About: Hi! I’m Nicole, and my partner Alex and I spent the last few years traveling abroad and working remotely. We’ve landed in Lake Tahoe for the foreseeable future :) We provide a safe, active, and loving environment for your pets while you’re away. We’re still both fully remote, which means your fur baby gets consistent attention, not just quick check-ins. Our days naturally include multiple walks (morning, mid-day, and evening), outdoor time, and plenty of downtime for cuddles and relaxation. We live an active lifestyle and love having a furry friends alongside us for walks, fresh air, and exploring, but we’re just as intentional about creating a calm, secure space at home so your pet feels comfortable and settled. We’ve cared for pets for years, including friends, family, Rover clients and other pet sitting platforms, in both our home and theirs. We’re very attentive and always know where your pet is, so you never have to worry about safety or supervision. Our goal is simple: when you’re away, your pet isn’t just being watched, they’re having their own little vacation. If you’re looking for reliable, communicative sitters who will treat your pet like their own, we’d love to help. Because we both work fully remote, pet care naturally fits into our daily routine and gets consistent attention throughout the day. Our typical weekday schedule includes a morning walk before work, another walk or outdoor break mid-day, and a longer walk or activity in the evening. We’re home all day, so your pup isn’t left alone for long stretches and gets plenty of interaction, supervision, and care in between. We also build in flexibility throughout the day for playtime, potty breaks, and any specific needs your dog may have. On weekends, we’re usually free and spend more time outdoors, which means even more walks, fresh air, and quality time. If your dog enjoys being active, they’ll fit right into Alex’s routine! Additionally, Nicole is just as happy accommodating dogs who prefer a slower, more relaxed pace. We have stairs in our home that lead down to our bedroom as well as to get down to the front door. If your pup has mobility issues, they’ll need to be okay with being carried up and down

About: I have been caring for others pets for over 10 years! Ranging from fish, cats, dogs, horses, etc. Spending time with animals is a passion for me and I look forward to meeting your pet! I am a yoga teacher which makes my schedule extremely flexible to care for your pet and all their needs! Looking forward to meeting you and your pet! I have a dog of my own who is extremely friendly and loves having new friends to adventure with! I strive to give your pet the best care while you are away!

About: I’ve grown up taking care of many different animals from baby deer to chickens. I’ve had many different breeds of dogs from an Akita to Great Pyrenees. Currently I have a male cat. I’m pretty flexible in my schedule and can visit during the week( I do have a child I have to pick up in the afternoon.) I can walk and play with dog or cat. As well as check the food & water. I’m pretty flexible with whatever may be needed for care.

About: Hello! My name is Jaclyn. I’m a local animal lover with a passion for caring for pets of all kinds. Whether it's going on long walks with dogs, cuddling up with cats, or making sure smaller animals get the attention they need, I truly enjoy spending time with animals and helping them feel safe and loved. I currently work from home, so your pet will never be left unsupervised. I previously worked as a veterinary assistant at a local clinic, where I gained hands-on experience caring for cats, dogs, birds, rodents, and reptiles. I’m trained in safe handling techniques and experienced in administering medication to animals with a wide range of needs and temperaments. I was also known as the cat whisperer and understand how to respect their space while building trust and comfort. I’ve had animals in my life since childhood and currently share my home with two Australian Shepherd's and two kitties. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pet, whether furry, feathered, or scaly, as if they were my own! I currently work remotely so it is easy for me to fit walks and potty breaks into my daily routine. There are some days I am out of the house for events but I would make sure you as a pet parent were aware and proper arrangements were made. I have a fenced yard with plenty of space for your dog to roam. My dogs are very active and will provide a full day of play.

About: I have experience with a broad range of dogs from miniature aussies to pit bulls and Great Danes. I’m happy to take your dogs on longer hikes and adjust care to their energy levels and needs. I also have experience caring for reptiles, felines, goats, and chickens. I’m currently working part time locally in South Lake Tahoe while attending school online, and I have a flexible schedule for dog walking and pet care! I will discuss care expectations prior to pet sitting / dog walking to make sure I understand the animal’s behavior on leash or with other dogs. Typically in home care involves feeding, light cleaning, spending time with animal in the yard (if available) and dog walking.

About: I live in a private home with a large, fully fenced-in yard off of Ski Run Blvd with 4 female rescues. I have had and cared for dogs (large and small) as well as cats for 13 years and am loving, patient, and responsible. I love to get outside for runs down to the beach or to go hiking in the area, and try to bring at least one dog with me on every adventure. I have raised both puppies and cared for elderly dogs, including my own Golden Retriever Stewie who sadly passed away two years ago at the age of 12. I look forward to meeting and caring for your furry family members as well as I do my own! My schedule varies, but I keep it up to date in the app and can be flexible if anything comes up or if needs change. I have a fully fenced in, private backyard off of a quiet street that is perfect for lots of running around with my 3 dogs, who are incredibly friendly and get along with dogs of all ages and sizes (and are great at tiring out puppies!). My dogs are crate trained and usually are in their crates at night and when I am away for more than a couple hours, and I would be happy to do the same or whatever is preferred for yours.

About: What I would say sets me apart from other walkers/sitters, is my care and attention to each dog’s unique needs. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs, and adjust my care style accordingly. I have always had a passion for animals, and making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for. I’m currently working part-time, so my schedule is extremely flexible! I am available almost everyday, all day to care for your pups! I just recently moved up to South Lake for college and am living in the dorms, so I’m trying to save up some extra money doing what I love! On walks, I focus on keeping pets safe, comfortable, and happy. I always stay alert to surroundings, and avoid busy or unsafe areas. I always make sure to bring water on longer walks, watch for signs of tiredness or overheating, and give them time to sniff and explore. I also reinforce good leash behavior with gentle guidance and positive encouragement. Each walk is a mix of exercise, care, and fun.

About: I’ve had my dog for the last four years and understand the stress of leaving your animal with someone else, I can assure you that I will take very good care of your pet and that they will return happy and well played with! I’m currently working part time and have time to care for your pup! My home has a doggy door and a large yard as well. I’m an extremely active person so I can promise you that your pet will get daily walks, hikes, runs, or bike rides— depending on your pets exercise needs.
