“We always know that Sophie is receiving excellent care while we are away! We have used Mariah on numerous occasions this past year and highly, highly recommended her!!”

“Maria is absolutely wonderful! We’ve used her more than once and have been happy both times! She always sends pictures and updates which helps when you’re missing your fur babe. She is flexible with times and I will 100% rebook with her. 10/10, fives stars, we love Maria!”

“Tara was extremely professional and took good care of our babies while we were on vacation. She went above and beyond: she brought our packages upstairs, kept our porch plants watered and our outside bird feeder filled (so our cats would have their "tv") We came home to happy plants, happy cats and happy birds. Thank you again!”

“Erica was wonderful with my cats. I appreciated the pictures and updates she sent of my fur-babies, and she even offered to go out for extra food when I ran out. She even stopped by on an extra day when my flight was delayed! It was such a relief to know that someone was checking on the cats daily, and they looked so much happier and better groomed when I got back compared to the past when I would only have a friend check on them every 2-3 days. I definitely plan to try booking her again for my cats in the future.”

“Jocelyn (and Penny) was a fantastic sitter. She was reliable and responsive and took such great care of our cat. We will definitely rebook with her in the future. Thank you, Jocelyn!”

“Amazing cat sitter, took excellent care of my cats and did everything I asked and more! Highly recommend. Was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying in the slightest about my fur babies.”

About: Loving and caring for my pets as well as those of others’ has been such a joy in my life and I offer that same love, care and attention to your best friends! Whether you need overnight stays or drop-in services, I’d love to meet your fur babies and keep them happy, healthy and safe until their best friends return. I’m currently retired and am very flexible time-wise. I’m available any day of the week, as overnight stays, or everyday of the week from 7-9ish. I currently have two golden retrievers and a fenced in yard but find that most dogs, and all cats, prefer their own surroundings so am willing and able to come to you home and take care of them.

“Peggy was great to take care of my cats while we were out of town! She tidied their stuff and sent me a note after each check-in. I'll definitely contact her again when we need someone to check on the cats!”

“Trish was great with our puppy. After the initial meet and greet, we were very comfortable having Trish come to our house and care for our puppy. She is clearly an animal lover. Her communication is excellent. She also sent us pictures and an overview of how things went during each visit. We are looking forward to having Trish care for Betty again.”

“Ryan has watched our kitties twice when we were out of town. Highly recommend. He confirms date and times and sent videos of him with our kitties. We will definitely book him again! Thx Ryan!”

“Will, has a wonderful connection to my dogs, no worries, they were in excellent hands. He was prompt at the assigned times and followed the routine. I would highly recommend Will taking care of your fur babies!”

About: i’ve had a passion for animals since I was a child. i’ve taken care of small dogs, large dogs, and cats since I was around 16 years old. I recently graduated with my masters in social work, and I have been working part time as a manager at a pet store for five years now. I now am a school social worker as my career. I have a good understanding of the amount of time and energy that is needed to be put into taking care of animals. I do work during the day from the hours of 7am- 2pm. Depending on how close you live, I could potentially stop by during my lunch. I will make sure each pet is being taken care of properly. I have lots of experience from my work, as well as pet sitting in the past. I have taken care of dogs and cats, so I know how much time and dedication goes into making sure each pet is safe, happy and healthy!

About: Hi! Since birth I have had an innate love and passion for animals. I grew up with cats as part of our family and also had the pleasure of loving and caring for hamsters. I walked my neighbors dog and enjoyed spending time outside with a furry friend. My first job was at the Erie Zoo for five summers where I worked daily with small mammals including rats, guinea pigs, bunnies, ferrets, and chinchillas. I graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Animal Science. After college, I became a cat mom to my fur baby, General, a now 10 year old Balinese cat. I also have a 2 year old gray kitty named Mushu. My kitties are an integral part of our family and it is a top priority they are well cared when I travel. I will treat your fur baby with attentive love and care with the goal to ensure their well being and give you peace of mind while you are away! I am a mom with the availability of early mornings (before 6:30am), evenings (after 6:00pm) and weekends. I live in Hamburg and will provide service to surrounding areas. My cats are spoiled with love, affection and treats- eating breakfast lunch and dinner daily as well as the litter box being cleaned multiple times a day. They also regularly get baths and love to snuggle up with someone when it is time for bed at night. I take pet and animal care very seriously and am committed to seamless care for your pet while you are away.

About: I grew up around and with dogs and absolutely adore them. From chihuahua’s to rottweilers I love them all! I was bit as a child so do have some fear when it comes to reactive dogs and would rather not sit for them. While my expertise is cats the more dogs I’ve sat the more comfortable I am. So not only am I helping you but you’re helping me :) My boyfriend and I both work 9-5 most days but can always stop by for checkins on our breaks. We sit together and work around our schedules to make time for the pets we care for. We have multiple cats as well as fish, frogs, and a lizard. We know how important routines are and do our best to keep your pet in their routine. We ask that your Rover profile is updated with all the information needed to care for your pet up to your standard. Some examples would be feeding and bathroom routines.

About: I have years of experience with dogs. I am happy to check in on your furry friend or take them for a walk! I know it can be difficult with work to have an animal stuck in the house alone. It's hard to know they are alone. I wish I could have someone come over and check on my guy, let me do that for you. I will update you with anything you need to know about your dog. If there are special needs that are required, I'd be happy to listen. A happy dog is one that has some fun during the day. I will play with them, walk them and comfort them (if that is required). Dogs love me and I love dogs! I am currently working out of my home and have a flexible schedule that allows me to take your fur baby for a walk or even check on them while you are at work! I will care for your dog like they are mine. I will abide by any rules and requirements you have. I will be very careful with your dog and make sure their safety is paramount.

Andrea S.
“January 3, 2025 To All Loving Pet Owners, I am highly recommending my daughter, Andrea Schnopp, for the job of Pet Sitter. I have known and loved Andrea longer than anyone other than her father. She has many attributes that make her highly qualified to enter your home and care for your beloved pets. Andrea is the most caring person I know. Her empathetic heart and intuitive compassion is evident by all that know her. In college, she was the leader of a team that helped raise $12 million dollars for cancer children. In her profession, she sold medication to doctors that helped people suffering from diabetes. Andrea’s love of people carries over to animals. She grew up with pet cats at our home. When she was a child, she had me run outside to uncover a snow covered lump in the yard that she was convinced was a freezing animal. We all felt relief and had a chuckle when we saved a poor, freezing soccer ball from the winter storm. During high school and college, Andrea worked part-time at the Erie Zoo caring for a variety of species. She often put on Live Animals shows for the children. During college she also spent time trudging up to the campus barn at the break of day to monitor the university cows. It just seemed natural that she majored in Animal Science. Now that Andrea is grown and has her own family and home, she has welcomed two handsome kitties into her family for her children to enjoy. She also enjoys many dogs owned by an abundance of family members which she helps to walk and care for. Along with compassion for people and animals, Andrea also possesses a strong sense of responsibility. She is punctual, attentive, and conscientious for all of the commitments and jobs she is responsible for. Andrea will make any pet owner feel at ease with her as their pet sitter. She will care for your pet as though it were her own. I give Andrea my full and complete recommendation for the very important job of caring for your furry family member.”
