About: Feeding, entertaining, and walking pets. Friends and family have trusted me in caring for their pets like my own when needed. I have had pets of all kinds growing up and have a passion for caring for dogs, cats and small animals such as guinea pigs. I currently work full time Monday through Thursday in the human services field as a case manager. My schedule is flexible and I am available every weekend. I currently have two cats who are my best friends. I have grown up around dogs and have dog sat for many years for friends and family. Walking and pop ins are the best part of my day.

About: As someone who has grown up always having dogs and cats, I know how important it is to have someone who is comfortable and loves being around animals to take care of them. I have been dog sitting family friends’s dogs and pets since I was 19. I work Monday-Friday on a 9-3:30 schedule. I am available before work and after 3:30 during the week. During the summer I will have more availability. I think it’s important to build trust with animals by providing them the space they need, especially when you’re someone new to them. I care for my own pets by spending quality time with them by taking them on walks (dogs, or even cats if that’s what you are looking for too!) and with my own pets, giving them lots of love and affection and an occasional treat (or 2.)

About: I worked in a dog daycare facility and have provided many services. I have experience feeding , giving medication, bathing and trimming nails. I have loved dogs all my life but have never had the chance to own one so I do my best to provide quality care and love to any dog I see. I am going to be doing some schooling so I will balance school work with my rover work as well as I can by leaving some days closed off so I can focus on my schoolwork. To start I am only going to be doing walks and drop ins to get used to how the river life works but will probably eventually provide all services.

“Paul is a wonderful addition to my dog’s routine! I was scrambling to figure out what to do on my 12 hour days with my newly adopted rescue female pit mix when classes started this Fall. After reviewing a few profiles, Paul’s really stuck out as someone with both passion and genuine knowledge about dogs/dog behavior. I asked him to come meet my dog before we officially booked to ensure that she reacted well to him. Within the first few minutes, my dog was on her back requesting belly rubs. Needless to say, they hit it off! I feel very comfortable with Paul and SO pleased with how happy my dog looks in the pictures I get from their weekly walks. Even when she refuses to go outside in the rain, he spends time hanging out with her so she still gets some attention. I couldn’t be more appreciative and I’m sure my dog would 100% agree!”

About: I graduated in 2018 from Umass Amherst with my Bachelors of science Pre-veterinary medicine. I have worked as a technician as well as a veterinary receptionist in animal hospitals. I am confident handling most animals, livestock, birds, dogs, cats and I have amateur skills with reptiles and horses. I took a small animal CPR course and can administer medications. I have personally owned 3 dogs, a bird, and many fish throughout my life. I am looking for extra work and have a very flexible schedule. I will typically be available most days and weekends, so don't hesitate to ask! I have a pre-veterinary bachelors degree and plenty of experience handling small pets I have a semi fenced large yard in the suburb area. I have two runs set up in the backyard, both allowing plenty of freedom. I have one dog, Digby. He is a mixed King Charles Cavalier spaniel and poodle. Digby is 6 years old and about 30lbs. He is sort of timid around other dogs but once he knows everything is safe, he loves to play! I live with my mother and my father.

About: I have had pets my whole life and have been trusted to care for them consistently. Having 2 of my own dogs and many reptiles/amphibians, my care for pets goes deeper than most. I am currently working on becoming credentialed as a NP so I am no longer working a full time job, making me free almost any day. I have a fenced in yard with 2 friendly dogs but am also available to come to your home as needed! I have a home of my own as well so I know the importance of keeping the home safe and clean for our little friends.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 12 yrs old there’s nothing I love more than taking care of dogs and making sure there happy and need everything they deserve, I’ve taken care from puppy to senior dogs. Til this day I make time for animals I have 4 days off out of the week and I would love to help out those who need genuine care for there dogs I always make sure my dogs are on a leash, making sure there’s no wild animals out in the yard before I take them out, if I’m walking your dog and I see another dog coming I put myself to the side holding the dog close enough in where the other dog don’t get near us.

About: I’ve taken care of my own pets since I was about 6. I have pet sat for the past 12 years, including walks, feeding, just hanging out, and spending the night to care. I have always had a special place in my heart for animals and love to spend as much time with them as I can! I bring pets for walks or let them out to run in the yard , feed them, bathe them, and of course give them all the love and attention they need! Part time occupational therapist and, more importantly, part time stay at home mom who goes on walks regularly with our dog and baby, and brings our dog to acceptable places when leaving the house as well. (If services are actively offered) I have a big fenced in yard and a pup that loves to share his running space. Pets are allowed on my couch and bed so that they feel the most comfortable when here. Will also use crate if that is what’s preferred.

About: I have been around animals my whole life. I believe its important to treat them well and with respect. I know how important it is for pets to be cared for while we're away Im available most mornings and evenings. I am currently available during the day as well. I take my own dog for walks every morning and evening as well. I can come and provide the animals food, fresh water and play with them if they are in the mood for that. In the case of dogs I'm happy to let them outside or go on a walk with them. I can play with them and make sure they are exercised.

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a kid. I've cared for all types of dogs from dachshunds to pitbulls; toy poodles to great danes. No dog is too excitable or too strong to handle. I am an active person and will make sure your dog gets lots of exercise. My husband and I like to make sure all pups end the day happy and tired. With a large yard on a quiet street, you pet will feel right at home here. I work from home every day aside from Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with a lenient job that I can walk away from when needed. I can take the dog out at any time of day, and have a long lunch break for walks, and plenty of time in the evening for play. I've sat many pets in their own home, and have been able to learn how they behave in their own environment and adapt accordingly. Respecting people's spaces is a top priority, and I always make sure to leave a home exactly as I found it. I have a large home with plenty of outdoor space at the end of a quiet cul da sac. The back yard is secluded and very safe. We do not keep food out, and we make sure no plants that can harm animals ever enter the home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with very few cars. Most all other dogs in the area have interacted with dogs we have babysat, and are very friendly and well trained.

About: I am an elementary physical education teacher who plays a lot of sports and loves to hang out with friends and family. I love playing and taking care of dogs. When I was younger I first started to dog sit for a few friends when they go out of town for the week/weekend, but now I enjoy giving all of my free time an attention to dogs. I love to run with dogs and play with them in the yard or at parks and see the smile on their face when they are playing with their toys! About: I have done both walking and house sitting for family and neighbors for five years, and have worked with and am comfortable handling both large and small dogs. I grew up owning dogs, including a shitzu mix, a poodle mix, and a shelter girl of unknown breed. While all but one of the dogs I have owned were under 20 pounds, most of my history in pet sitting has been with has been with dogs in the 30-70 pound range, including labs, huskies, and a pit bull mix as my most frequent clients. I have experience with owning a fear reactive dog, but my comfort with taking care of them will be on a case by case basis. I also have experience with training young dogs for crating, potty training, and leash training I am currently exclusively self employed and have a flexible schedule with my income sources, so I am available most days and times of the week At this time I am only able to provide care in my clients home, I am unable to provide boarding due to limited space in my house I will work with owners to maintain your pets normal schedule, including feeding and walks. I am comfortable crating and using alternate feeders or feeding styles as needed Dogs will never be outside unattended, and will be kept on leash or in fenced in yards unless the owner specifically requests that I do otherwise. Cats will not be taken outside for any reason unless requested by owners. All animals will receive a significant amount of play and/or pet time during each visit, assuming the animal is comfortable with and enjoying it For drop ins, I will provide at least one update per visit including pictures. For continuous house sitting, as my standard I will provide at least three updates per day (morning, mid day, and afternoon/evening) with at least one photo per update.
