About: Hi! My name is Sarahi, and I'm a gal who has always had a passion for loving and working with animals. I have 9 years of pet sitting experience, as I've been pet sitting since I was fourteen years old, and haven't stopped since. I love animals of any size or personality or quirk - they're all worthy of love and attention in my eyes! When I’m away, they can be crated if needed and I will ensure they are let out before I leave. Pets in my care are always supervised. I make sure to regularly check on them when things seem too quiet, and am attentive to food, water, and potty needs. I provide a comfortable and familiar environment for your pet, sticking to their regular routines. I also give lots of attention and love to keep them feeling safe and happy. At my previous doggy daycare job, I walked, fed, administered medication to, and boarded with dogs. I also have cared for cats for 3 years and have some experience caring for birds (and absolutely love them! particularly cockatiels and conures) I currently am a full time student and have 2 days off during the work week thanks to online classes, so more time to care for pets! I live in a large apartment with no personal pets. Our daily routine naturally includes multiple walks along the scenic D&H Canal trail, which directly borders our property. Because our work keeps us at home, guest pets enjoy consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of playful companionship. Our home sits far back from the road at the end of a long driveway, offering a very quiet, safe environment. We sit on 10 acres of land, featuring 3 groomed acres for supervised play and 7 acres of private woods. While our yard is only partially fenced, we have two large, fully enclosed decks that are completely fenced in—perfect for safe sunbathing, lounging, and secure outdoor activities. We also utilize a collapsible fence that we can pull out and set up to create customized secure boundaries if necessary. For exercise, dogs are strictly supervised and kept on-leash as we head down the driveway to our private access point for the D&H Canal trail, keeping them completely away from traffic.
