if that is what you would like.
“Sarah watched our puppy Biscuit for doggy daycare and she was wonderful. Sarah was the first person to watch our pup outside of family and she made us feel very comfortable that our baby was in good hands! We appreciated the videos and photos she sent while we were out! Thank you Sarah!”

About: Hi! 🐾 I’m Lexus. I am fully insured and dedicated to caring for your furry family members. I grew up around animals & have experience in the dog grooming industry. I have cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and needs, including puppies, seniors, and pups requiring oral medication. My mom, Tiffany, is pet CPR certified and inspired my lifelong love of animals. She plays an active role in helping care for the pets entrusted to us. We believe exceptional pet care is about more than meeting basic needs; it’s about building relationships. We take the time to learn each pet’s personality, routine, and preferences, creating a low-stress experience tailored to their unique needs. Your pets become part of our family, not just another reservation. Whether your pet is staying in our home or we’re caring for them in yours, they will be treated like one of our own, with the same love, patience, and respect we’d want for our own pets, while giving you complete peace of mind while you’re away. For Day Care and Boarding: We live in a 1-story house and have a fenced backyard for playtime and relaxation. There are two friendly small dogs and two cats who are our furry companions. If your pup prefers a quieter experience, we also have a dedicated dog room with cozy beds and toys (you can see pictures in my gallery). We never take more than two dogs at a time in my home to ensure everyone feels safe, calm, and well cared for. For House-Sitting and Drop-Ins: When caring for pets in your home, we treat your space with the same respect and care we give your pets, keeping things tidy, maintaining your privacy, and making sure your furry loved one feels secure, happy, and loved. You can feel confident both your pets and your home are in good hands. Building a trusting relationship with pet parents and ensuring safety are top priorities, which is why meet & greets are required for all new clients. Please take a moment to read through the rest of my profile for important additional details. We can’t wait to meet you and care for your pet(s)! 🐶💕 Availability: Caring for dogs is my full-time job, giving me ample time to dedicate to your fur-baby! I prioritize pet care throughout my day, ensuring regular walks, playtime, and attention to meet their needs, all while maintaining clear communication with frequent updates and pictures. Standard Booking vs Constant Care: A standard booking differs from 24/7 constant care. During a standard stay, your pups are always my priority, and I would NEVER leave them alone for extended periods. That said, standard bookings do allow for brief moments when I may need to step out, such as taking another nearby dog for a quick walk or running a short errand. I’m always mindful of the dogs in my care, and if I need to step out, I keep outings as brief as possible, plan them around your pup’s routine, and make sure they are safe, comfortable, and settled. If your pup needs around-the-clock supervision (for example, due to separation anxiety, medical needs, or simply extra comfort), it is a separate service level that would fall under Rover’s constant care bookings, which I offer at a flat rate of $250 per day. This rate ensures I can block off my calendar and be fully prepared to provide 24 hour care. Please make sure to note this requirement in your booking request or at our meet and greet, as fees will need to be modified prior to confirming the dates requested. Start and End Times: To help me coordinate care smoothly, please keep your start and ends times within a 1-hour window. If a wider time frame is requested, I’ll adjust it before confirming your booking. Late arrivals may be subject to additional fees or cancellation, so please communicate with me as soon as possible if your plans change. I often have other pet guests scheduled immediately before and after each visit; accurate timing is essential, so I can provide every pet the attention they deserve. Confirming a Request: Per Rover’s policy, full payment is required before your booking can be confirmed. I’m unable to hold or block off dates until payment is completed. I often receive multiple requests for the same dates, therefore bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests may be archived if payment isn’t secured within 24 hours of our meet and greet, as pending requests temporarily remove my availability from other pet parents who are searching for care. Please note, I do not receive payment from Rover until services have been fully rendered. Cancellations: I do not offer refunds for any stay canceled less than 7 days of the confirmed booking or less than 14 days of a holiday booking. This is my full time position, and cancellations greatly impact my ability to continue to provide excellent care at a competitive rate. I appreciate your understanding. My goal is to give every pet the attention, safety, and consistency they deserve while under my supervision. These guidelines help me provide consistent, high-quality care while keeping things organized and fair for all families. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. 💛 Safety & Trust: As an animal owner and lover myself, I understand the importance of providing a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment for pets. During the meet and greet, I will ask a lot of questions about your pup- this is to ensure I know as much as possible to make your dog feel at ease while under my care, and to make sure I am a good fit for your needs. This time will also allow you to ask me any questions you may have. My goal is to leave you feeling comfortable and confident that when your pet is in my care, they are treated like family- with a patient, attentive, and nurturing approach that fosters genuine connection, safety, and trust.
“We were immediately comfortable with Jennifer’s calming presence and Milo didn’t even bark like he normally does on a first meeting. Her dogs were so sweet and Milo seemed to enjoy them, especially their toys!! We will definitely be calling on Jennifer again.”

“Very nice family, our pup was asleep shortly after getting picked up, he was worn out from play time with the other dogs. We were happy to have a place to take care of our Mini Schnauzer on a holiday, Thanksgiving Day, while we had to be away from home all day and unable to take him with us.”

“Marie watched my 2 girls and was so great with them. My older girl was nervous at first and she made her feel comfortable and my girl eventually relaxed. They both had a great time! Marie sent some great pictures and videos and updated me regularly. I already have another stay in the books with Marie!”

About: I understand completely how nerve racking leaving your best friend with a stranger is. But, my name is Haley and I absolutely LOVE ALL animals. Small, medium, large, furry, fluffy, naked, or scales! My speciality lies with canines. From teething rambunctious puppies to seniors who need extra attention and patience. My husband (Christopher) and I both work from home. This leaves our schedule very flexible to accommodate yours. We have one Vaderdog. He’s a 13 year old German Pinscher who’s a Sniff-Lord. “All smells must be sniffed” is his motto. Preferably I’d watch your fur-child in their home, but happy to acclimate them to ours. We have a fenced in back yard, dog parks, and opens fields and trails with plenty of space for off leash adventures. Don’t hesitate to bring anything your love needs to be more comfortable. Please note I am capable for administering any medications and understand processes for crate training, nose work, and learning enrichments. Tell you familiar I said hello! Hope to meet them soon. Their routine is my routine. Looking to turn taking caring of animals into what I do for the rest of my life. My schedule will always be updated to reflect my availability. Where they are most comfortable and at peace is what I want to provide. Our house has a fenced in back yard and dog parks, opens fields and trails nearby with plenty of space for off leash adventures.
About: My wife and I have 3 animals at home - 1 dog and 2 cats. Our dog is a senior with low energy, and our cats are curious and friendly. We’re no strangers to medication and we understand the importance of keeping pets comfortable in their routines. We’ve also taken care of animals for more than 25 years. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. We’d love to get to know you and your fur babies! My wife also works from home & has the ability to take your animals for walks daily. We also have a fenced in backyard which allows for ample playtime for your animal. I am all about communication and comfort. You will always know how your animal is doing and they will always be safe. I’m available to drop-in or to take care of your animal at our house. We are very loving and love to snuggle with all animals too. We have everything your animal will need at our house already. Treats, toys, and beds are provided. We understand if your animal prefers their own bed however.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Slavia commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 2,056 sitters in Slavia, 85% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
