About: I've been caring for pets since I was young (including dogs, cats, horses, hamsters and guinea pigs) and I currently have 3 cats. 2 of my cats are declawed and get along with the dogs, 1 cat has claws. I'm use to caring for the unique needs of senior pets, including extra bathroom breaks and administering meds. I have three kids, 2 in college and a 17yo, that love pets as well and assist when they can. I live on 12 acres well away from the road but the yard is not fenced. I opened a business in town 9/2021 so I'm no longer home during the day but my husband works from home and when the kids are home from college they assist. I would love the opportunity to get to know your pet(s)! My husband works from home so he can care for them and keep them company during the day. I own a business in town and am usually home by 4pm. I have three kids that love dogs and assist when schedules permit. My cats also get along well with dogs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture but we do play with them if they are the playing kind or let them sleep if that is their preference.

About: Animals are my life! I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. Currently I have a pug, Pixie. I have had guinea pigs, hamsters, bearded dragons, turtles and cats before. Currently I work part time and have lots of extra time for walks. I am very flexible with changes if you need to add more visitis. I offer visits to your home, 30 minute and 60 minute walks, and transportation services. I treat you fur baby as my own and give them lots of attention.

About: I've had dogs as long as I can remember. I enjoy caring for their needs, taking them on walks, giving them treats, and just caring for them in general. I currently work in schools during the morning and early afternoon, but I'm available for your pet's needs every week day after 2:30pm and all through Saturday. I can take your dog or dogs for regular walks, letting them get outside and stretch their legs. I'll see to it they don't go where they're not supposed to go, however.

We offer the most unique experience for your pets, allowing them to have their own getaway when you have things come up in life. Whether that is planned vacations or when life likes to kick you down, we are here to offer a boarding experience like no other. My family and I have always owned dogs; I grew up with them and trained them all my life. Our family is also part of a rescue. So what better way to use our land than to also take care of other people's dogs! We are located in the northern part of Alamance County. We offer 98 acres of land with several walking trails next to a flowing creek, a clean and swimmable pond with a shallow area, a gated outside area with separate runners for the cool days with a nice breeze, and an inside area with luxury crates equipped with barn doors and beds inside of them for all of our furry visitors to relax and feel right at home! Here at our farm called The Retreat, we want your pet to have their own getaway while you have your own getaway! Currently, we are usually available 24 hours a day for your pet. I work from home as a bookkeeper and as a Realtor, so I’m usually here working from home unless I’m running to show a home. While I’m out, I have my wife and the rest of my family to cover my spot until I return. So, your pet should always have someone here to care for them! Here, your pet will always have someone to care for them throughout the day, so you can trust they are in the best of hands. We also understand that it’s a lot of land, so we offer clip-on air tags for your dog's collar while they stay here for extra safety and surveillance. It is our goal for our furry guests to have a safe and stimulating environment at all times during their stay!

About: I’ve had pets my entire life, mostly small animals. I love them all and currently own pets now and especially love adopting them. I can provide consistent care for your pet. I’m a stay at home mom and my kids are in school so I have a lot of time on my hands during the day but I wouldn’t object to some evenings if needed. I will feed, water, and walk your dog and clean up after them. If they need any special care I can accommodate them as needed.

About: I have taken care of my own pets since I was a little girl. We have had all kinds of animals from small breed yorkies, medium breed Boston terriers, all the way to large breed bloodhounds. We also have one loving cat I’ve taken care of from the day we got her almost 15 years ago! I have sat for my family and friends with their animals while on vacations or long work days while I was in high school. I have experience in raising a puppy all the way down to helping senior pets into there final days. I have been told that I’m an animal whisperer that even the uncommon animals that only have their few favorite people warm up to me instantly! I have free time after work and on the weekends that I would love to spend with someone’s furry babies to help them have an easier time while on vacations or anytime they’re away from the home for longer than comfortable leaving there babies alone. When caring for other families animals I like to have a run down of their typical day and a list to make sure their routine is interrupted as minimum as possible. In my home, we do breakfast and potty breaks first thing in the morning. We play a little before work then get treats and tucked in for the day. Once I get home we do potty break and play time until dinner time. I know how important a routine can be for an animals comfort and the parents.

About: I’ve been dog sitting on and off for about 4 years. It brings me joy to playing with them and seeing their tags wag with excitement! I am currently working full time at a walgreens in my town as while taking online classes to get my certification in vet assistant. I plan on working part time instead to do more of what i love which is taking care of animals. I would ask my client if there is a routine or any special accommodations that I need to go by or do for their fur baby.

About: My whole life I've owned or taken care of animals. When I was in high school I balanced being a volunteer firefighter and working at a boarding kennel/groomer. While working the kennel I tended to dog of all ages,sizes,and breeds. I tended to 30 or more dogs day to day. I made sure all dogs had play time, potty time, Clean environment, water, and food. I have a clear schedule where I can tend to all need of your fur baby(s). I will be able to tend to your baby(s) at any time I would care for your baby(s) as if they were my own. There would be no shortage of cuddles, kisses and love's. When sitting at your home be assured that I will only do what you say you feel comfortable with. I will respect your home as if it was my own.

“Fred had a long-term stay with David and his family while we were in the middle of a cross-country move. He had a meow-velous time and was returned to us happy and with new toys. Dave's kids treated him like one of their own and Fred loved his time with them. We were so relieved to have a comfortable, caring home-away-from-home so gave us piece of mind so that we could concentrate on selling our house, packing it up, waiting for the new house, move in and unpack -- a two-month process that avoided a lot of trauma for our cat and worrying for us. So happy that Dave was such a good fit!”
