I love exploring nature with animals, and can take them on long hikes. I can also play with them indoors for hours on end. I work freelance/remote, so my schedule adjusts to the pet's schedule. I have plenty of time to play with them, sit at home with them, or take them out for walks. Pets are always on a leash if out of the home. No phones on walks so I can be present with the animal. I can provide as much cuddles and validation as they need to ease their separation anxiety. I can also crate them if need be, this varies by pet and owner.

About: Hi! I’m Kelly, I’m 27 and have been an animal lover pretty much my entire life. I grew up in a house with three dogs and three cats, ranging from puppies to senior cats and a tiny toy poodle all the way up to a Great Dane, so I’m very comfortable with dogs of all sizes and cats with every personality imaginable! I also used to volunteer with an animal shelter, helping transport animals to foster homes and adoption events. My stepmom is also a vet tech, so I was lucky to grow up around someone who taught me a lot about caring for animals and understanding their individual needs/ any medications! Animals have always been a huge part of my family, and I genuinely love getting to know each pet and all the little quirks that make them them. I have a cat of my own now who I absolutely adore, so I completely understand how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your pet. I’ll always make sure they’re getting plenty of attention, love, playtime and company while you’re away and I’m more than happy to send lots of pictures and updates along the way 🤍 I work remote which makes my schedule really flexible for walks, drop-ins, daytime sitting and overnight stays. I also have my own car, so getting to and from visits is easy. About: Animal lover all of my life. My girlfriend and I have lots of experience with cats and dogs.I have lived with Mastiffs,Berners, Labs and other breeds but do not currently have a dog of my own. Twenty years of excellent references in Crested Butte and a few years of references around Denver. Definitely happy to take your dog on adventures in the mountains, Golden Gate State park etc. I live in Arvada with my girlfriend. We have plenty of room and a fenced in yard. Close to lake Arbor. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
