I am a teacher working from 7:30am until 3pm with summer and holiday breaks. I can come for a morning walk before school but will typically need a 1 day notice. I currently have weekends off. Please feel free to reach out – I may be willing to negotiate on the number of dogs I board or walk. It will largely depend on age, training and behavior. Thank you!

I’d love to know ahead of time about any behavior such as biting or nipping and if they jump up on people. I will also need to know if the dog pulls when on leash – especially if it is icy winter season.

I love to take dogs hiking in the forest, but I’m also happy to take them on street sidewalks, paved walking trails, or to the dog park!

My rates vary depending on how many pets, if I stay all day and how far away you live. Shoot me a message and ask! I grew up with dogs and have had cats for 25 years. I have both volunteered and worked as a dog/cat sitter and hiked groups of dogs for several years.

Hallie is amazing. She was very responsive over the app/via text message. I really appreciated her flexibility in picking up my dog after my trip - I was a little behind schedule and she so kindly waited for me and had everything ready to go as soon as I arrived. My dog loved her as well and had a great stay!
Hallie took great care of our small senior pup, Finnegan while we were away. She sent lots of photos (which we loved) of their adventures. Lots of walks & even some beach time! We will definitely be reaching out again in the future if you need care.
Hallie is a gem! For nearly two weeks, she cared for our elderly cat who is uncomfortable with change and is a persnickety eater. Hallie had a calm and intuitive understanding of Smudge’s needs and adjusted accordingly ... and kept us well-informed. Hallie sat with her daily and talked with her and played her favorite Alexa cat music :) Hallie provided excellent care; I would absolutely recommend her.
Hallie is wonderful! She watched our dog and cat over the Christmas holidays and went above and beyond in taking care of them!
