About: I grew up with my family owning pets and have had dogs myself for 27 years. I've recently retired and have no pets at this time. I would love to help you take care of your pets. I have experience giving meds and shots, senior care, special needs, and puppies. I can take care of pets in your home, in my home, take them for walks, feed them, and let them out for potty breaks I am not currently working so I have plenty of time to give your pets lots of love, attention, and play time while you're away. I have a fenced in yard so your pups can get outdoor time to play if that's what they like. I also have gates in the house if that's what they need to be safe. I have plenty of beds and toys for them to play with. If you prefer to keep your pups in a familiar environment I'd be happy to watch them in your home where they're most comfortable. I don't mind traveling for an extended stay in your home.

“After hiring a few bad Rover walkers, Emma has restored our hope in the service platform. We’re so glad we found her! I know that every day she sees our puppy, Emma will walk her for the amount of time we pay her to. She’s been amazing with following out instructions, and always goes above and beyond. On a rainy day, Emma even brought her own towel to make sure our puppy would be dry! She takes the time to write a brief description of every walk, so I know if our puppy spent the morning chewing up the fence or playing with her Kong. Emma has been very respectful of our home. We haven’t had any issues with her going through our house or helping herself to anything. She doesn’t smoke before coming into our house, making our house smell like smoke— which has been an issue in the past. On a day when our puppy was particularly bored and ripped up a bunch of papers, Emma even asked where the broom was, so we didn’t have to come home to a mess! We’re really happy that our puppy is so well cared for!”

About: I have owned pets--mostly dogs and cats--my whole life. I love dogs more than most people! I am a rescue lover and also transport pets for a rescue. I am a stay at home dog Mom --I can accommodate most any schedule. I have reliable transportation for drop in and can walk your pet when needed. I have a fenced yard, a dog door and space available for crates if needed. I have 2 friendly dogs who would enjoy company. Available for drop in visits whenever needed.

About: My animal experience goes way back to childhood. At the age of 7 I started in 4h, learning about animal husbandry. By the age of 13 I was volunteering at the local riding stables. By high school, I was working at the local animal shelter, volunteering with local rescues and advancing my education in dog training, with hopes of getting into service dogs. At age 19 I started working at a vet clinic This just advanced my love of animals and their care even more! Fast forward to today, and I own my own in home grooming salon ❤️ I have continued to volunteer with the local rescues and shelter every chance I get. 2 years ago I was blessed with the opportunity to become a puppy raiser for a veteran service dog foundation. That was the very best experience i could of asked for! My knowledge of dogs extends into training, grooming and care. I'm knowledgeable with cats and other small animals as well! Coming from a farm and vet background, I have experience with just about every animal including exotics. My personal dogs are all very well socialized with other animals of all kinds. They all have extensive training and are completely safe with others. They know just how to make our new guest feel right at home! All my boarder dogs are treated as family, allowed on beds and furniture and cage free unless otherwise requested. Bath or grooming add ons are always available! All baths/ grooms come complete with a cute Pic! Please feel free to reach out with any questions ❤️ I work from home in my at home grooming salon, so your pet will never be alone. Should I need to leave the house for small errands, there is still someone left at home, or the animal will have a safe enclosed room to themselves. My Backyard is attached to the house and fully enclosed with a large wooden privacy fence. Pets are never left outside unattended and are kept in my view at all times.

I moved to Shepherdsville 2 years ago and have been dog walking and pet sitting in the area since and can provide references! I currently have 2 dogs at home, both rescues. One is a pittie mix and one is a complete mystery 35lb reverse brindle mutt. They both have a lot of energy and love to rough house! I have also fostered shelter dogs. I currently set my own work schedule, so I am very flexible! I am available on both weekdays and weekends. The more advance notice I have, the more flexible I can be I will care for your dog as if it were my own. If you have a yard, we can play outside. I am in the fitness industry and would love to take your dog for a walk, or even a run! I can crate your dog if needed and feed them according to your instructions. I also have experience working with some health conditions such as mega oesophagus. I am self employed so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule! The more notice you can give me the more flexible I can be I am very safety conscious, I will take care of your dog as if they were my own. About: I have a 120 pound rottie and a 60 pound hyperactive Pitt mix that have absolutely stolen my heart but I’m looking to fill some time with other pets as well. I’m a RN but I’m in graduate school to become a CRNA (the person that puts you to sleep when you have surgery) and that requires intense clinical training, therefore I am no longer working as a nurse. Im looking to make some extra money doing what I between classes/clinical! I love dogs, especially if they are big and cuddly, but little dogs need love too! Puppies will always have a special place in my heart too. Can’t wait to meet your fur babies and love on them! In the month of May my schedule is wide open as I am off from school and home 100% of the time! I don’t have many restrictions! Due to already having 2 rambunctious dogs in my own home, I will not be allowing dog sitting at my personal home. However, in a clients home, I can cater to whatever care/routine the animal already has!

About: I have years of experience including working for a veterinarian & fostering for our local shelter. Your pet will receive the love & attention it misses while your gone I currently live alone & I have plenty of time to spend with your furry friends on the weekends. We can play in the fenced in yard & play ball or maybe kiddie pool. I can walk your animals around the neighborhood or play ball if you have a fenced in yard. Maybe just hang out awhile if you don’t & have a conversation on the floor and get me a few hugs.

About: Staff at KHS who is always around animals. Big believer in slow introductions for safety and to make everyone comfortable. If an animal is reactive in anyway, that doesn’t mean they are a “bad dog”, they just need more patience and assurance. I am off on Sundays and Mondays. Being a manager at KHS, my hours can get a little crazy but if I can make it work to help support your fur babies on other days, I will for sure do it! I will match your babies needs. Do they want to be a couch potato and snuggle? Got it! They need a good walk to get some wiggles out? Done! A mix of both, I got it!
