We had a very good experience with Ciera. She was assertive and calm. From the moment I reached out to her she remained very responsive and reachable. She sent us daily photos of our two dogs and answered any questions we had about how the visit was going through the day. I will reach out to her when we need help again the next time we leave town.

This sitter(Patricia) was great... Patricia listen to my needs for Simba and made sure he was okay... Simba does not do good on non-wood flooring. Patricia work with him on it.. I could tell that Simba enjoyed himself being there. I highly recommend this Patricia. I will be using Patricia again.. Also her husband also did a great job with Simba... Ademide was great with our 2 year old, anxious, but sweet, Bernedoodle. She was kind and patient- just what our fur baby needed. Ademide followed our instructions surrounding our dog’s special diet, walking, and sleep, routines. We will definitely book Ademide the next time we need boarding for our fur baby.
Diego is most attentive, playful, and engaging with our sweet but demanding 11 pounder. This was our second time having our dog board with Diego and it was very reassuring to see our pet EXCITED and HAPPY to see Diego and his roommate. The photos of our pet were great to see and the videos of her being high spirited and playing with Diego's dog was hilarious. Diego is our God-send.
I can't thank Shalena enough for taking such good care of my dog for three days! From the start, she was incredibly reliable, communicative, and attentive to his needs. She kept me updated with pictures and messages, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Peanut was happy, well cared for, and clearly enjoyed his time with her and the other dogs. I highly recommend Shalena to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. I will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future!
As always, he treats my dogs like they’re his own! I cannot express how grateful I am to have a sitter who actually loves my dogs. It’s so hard to leave them but Da’Twan and his wife make it tolerable. They make special snacks for them, they stay on top of any little change the dogs may need, they’re just great all around!!!
I can’t say enough about my first Rover experience and I am so very thankful it was with Madison. She responded quickly to my inquiry and accommodated a meet and greet for our two fur babies to meet. Drop off was emotional for me but she was understanding and kind. Madison sent pictures and videos along the way provided updates about how Guavie was doing. For me it was a 10/10! We are already planning to book her again.
