“August was wonderful with my fur baby and my home. It was so much easier to just leave and go on vacation instead of packing my dog up with all her stuff and trying to pick her up. I think it was less stressful for both of us. I definitely will be using August in the future.”

“Keith provided house sitting service to us when we are away. He is very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely use his service again in the future.”

“Chy was a great house sitter for our dogs and chickens and she send frequent and helpful updates. We appreciated that she was willing to meet us beforehand to talk about talk about the dogs' needs.”

“Having Madi stay with our dogs was fabulous! They were happy and well taken care of. There was no hunger strike or readjustment period as in the past :) Madi was great with communication!”

“Ebony did a great job watching my 11 mo. old puppy over the weekend. She stayed and left the house spotless. She also communicated very well when my puppy had an issue with her harness (puppy was nervous about someone new) and was open about what was going on. Puppy was in good hands and I could relax on vacation. I would highly recommend using Ebony for an overnight stay!”

“Patience was the absolute best while watching my two dogs! She sent several updates throughout the day with videos and photos of the doggies without me even asking and I truly felt like comfortable having her in the home with them! I will definitely be using Patience again and recommend others to use her services as well!!”

“Debra was amazing! The dogs loved her and she was very attentive to them. I received pictures throughout the weekend and everyone was just chillin. She even had to deal with a really bad wind storm over the weekend with power going in and out but she stayed with the dogs all weekend which I really appreciated. She also took extra time to clean up a bunch of branches and sticks that were blown down in the yard. And she left the house in great condition! Will definately have her back!!”

“JoHannah was available at the last minute. She was very flexible with times. She showed up on time and then assisted us with our departure because we were running super late. Also, our dogs loved her immediately. And she loved them too! Our dogs were so happy with JoHannah!”

About: From 2018-2020 I studied Animal Science: Health and Technology at the Trumbull Career and Technical Center which taught me how to read animal behavior as well as CPR for all animals. Currently I own two dogs Stormy (3 year old pug) and Nova (~1.5 year old rescue lab mix) both of which I have trained on my own. We have had Stormy since 6 weeks old and rescued Nova June 2025. I grew up with all kinds of animals including but not limited to dogs, cats, birds, chinchillas, gerbils, snakes, lizards, and ferrets. If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to reach out! Currently I am only working Tuesday mornings from 8:30am to 3:30pm and Friday mornings from 8:30am to 3:30pm. I would love to fill the rest of my time with your furry friend! I’m a strong believer of the more details the better! Please tell me anything and everything there is to know about your furry friend so I am able to provide them with the best care. I have worked with aggressive dogs in the past and wouldn’t mind to now however please let me know in advance!
“Joe did a great job. Got various updates on our baby. Chonk seemed to really like him. Also he left our home super clean. I recommend him and will be rebooking.”

“Omega is absolutely wonderful and really saved me from a last minute River cancellation. She took excellent care of our little Winnie and I think Winnie misses her already. She left our home clean and relieved all my concerns when she sent me updates and all the super cute photos while we were out of town. We will be forever grateful to her.”

About: I've assisted in taking care of my parent's dogs for years, from a grumpy old man dog to a chaotic 6 week old puppy, whether that be playing, making food, going for walks, and cleaning up accidents. I also have experience with provided medicine as needed. I am very flexible with timing as long as I know a week prior, but if it's short notice, I am mainly available in the mornings up until noon. I make sure to play, regularly let them go to the bathroom outdoors, feed them at appropriate times and if they want their space then I respect them.
“Danielle was truly heaven sent while we were on our honeymoon. Our dog has special needs and she handled everything like a pro! Our pup even had some tummy troubles while she was there and she went absolutely above and beyond to take care of him until we could get back. We are so grateful to have found Danielle and we will absolutely book with her again!”

“Barb took care of my two cats for 4.5 days and slept over with them. I was so happy with her service. I felt so much more relaxed when she got there. My cats loved her and she got the best pictures of them she updates me with. When I came home and they very were happy not stressed like usual. She even cleaned the house! I would definitely recommend and rebook with her thank you so much Barb!!”

“Octavia took such good care of our 3 pups while my family and I were out of the country. She contacted me with any questions, sent lots of pics/updates, and the house was clean and tidy when we returned. I highly recommend Octavia!”

“Dasha was great! She watched our 14 year old dog in our home for a week while we were on vacation. She gave us lots of updates and spent plenty of time with him. We had no worries when we were gone. Could not recommend more! Will absolutely request her for dog sitting again.”

“This was my first occasion to use Rover. Four people who have routinely cared for my cat were unavailable. The last of the four canceled on me four days before I was to go out of town. They suggested I sign up with Rover. With some skepticism and a dollop of concern I did so. Of the sitters suggested, Ralph was the only one who was available on such short notice. He made it a point to come to my home a couple of days before I was to leave to visit with me and more importantly my 21 year old cat, Tallulah. While I was gone he diligently followed all of the instructions I left and kept me timely updated with videos and photos. A 21 year old cat is unusual and is very particular but Ralph handled her quite well and I was very satisfied,”

Seven Hills pet parents share their Rover experiences
Alivia was extremely responsive and responsible. She took wonderful care of Anakin, giving him lots of exercise and cuddles. She also took wonderful care of our home. She sent regular updates and photos and responded to any questions promptly. Our house was immaculate upon our return, and she even stripped her bed, washed the sheets and replaced them before we arrived home. Highly recommend Alivia and hope to have her stay again.
