At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. Hygge returned home happy, healthy, well-nourished and satisfied with renewed confidence in his ability to work with another lovely family in our sweet community in a spirit of trust and sucess. About: My first pet ever was a bunny named Einstein. I then had a parakeet, Guinea pigs, cats, more bunnies and of course a few dogs throughout the course of my life. I quite literally squeal every time I see a cute dog. My friend recommended this to me because she recognized my love for dogs. I am currently working full time and on my days off I’m hustling by doing DoorDash, or providing Content Day services to other creators in the neighborhood. On a day where I close at 1:30pm I can fit in a dog walk for a few hours in the morning. If I open I have time after work to pick up more work. I treat my pets as an extension of my heart. About: I've taken care of animals for over 5 years. I started out with a Leopard Gecko, but got a dog a couple years later. After that, I went to C-Tech and completed their Animal Science program, taking care of reptiles, small mammals, dogs, and even sometimes birds. Rover doesn't offer anything outside of dogs and cats, but if you need something else taken care of I'd be glad to help. My schedule is almost fully free. I've been out of school for a while and I love caring for animals! I don't dogsit as a full time job, but when I get a request I couldn't be happier to oblige! “We used Morgan, and actually Rover.com, for the first time. My husband dropped off Laska (our hound mix rescue dog), and noticed that she seemed happy to go with Morgan. For us, this is a big deal because she's been through a lot. When we used the kennel Laska would fight us going in, and would come home stressed out and completely out of it. This was not the case after picking up Laska from Morgan's. Laska was clean, happy, and not stressed out! This was a first for her! Laska did have some separation anxiety, so she chewed her bed up. That was our fault because we forgot to tell Morgan about the routine that we have when we leave the house. As a result, we thought Morgan would tell us that she wouldn't watch Laska again, but to our delight, Morgan said she will take her in the future.”
