I live in a newer neighborhood so Michelle had some difficulty finding my home. She was running slightly behind and it was getting darker which did not help. Fortunately I was able to communicate with Michelle at work until she was able to locate my home and dog. After that hiccup, it was smooth sailing.
Michelle follows instructions well and is prompt!
Michelle was wonderful with our puppy! She is such a kind and patient caregiver. See even sent me a picture of our puppy having lunch.
