About: Eric and Rachel share a love for their beloved Aussie-beagle Lilo and fostering rescue dogs together. We know that it is never easy to leave your beloved dog with someone new, and in a new place. As our own Lilo has struggled with separation anxiety before, we know how important it is to have a pet sitter who is present, patient, and able to cater their care towards a dog’s specific needs. Rachel has taken care of 6 different family dogs growing up, including a border collie, golden retriever, Boston terrier, 2 mixed breeds and a silky terrier. Eric has taken care of his family dog (chihuahua minpin) since birth till now (11 years old). Together, we have fostered 22 rescue dogs these past two years, ranging from a high energy Great Pyrenees to 3 Border Collie puppies all at once, to a completely afraid and anxious Beagle mama and Shiba Inu mama that are recovering from very difficult situations. We have also looked after American pit bulls, large Newfoundlands and a Rhodesian Ridgeback, and senior doggies who have hip difficulties and special diets. Our own dog is a 3.5 year old Aussie-beagle, so we particularly love the herding dogs. :) We both have lots of experience working with dogs of all kinds of temperaments and needs, especially high energy dogs who require a lot of attention and care, and administering medication to dogs who have special needs. Rachel also loves cooking her home cooked meals for her dog, and can do that for yours too, if you need! We both work from home and have all weekends free. Our flexible schedules together allows us to bring dogs regularly on walks and to look after them consistently. We follow instructions really well, and can take care of your dog according to your requirements. We allow dogs to roam and sleep freely in our home, but we can also crate your dog easily if you prefer. We know how to work with your dog with lots of gentle care and love.

About: I’ve grown up my whole life with dogs and cats, so since I was young, I’ve been responsible for feeding, walking/scooping litter boxes, and playing with cats and dogs! Additionally, my mom is a retired vet technician so if something is ever concerning, she is just a phone call away! I am a student at UW-Madison with a relatively light schedule. I’m available weekday evenings and most weekends! I will be upfront about my availability, but as a busy college student, some weeks may vary in terms of availability! Please do not hesitate to reach out with specific questions! I have experience dealing with skittish pets and understand the importance of making sure your pet is as comfortable as possible. If your pet makes any messes in your home, I will ensure that they are cleaned up and looking better than how you left it!

About: I’ve always lived in a household with cats and dogs - growing up, my parents had cats and dogs and now that I live on my own, I have 2 kitties of my own - Pumpkin and Jasper! I have pet sat for neighbors, friends, and coworkers and am always so happy to do it! I work fully remote and have flexible hours, so it is easy for me to drop in! I also could work at your home and spend time with your babies if you have wifi! I live in a 1 bedroom apartment with my 2 kitties. I’ve had them both since they were kittens - one is 5 years old now and the other is 3 years old. They are spoiled with treats, play time, brushing, and kisses!

About: I have taken care of my family and friends pets for many years. I try my best to understand the pets energy that they display and follow any directions given by the owner that makes the pet feel comfortable and safe. I work as a baker so I have several days where I am done with work either by 11 AM or 1 PM. I am also occasionally available all day on Fridays. I respect the directions given by the owner and try my best to understand the energy given by the pet I am sitting. I do not want to cross any boundaries that make the pet feel unsafe. I am patient with pets and try my best to make them feel comfortable and loved.

About: I grew up in a household with a minimum of us having 3 dogs at a time, ranging from 4 lb to 150 lb (shorkie/ irish wolfhound)! I'm a travel nurse in the area, and can't travel with pets, looking to spend some of my free time loving on animals. Along with having dogs growing up, we typically always had a cat or 2 to snuggle up with! I currently work 3 12 hours shifts in a week at the hospital. I do mostly night shift, however some day shifts. I typically have 4 days a week that I can spend watching your furry loved one! About: I’m a pre veterinary student, and I intern at an urgent care vet clinic, which gave me a lot of experience understanding important health signs, but also has taught me to be comfortable with dogs of all energy levels, personality, etc. Additionally, I am a dog walker at a local shelter. I’m comfortable giving meds, helping with senior pets, and making sure every pet feels safe and loved. Whether your pup needs playtime, slow walks, or just some good snuggles, I’ve got it covered! About: I’ve had pets my whole life and I love to take care of them to ensure they stay happy and healthy! I have experience bathing (only dogs) and grooming pets. Most of all, I love spending time with your pets to reduce the stress of their owner being away. My schedule is pretty irregular but I am available a lot of the time! Always feel free to reach out with any questions about my current availability! I like to keep things the way I found them and not leave any mess for the owner to clean up. I provide the regular services like feeding or walking your pet of course, but I mainly strive to spend as much time with your pet as I can.

About: I've taken care of people's pets for over 8 years. I typically do overnights on weekends, but I have experience with multi-week stays and could possibly accomodate for that depending on location! I'm a runner and a hiker and I usually like to take dogs on different adventures whether it's a run on a bike path or on the trails! I have experience with senior dogs and cats as well as younger, more lively pets! I am a full-time graduate student, so I am on campus in the mornings-afternoon. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets whether that's taking them for a walk mid-day, or providing care overnight. I also do housework at homes when asked such as taking care of plants, watering gardens, vacuuming and making sure you return to a spotless house! I am a full time graduate student so I am on campus from about 8am-2pm (at the latest). I do have some flexibility to stop by mid day to check in with your pet(s) as well. I work some weekends for maximum 3.5 hours, so I can plan to be home almost full time on weekends if needed. I am available for mid day walks on some days (Wednesday-Sunday) as well! I easily adapt to the home structure of the people I pet sit for. With clear instructions I can maintain your home routine for your pet(s) to keep consistency in your lives and pets lives!
