“I highly recommend Nina! She’s very responsive, gives great walk reports, and always takes photos. I know my corgi pup is in good hands when I have to leave her home. With Nina’s previous experience working at a vet, I also have peace of mind knowing she can handle an emergency if it were to happen. I also appreciate that she was willing to meet us and our dog before she became our walker.”

“Such an amazing dog walker! My dog absolutely LOVES her. She’s always on time, caring, and attentive with our pup. We feel so lucky to have found her. I couldn’t recommend her more!”

“Jennifer is great. She came to meet us and Bernie before she started walking him. We get photos and updates! She’s very nice and knows a lot about dogs so we feel really comfortable with her 😊”

About: For the last 40+ years I've been caring for my (and others) pets. I've had dogs, cats, horses, birds, ferrets, rats, etc... Animals love calm gentle people. That's me! I have lots of experience with giving meds, grooming, feeding, and handling all types/ages of pets. Unless an animal is actually attacking me, I am never harsh with them. You can count on me to be respectful and gentle with your furbabies. I am currently working part-time so I have lots of extra time to care for your pets. I prefer not to drive after dark if possible. Respect and details matter. I will always respect your home and property. It can be scary to let someone take care of your pets. I understand. I'll always double-check to make sure everything is done right, and that the gate is closed behind me! :-)

About: I have taken care of dogs for 15 years. I started working at a daycare in 2011 and then progressed to working at two different animal hospitals. My last job I worked at the an animal hospital for 10 years. I was also doing pet sittings and walkings on the side. I have experience with both young and senior fur babies. I am currently not working and have been staying busy with pet sittings. So am looking forward to meeting new fur buddies and make fun memories! Hi! I’m a responsible and caring pet sitter who treats every pet like my own. I live in a townhouse with my friend. He owns a Chihuahua mix who is friendly with other dogs. While we don’t have a fenced yard, safety is always my top priority, and dogs are kept on a leash at all times. If a dog is not dog-friendly, I take extra care to avoid high-traffic areas during walks. When a fenced yard is available at a client’s home, I always supervise outdoor time. I carefully follow all feeding instructions and take allergies seriously. I have experience administering oral medications but do not give injections.

About: I am a pet lover, 5-star dog walker, and pet owner who will take outstanding care of your animal family, as well as your home. I am ethical, respectful and reliable - and will be at your house even in bad weather. I have years of experience with caring for fish, large dogs, horses & livestock, as well as small animals such as rats, ferrets and guinea pigs. I will maintain contact with you throughout your absence, by providing daily/per visit updates and photos. So, if you live in the Harpers Ferry, Charles Town, Ranson, Martinsburg area, or in any of the areas between those locations and would like more information, please reach out to me through this website. I am happy to provide a custom estimate, or schedule a consultation. Please note the following: I will make adjustments to my daily rate/per visit rate for multiple pets, so if you have more than 2 pets, please reach out to me for custom pricing, as I do not want to overcharge, and the Rover pricing may become confusing. As a general rule, the more pets you have, the lower the per/pet rate will be. Additionally, I do not charge extra for cats, or small animals that live within the home of dogs that I have been booked to walk, drop in on, or provide daily care to. My cancellation policy is as follows: - 24 hours, advanced notice - Full Refund - Day of Cancellations - $14 convenience fee will be charged, to make up for lost booking space, but I will refund any remaining payments*. *Emergency Cancellations are assessed on an individual basis; $14 convenience fee may be fully refunded depending on the circumstances, or price may be reduced during your next booking. Why I love dog sitting I have been an animal lover and pet owner for as long as I can remember. In fact, there are very few photos of me, as a child, that do not include a family pet. Growing up we had dogs, cats, rabbits and horses. My husband also worked as a Veterinary Technician for 15 years, so I am often able to call him for advice if I have questions, or concerns. Our pets are our family and we love them like children. I will treat your pets with the same love and attention that I give to my dogs. I have experience administering medication and with pets that have special needs.
