“I contacted LiDan and she accepted my short notice booking for a two night stay for our 6 month old English Cream Golden Retriever. I was impressed when we were sent great photos and updates, as well as fast text replies. My dog May-C was relaxed, well-fed, and happy when we returned to pick her up. I can tell that she didn’t feel lonely without us because she had companions by her side the whole time. Finally, I would book LiDan again and recommend her to my friends and family who have beloved pets that need good care.”

“Heidi and her family did a fantastic job of watching our Dog Hazy over the week of Thanksgiving. We have a high energy 2 year old lab. She took the time to throw a ball for her daily and really made her feel part of the family. We have never had anyone watch our dog overnight and for a few days like this before. This was a great option and we could really see that our dog was treated well and I will definitely have Heidi and family watch Hazy again when we travel.”

“Mary was absolutely wonderful to book with. She got us in last minute, was very responsive, and gave lots of updates with pictures. She even met us closer for drop off, as she was in the area. Our dogs were in good hands. 10/10 recommend!”

“Our dog Benji stayed with Wendy for 8 days while we were away and I would highly recommend her for your dog sitting needs. She is super responsive, organized, and professional. Her kennel facilities are clean and well kept. She clearly loves animals and took great care of our dog. Wendy is super easy to work with and willing to go above and beyond when needed. I would not hesitate to rebook with her in the future!”

“Suzanne and her family took great care of my timid Brittany. We had never been separated before, and it was only the 2nd time in her 6 years of life that she spent nights away from home. Suzanne's son spent a lot of time with her, coaxing her into trusting him and feeling safe with the new situation. Suzanne sent me pictures and text updates, letting me know how my dog was doing at settling in with them. By the time I returned from my trip, Jolie was feeling at home with Suzanne and her family. My ability to enjoy my vacation with my family was made possible by the care and attentiveness Suzanne focused on my dog. I would definitely board Jolie with Suzanne again. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a good, caring home environment for their dog when they have to leave them for a while.”

“We are so pleased with the attention and love that Kim and Dave have given to our dog. I am not certain that she missed us very much. She felt right at home within minutes of meeting them prior to being boarded there. It was so wonderful to feel secure leaving her with people that truly care about her comfort and happiness. They are great with sharing photos and responding to messages and sharing daily photos too. We will be using them again for future needs.”

“Hallie took great care of our small senior pup, Finnegan while we were away. She sent lots of photos (which we loved) of their adventures. Lots of walks & even some beach time! We will definitely be reaching out again in the future if you need care.”

“Stephanie was beyond fantastic! She was incredibly responsive and gave great check ins on how my pup was doing. She is incredibly kind, patient and caring to both pup and owner alike. I find myself so lucky to have found her! 10/10 would recommend.”

About: Hi! I’m Morgan, and I’ve grown up surrounded by animals my entire life. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, from Chihuahuas/ Jack Russells to Great Danes, and I absolutely love getting to know each pet’s unique personality. I also have experience caring for cats and would be happy to give them the love and attention they deserve while you’re away. I currently have three dogs of my own, but they will be kept separate from your pet and crated when appropriate to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable. I have two children, ages 13 and 8, who have grown up around animals and love them just as much as I do. We understand that every pet has different needs and boundaries, and we’ll respect their space while making them feel welcome and loved. When your pet stays with us, my goal is for them to feel like they’re at a home away from home. They’ll receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship while you’re away. I know how hard it can be to leave your furry family member, so I want you to feel confident that they’re being well cared for. I would love the opportunity to spoil your pet with lots of love and attention while you’re away! 🐶🐱❤️ A Little About Me 🐾 I work part-time, and my husband works from home, so there is usually someone home throughout the week to give your pet plenty of attention and care. We love having animals around and want every pet who stays with us to feel comfortable, safe, and at home. We are available to care for pets throughout the week. Due to our religious observance, we do not offer pick-up or drop-off from Friday sundown through Saturday sundown. We’re happy to coordinate drop-off and pick-up times around this schedule. We look forward to welcoming your furry family member into our home! ❤️🐶🐱 We live on 5 beautiful acres with plenty of room for your pet to explore and enjoy walks. Our property is not fenced, so pets will always be supervised outside and kept safely on a leash. We also live on a quiet gravel road, which gives us a great opportunity to take pets on walks. Our goal is to provide your pet with lots of love, attention, and care while you’re away. Tell us about your pet’s normal routine, feeding schedule, walking habits, and any special instructions, and we will do our best to keep their routine as familiar as possible. My husband does need to pick up and drop off our children from school during the day. For your pet’s safety, they will be securely crated during those brief times when no one is home. Otherwise, we are home frequently and able to give your pet plenty of companionship and attention. We want you to feel confident knowing your pet is staying with a family who will treat them like one of our own! ❤️🐶🐱
“Our young dog Wilda had a great time and received excellent care at Angela’s. She sent pics and updates that gave us confidence and reassurance our dog was safe and happy. I would highly recommend Angela’s dog camp!”

“Leaving your buddy behind when you travel is always stressful, and it was such a relief to find Kathryn and know that she was taking care of my cat so considerately. Kathryn was thoughtful, attentive, and communicative. She truly went above and beyond to help care for my cat. My tortie can be a bit slow to warm up, and she took the time to get to know her and her needs, coax her into playing, and spend extra care and attention on her. She kept me informed about my cat's eating habits and well-being and did a great job both caring for her and assuaging my worry while traveling. I found her to be kind and responsible, and I'm looking forward to booking her again when I take my next trip!”

“Breana did a fantastic job taking care of our cats while we were out of town. She did everything we asked her to do, and sent us a report and pictures following every visit. I would definitely request Breana again!”

“Brazee is excellent! She got along great with our cat and was reliable and trustworthy. Loved the photos with her visit updates. Recommend her for your cat sitting needs!”

About: During Covid, I was laid off and it turned into a wonderful experience of being able to dog sit. I was watching 5 dogs on a regular basis, feeding, playing, napping, and loving on each and every one of them. I absolutely love dogs, I have taken care of small to big dogs and they are all my favorite!! I worked at an animal shelter and gained a lot of animal knowledge and experience from there I am currently working a full time job Monday through Friday until 3PM, with occasional weekend shifts. I am able to do drop in, house sitting, and walkings in the afternoons. I can provide lots of love, attention, and stimulation to your pets. I am very active but also love to relax and provide cuddles if your pet is more on the mellow side of activity. I am happy to clean up any messes, and follow any particular instructions of care you may have for your pet.
About: I have 2 years of dog walking experience while attending college! I am patient and willing to go for longer walks as well. I love getting outside and what better way to do it than walking a dog! I am a nanny and I usually have a couple days off per week. Dog walking fits into my weekly schedule and is a great way to stay active! I am very active and I will be able to walk your dog for how ever long is needed. I am also patient and I am able to walk dogs that prefer to take breaks or wander while walking.
“Another stellar booking with Mickaelin! She is so conscientious and amazing with our cats. We know they are in good hands when we book with her, and we feel truly fortunate to have someone with her experience and love of animals so close by in our little neck of the woods. We won't hesitate to book again.”

“From when she came out and did our initial meeting with the animals, I knew she was going to be a great fit on taking care of the animals. Our cats don’t warm up to new people quickly & they were instantly friendly. She did daily check ins on them. Always super thorough, played with the dogs and gave the kitties treats. I think our animals are actually disappointed we did not come home bearing treats after having an awesome pet sitter all week. Haha. I highly recommend Alexandrea. She did great with our crew. We’ve got two dogs and two cats. Age ranges from 1 year to 13 years old. She even did some light cleaning so we didn’t have to come home to hair covered floors.”

“Stephanie is great with communication about our cats. Both our cats immediately went to her at greeting. We will have Stephanie watch our four-legged family again! She is genuine, honest and trustworthy.”

About: 10 + years paid professional experince. I began my pet care experience over 20 years ago as a veterinary assistant, from there I moved into pet obedience training with Petsmart. There I worked with as many as 80 pets per week in group classes, and one on one classes for specail needs pets. I have worked with a variety of breeds, from toys, to standards, to herding, working and bully breeds. From Petsmart I went on to create my own business Spokane Pet Sitting which I operated for years. Within that time I grew my business from a handful of pet parents to over 300, I also employed two additional sitters, and branched out from just domestic cats and dogs, into fish, reptiles, equine, and even llamas! I bring many years of paid experience with a various species, special needs, seniors, and the administration of medications. I was also a volunteer at the SEattle Aquarium for a season as well as the zoo. I am also available to transport house pets to and from vet appointments, therapy, and groomers using pet saftey belts. My experience brings professionalism to an otherwise "casual" job. I am reliable, and am never a "no show" or too busy. I take your pets' health and welfare very seriously. At Your Service, Jenifer I am currently uncommitted to any situation, and have full discrepancy of how to fill my time and create relationships. I am looking to find a handful of regular clients to service several times a year, so that I can become familar with their pets, their home, and their needs, and establish good camaraderie for the well being of everyone +pets. I usually need a weeks notice to arrange appointments to accomodate stays, but maybe able to work in with shorter notices. I prefer to take one client at a time and focus on them before going to the next assignment, with the exception of once a day drop-in's for cats. I can also care for llamas! : ) Our visits usually go like this: FIrst, we need to establish what type of care each per needs. Is onyone on meds? Is there a senior pet? or perhaps a puppy? What are there normal routines? What your directives are in case of an emergency. Your pets HEALTH is always the most important aspect of my job is upon entry and exit to make sure the doors/gates are completely closed/latched, nothing is left out that may present a choking or dangerous to injest, doors to laundry or garages are closed. Next, to give your pet the love, pets, and attention they are craving (that's the BEST part of my job)! To prepare meals, change water, clean up messes while they eat, bring in the mail or take out the trash as may be needed. Then after safety, love and food, we'll do whatever your pet likes to do most! Sometimes that means snuggles and pets, or run and fetch, sometimes it is just quiet time together. Then I will quietly and safely take my leave, making sure that your home is secure and alarms are set.
About: So happy to take your dog where they want to go! I’ve been a dog sitter since I can remember & have sat in on multiple dog trainings. I love to be outside and live in a very dog friendly area! I’m flexible and easy going, don’t hesitate to reach out 😊 I’m currently working part time remote and have been wanting to find something to fill my time, what better than dog sitting? I am happy to stay in contact for life, I am reliable and will be very communicative. I have a very open schedule! I always follow pet owners rules. I have a large backyard for your pet and also love to get in a lot of leash walks in a day. I do not own my own pet so yours will get all my attention. Also live in a non-smoker home.

“She is great with my dog who is a newer rescue with some separation anxiety. She is very in tune with animals and their physical and emotional needs, she’s communicative with me (love the photos!) and prompt with arrival times. She’s also great with my other animals (a tiny timid rescue pup and two cats) Would recommend and will be rebooking!”

“Stephanie took amazing care of our pup while we were traveling through the area and had an activity planned where we couldn’t bring our dog. It’s hard to trust a stranger with our beloved pet but she made us feel at ease with a phone call first and then allowing us to visit her home to drop him off. We would definitely request her again if we are ever back in the area and needed pup care.”

“I reached out to Mary on Sunday in desperation hoping to find a dog sitter so that we could take our kids to Silverwood on Monday and have our dogs be cool and hydrated while we went to the park. Mary was so responsive with booking, pick up, drop off and sending pictures throughout the day. Her kids Tristan and Taylor were instrumental in helping with pick up and drop off. If we ever come back to silverwood and in need of dog care i will most certainly reach out. Thank you! Highly recommended!!!”

About: Hi! I’m a college student based in Dover, also serving the Sandpoint area. I’ve grown up around dogs and have had my own for several years, so I’m very familiar with daily care like walks, feeding, and maintaining routine. Having cared for my own very energetic dog, I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, energy levels, and personalities. I’m calm and patient with dogs and take time to make sure they feel comfortable with me. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors — hiking, running, and staying active — so I’m more than happy to take dogs on walks or play outside. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and occasional house sitting. My priority is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I have a flexible schedule, so pet care fits well into my weekly routine, and I’m able to plan my day around bookings. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting. I’m typically active during the day and enjoy spending time outdoors, so walks and visits fit in naturally. I treat every client’s home with respect and follow all care instructions closely. I focus on keeping pets safe, comfortable, and well cared for while I’m with them. I’m also happy to send photo and video updates of your pet.
“Michelle is amazing! She was able to help us with a haphazard walking schedule for our almost 1 year old German shepherd on very short notice. We met and I could tell she is a lover of dogs. Rex was clearly well loved and cared for in her time spent with him over about 6 visits or so. I’d definitely reach out to her again with future needs!!”

About: I've grown up caring for animals and couldn't imagine my life without them. I worked as a kennel attendant at an animal shelter for almost two years. This multifaceted job included caring for animals' basic needs, maintaining sanitary kennels and play yards, administering vaccines, dewormer and medication, as well as exercising the animals and providing enrichment in their daily routine. With my previous experience in the shelter environment and growing up with animals, I am accustomed to handling various breeds, different age groups and temperaments. I'm most experienced caring for dogs and cats but I've also cared for chickens, cows, goats, rabbits and horses. I hope to meet you and your pets soon! -Mickaelin I'm not currently working so I have plenty of time to care for your furry family members! When housesitting, I will be with your pets a majority of the time. *I'm also flexible with pricing!* Your pet's safety is my #1 priority! Before providing any services, I will meet with you and your pet(s) beforehand to address your needs. It is important for me to know if your pet has any behavioral problems (resource guarding, aggression towards other dogs, separation anxiety, etc.) I will also ask for an emergency contact and your pet's vet information.

About: Animals and animal care has always been my passion, I’m currently working towards getting my bachelors degree in animal science and zoology! I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals and I’ve done a lot of rescue and rehoming! I love animals, from cats to fish, lizards and birds. I’m crazy about all of them. I’ve cared for babies and elderly of a lot of different species and I pride myself in always doing my best in taking care of all their needs. Ive got quite a few of my own babies at the moment but they’re all very friendly and adjust easily to new animals. I don’t currently work because I’m working towards getting my bachelors degree in animal science/zoology, so I’m home 24/7 to care for my own pets and school, I have two crate trained dogs, five cats, two frogs, two birds, fish, and a hamster, so I’m basically always cleaning and playing or training one or the other! While I live in an apartment, we have multiple fenced dog parks and ample walking area away from the roads for walkies with the dogs, my apartment is pretty spacious especially in the living room and animals are allowed around the whole apartment. If I were to watch your babies at your residence I would stick strictly to the rules you set for me and never overstep your boundaries or rules.

About: Hi, I'm Stephanie, and this is my husband Luke. We're your Critter Companions, and with us, two is always better. For overnight stays we work as a team, which means double the attention, double the playtime, and an extra set of eyes on your property. We specialize in residential pet and property care. As independent caretakers, our mission is estate-level care that gives you complete peace of mind: your pets stay comfortable in their own home, and your property is truly looked after, not just checked on. ✦ What We Specialize In We're especially comfortable with the pets and situations that need extra care and attention: ✓ Special needs and senior pets (blind, deaf, mobility-challenged, or behaviorally complex) ✓ Complex medication schedules: pills, injections, eye drops, you name it ✓ High-maintenance breeds that need extensive grooming, intense exercise, or dedicated training ✓ Extended stays, comfortably caring for your pets for weeks or even months at a time ✓ Holiday care, because I don't disappear during Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's ✓ Multi-pet households, managing different personalities, feeding schedules, and needs ✓ Anxious or reactive pets, with patient, consistent care that helps nervous animals feel secure ✦ A Little About Us We were both raised around animals, but I turned that passion into my life's work. I've been caring for animals since I was 10 years old, the neighborhood's trusted pet sitter long before it was a profession. Thirteen years later, I've cared for everything from easy-going family dogs to high-maintenance breeds with special medical needs, for stays ranging from long weekends to month-long holidays. What clients tell me sets me apart is how I read animals. I pick up on the subtle changes in behavior, body language, and those little cues that tell you something's off before it becomes a problem. I'm not going through the motions; I love what I do, and that enthusiasm shows in how I care for your pets and your home. ✦ Your Home, Cared For I look after your home just as carefully: mail, plants, trash bins, security checks, and that lived-in presence that keeps your property safe. You'll receive regular photo and video updates so you can truly relax while you're away. ✦ Values You Can Trust Beyond the practical care, we believe the people you let into your home matter just as much as the work they do. We love the Lord, and our faith in Jesus shapes how we run our business and how we treat what's entrusted to us. For us that means a simple, steady lifestyle: we don't drink, smoke, party, or invite guests into your home. While you're away, your house stays exactly as it should, quiet, respected, and cared for, with nothing happening under your roof that you wouldn't welcome yourself. When you hand us your keys, you're trusting us with your home and your family. We take that seriously, and we hold ourselves to it no matter the circumstances. ✦ Let's Connect Over the years I've built lasting relationships with pets and their owners because I treat every home like my own and every pet like family. I'd be honored to earn that same trust from you. If you're looking for someone who will love and protect your pets (and home) like their own, let's connect. Pet care isn't a side hustle for me—it's my primary focus and passion. My husband and I are entrepreneurs with flexible schedules, which means we can provide the kind of attentive, present care that pets truly need. For overnight stays, we're in your home from evening through the following morning (and throughout the day if needed), so your pets are never alone for extended periods. We don't juggle multiple clients at once or rush between appointments. When we commit to caring for your pets, they have our full attention for the duration of your trip. We're available for extended stays including weekends, holidays, and even month-long commitments. Because we work as a team, your pets benefit from having two consistent caregivers who can coordinate schedules, provide extra play sessions, and ensure someone is always nearby if needed. In Your Home: I've been around animals literally since I was an infant—they've always been my comfort, my joy, and honestly, my obsession. There's something about the presence of animals that just feels like home to me, and that's exactly the energy I bring to your pets and property. As the owner of a young, energetic Miniature Australian Shepherd, I know firsthand what it takes to meet the demands of intelligent, high-energy breeds. I'm devoted to keeping my own dog mentally stimulated, physically tired, and emotionally fulfilled—and I bring that same level of commitment to every pet in my care. Your pets aren't just a job to me; they're loved and treated with the same compassion and attention I give my own. Pet Safety & Care: ✓I follow your routines exactly—feeding times, medication schedules, exercise patterns, and house rules ✓Secure all doors, windows, and gates before letting pets outside (no escape artists on my watch!) ✓Keep toxic plants, foods, and hazards out of reach ✓Monitor pets closely for any changes in behavior, appetite, or health ✓Have your vet information and emergency contacts readily accessible ✓Never introduce your pets to unfamiliar animals or people without permission ✓Provide the mental stimulation and physical activity your pets need to stay happy and healthy Home Security & Cleanliness: ✓Maintain a "lived-in" presence with lights, blinds, and your normal routine ✓Collect mail and packages to avoid signaling an empty home ✓Take trash bins to/from curb on collection days ✓Water plants and maintain your home's appearance ✓Provide regular photo/video updates so you can see everything (and everyone) is doing great ✓I pride myself on attention to detail and cleanliness—you'll come home to a thoroughly cleaned space that exceeds expectations Trust & Respect: I treat your home with the utmost respect—no unauthorized guests ever and I leave your space cleaner than I found it. My husband and I work as a team, which means your pets get double the love and your home gets double the oversight. The best part? When you walk through that door after your trip, your pets will be more giddy than ever to see you—well-exercised, well-loved, and so happy you're home. And you can relax knowing everything was handled with care.
