Suzanne sent me pictures and text updates, letting me know how my dog was doing at settling in with them. By the time I returned from my trip, Jolie was feeling at home with Suzanne and her family. Our dog, Jax, was immediately comfortable around Stephanie and her sweet dogs, plus super interested in the great surroundings he got to explore. On top of that, she was amazing at getting him out for early-morning hikes through the woods, and that is something he absolutely loves and thrives on! About: I have been around animals since I was a baby, I have 19 years of pet experience. We have a small farm. I’ve also helped my mom on rover for the past few months. I am currently helping my mother with Rover so my schedule is pretty flexible. When you book with either of us you will receive 3 adults giving your babies the upmost care and respect. I have a fenced 3 acre yard and 3 friendly dogs to keep your babies company. I have crates and means of separation if that is necessary. We treat our company like family, they are allowed on furniture and able to sleep with us unless told otherwise.

I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, from Chihuahuas/ Jack Russells to Great Danes, and I absolutely love getting to know each pet’s unique personality. I currently have three dogs of my own, but they will be kept separate from your pet and crated when appropriate to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable. I have two children, ages 13 and 8, who have grown up around animals and love them just as much as I do. We understand that every pet has different needs and boundaries, and we’ll respect their space while making them feel welcome and loved. When your pet stays with us, my goal is for them to feel like they’re at a home away from home. They’ll receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship while you’re away. I know how hard it can be to leave your furry family member, so I want you to feel confident that they’re being well cared for. Due to our religious observance, we do not offer pick-up or drop-off from Friday sundown through Saturday sundown. We’re happy to coordinate drop-off and pick-up times around this schedule. Our property is not fenced, so pets will always be supervised outside and kept safely on a leash. We also live on a quiet gravel road, which gives us a great opportunity to take pets on walks. Our goal is to provide your pet with lots of love, attention, and care while you’re away. Tell us about your pet’s normal routine, feeding schedule, walking habits, and any special instructions, and we will do our best to keep their routine as familiar as possible. My husband does need to pick up and drop off our children from school during the day. For your pet’s safety, they will be securely crated during those brief times when no one is home. Otherwise, we are home frequently and able to give your pet plenty of companionship and attention. We want you to feel confident knowing your pet is staying with a family who will treat them like one of our own! ❤️🐶🐱

LiDan was incredible- I am so grateful that my pup was able to stay with her! She has a beautiful, welcoming home and family, two adorable and friendly pups (Ollie and Einstein), and goes above and beyond for dogs in her care. I usually am nervous to bring my dog to a new boarding space because he is a bit of a Velcro dog and struggles when I go out of town. When we went over to meet LiDan, my dog was so comfortable at her house/playing with her dogs that I had to chase him and catch him to get him to leave! Usually he follows me around to make sure I don’t leave without him- not at LiDan’s! When I picked him up after a 5 night stay, he was so happy and comfortable, and I could tell that he was sad to leave his new friends. LiDan send me frequent photos and videos of my pup, text updates, and even took him on morning hikes along with her dogs each day. She fed him carrots and cauliflower from her garden for treats, which he learned to love from her pups. Essentially, my dog went on a mini vacation rather than boarding :). LiDan is communicative, empathetic, and passionate about animals. She is trustworthy and experienced in caring for dogs. I highly recommend her and will be rebooking in the future with her whenever she has availability. Thank you, LiDan!
