About: I've been in the house/pet sitting business for a couple years now. I've worked in houses with anywhere between one animal to seven animals! I am absolutely open to exotic pets as well as I have a few of my own and would love to meet different species. I also worked in a zoo for 4 years, and currently work in a vets office, so I have plenty of different experiences. I look forward to meeting your babies:) I currently work at a vets office Thursday-Saturday from 9am-5:30pm (1pm on Saturdays), and volunteer Sunday nights, so I would unfortunately not be able to provide around the clock care. Otherwise, I am at the home all day! I am open to frequent walks, brushing, bathing, giving medication, and any other specific needs for your pet! I understand how tedious and picky some animals tend to be, so I'm open to any accommodations necessary.

Your pet is sure to be in the best of hands and thoroughly cared for 🥰 My schedule is very flexible. I have two children in school with shared custody so whatever your pet needs are, I can most likely accommodate - including weekends :o) Building trust and security with your pet is essential for quality care, which is my focus. “Rylee was AMAZING. She took such good care of my baby while I was out of town even going so far as to carry my 70 lb baby back to my house during a heat wave when my dog had decided she was done. She was incredibly communicative the whole time and was so sweet to my baby.”

About: “Hannah is your go-to pet lover! When she’s not greeting folks at the front desk and handling insurance at Baptist Health, she’s probably planning her next adventure, or spending time with her fur babies! Hannah absolutely loves to travel and has a whole crew of four-legged friends at home. She’s got two adorable Mini Aussies who are eight years old, two playful cats that are a year and a half, and even some reptiles she’s been caring for over the past five years. Growing up on a farm means she’s no stranger to looking after all kinds of animals. If you need someone to drop by and check on your pets, she’s available for morning visits between 8 11 and a.m., or after 7:30 p.m. on weekdays once she’s off work. Plus, if you give her a little heads-up, weekends can work too!” “Hannah lives in Shepherdsville and happily serves clients in Shepherdsville, Lebanon Junction, Boston, and Bardstown. Whenever you need someone to drop by and take care of your furry (or scaly!) friends, she’s got you covered.” I have a pretty set schedule that I can work around! I work M-F 11am-7:30pm in Bardstown so I can stop by before and after work! I can accommodate any requests! I don't like for pets to stay locked in a cage like most boarding facilities do. I like them to feel as if they are at home with you, if needed to be crated while they sleep I can do that as well.

About: I am a dog mom of 2, my dogs names are: Beauty, and Skyla. I live on almost an acre, so your pup has plenty of room to play. I have two children who love to spoil and play with dogs so they will get plenty of attention, exercise and love. I am flexible with sitting, boarding and anything else you may need, my son is 16 and helps me with any dog that I care for. I live in a nice quiet neighborhood, so I can walk your dog on their leash as well. I treat my pups like they are my kids, they are spoiled, but they are great with other dogs. I will provide pictures/videos daily so you can see your family member and feel at easy while you are away. I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby. As I do work three jobs. My kids help take care of our own family pets as well as other people's. I ensure any pup I sit has their own water bowl and food bowl. Like I would my own pups. If you notice I don't say dog or animal. My two pups, I call my girls or my pups. They are my kids too and any dog I board, I treat like I would want someone to treat my girls.
“Deshawn did a great job walking our pups for us over a multiple day period. He is very nice and enjoyable to chat with, but perhaps most importantly, the dogs love him and got very excited when he showed up to walk them. Thanks again Deshawn!”
About: I've taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds ever since I was roughly 13 years old, and am also able to administer medications to animals. Family members, friends, and referrals/new friends have trusted me with their pets time and time again because I genuinely enjoy spending time with and taking care of their critters as if they’re my own! I also have experience with farm/unique animals like chickens, chinchillas, guinea pigs, rabbits, snakes, etc., and I have experience caring for epileptic dogs, as well as senior animals! I can ALWAYS promise to treat your babies like they’re my own, and to ensure they get the best of care. My availability is quite flexible, and I typically have the ability to run over and do house visits or walks as often as they are needed, and I’m able to provide housesitting services, too! I unfortunately am unable to host animals in my home due to rules against it (I’m a renter). I apologize in advance if this causes any kind of inconvenience. But I’m able to happily provide housesitting/petsitting services at my clients homes.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Clermont. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.
For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Clermont.

- 94% of walkers can help with special care needs
- 98% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 100% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
