About: Since childhood, I've been surrounded by dogs, dog training and field trial competition. I've cared for dogs, cats, pigeons, fish, hamsters, gerbils, and horses and I enjoy each creature's personality and gifts. I have a large minivan with kennels inside so your dog will travel comfortably and safely. I keep my cell phone off when I drive and I travel directly from your home to a walking trail/area. I never mix errands with dog walking and prefer to walk dogs without earbuds/headphones so I am aware of our surroundings at all times.
About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was a teenager. My friends, neighbors, and my family would rely on me to check on them. I would play with them, feed them, walk them, and sometimes if they have injuries I would change them and keep an eye on them while they were in my care. I'm currently not working at this moment. Im available from 9-5 during the weekdays but on the weekends I can do a couple hours if needed. About: I've had animals ever since I can remember. Big, small, smaller, just about anything you can think of I've had. I take pride in making sure all animals around me are happy and cared for. I can care for dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, and any small animal from hamsters to bunnies. I'm currently searching for a part-time job, so I will have plenty of time to take care of your animals. About: I've been caring for pets since I was young (including dogs, cats, horses, hamsters and guinea pigs) and I currently have 3 cats. 2 of my cats are declawed and get along with the dogs, 1 cat has claws. Whether that is planned vacations or when life likes to kick you down, we are here to offer a boarding experience like no other. My family and I have always owned dogs; I grew up with them and trained them all my life. Our family is also part of a rescue. So what better way to use our land than to also take care of other people's dogs! We are located in the northern part of Alamance County. We offer 98 acres of land with several walking trails next to a flowing creek, a clean and swimmable pond with a shallow area, a gated outside area with separate runners for the cool days with a nice breeze, and an inside area with luxury crates equipped with barn doors and beds inside of them for all of our furry visitors to relax and feel right at home! Here at our farm called The Retreat, we want your pet to have their own getaway while you have your own getaway! Currently, we are usually available 24 hours a day for your pet. I work from home as a bookkeeper and as a Realtor, so I’m usually here working from home unless I’m running to show a home. While I’m out, I have my wife and the rest of my family to cover my spot until I return. So, your pet should always have someone here to care for them! Here, your pet will always have someone to care for them throughout the day, so you can trust they are in the best of hands. We also understand that it’s a lot of land, so we offer clip-on air tags for your dog's collar while they stay here for extra safety and surveillance. That’s where being a dog trainer comes in handy and the dogs can have fun while being in a calm state of mind! 😉🧘♀️💗🐾 I have three large dog yards- two are fenced in with 6ft privacy fence, and one yard is 6ft chain link fence. They can go potty, play, sun bathe, play in the dog pool, or just enjoy the fresh air. This is also nice if your dog isn’t aloud around other dogs- they will have their own large area to do their business and enjoy their time outdoors in a safe private area too!! 😌❤️ Cats love it here too! 🐈🐈⬛ your furry baby will get to enjoy toys, lick mats, cat castles and scratching boards. Even some cat nip if they’d like 🤪😸, and plenty of cuddles to “make biscuits”. 🥰🐾 If your dog can’t be around other dogs or cats, that is no problem here. I have plenty of room to give dogs and cats their own private space to still keep them at peace and accommodate to their needs during their stay! About: I have raised many different types of dogs for 15+ years. For the last 5 years, I have housed many different animals in need. I have trained puppies, as well as nervous, and abused dogs. I make sure my home is a very welcome environment for animals of all kinds. Like my husband likes to say, I want a petting zoo in life.
