About: I've taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was 13. I personally have 5 current pets right now. This includes 1 dog 3 cats and even a turtle. I got a degree to be a veterinarian assistant and worked in an animal clinic for almost a year. Right now I am a kennel attendant at a doggy daycare. Where required online training was required. We get a variety of different dogs. Ranging from small to large, young to old, even a few dogs with some medicine issues. I'm currently working part-time. In my free time, I take my son out for walks, so I can possibly bring dogs with me. I do have my own car for transportation. I live in a neighborhood where there is a lot of strays, so when I walk my dog, I carry a spray shield, which is citronella and animal deterrent from Pet Safe. Working at a dog daycare, we get a lot of dogs with some type of medical condition. From clean Bulldogs folds to make sure dogs take their medicine when needed.
“Anna did a fantastic job watching my pup, Kaiser! She is super friendly and a great gal in general. I felt very safe having her drop in on my boy and most definitely consider her my new pet sitter!”

“Bree is definitely an animal lover. She’s always so enthusiastic to check on my cat Micha, and sends lots of cute photos. She gives her lots of attention and it has improved her quality of life to have check ins when I’m gone from the house for a while. Would recommend.”
“Korra did an amazing job winning over my super shy cat and keeping my many plants alive. When my trip was extended due to unforseen illness, Korra stepped in and took on extra days until I could get back. She was amazing and I recommend her to everyone and would hire her again!!! 🙌🤗”

About: Hello! Let me help you and your pet feel safe and secure. I've been a pet lover for years and now have the time to offer care on a larger scale. In the past I have fostered animals, primarily cats and dogs with the SPCA. During that time I worked with small and larger breeds of various personalities. I have the patience to work with dogs that may be anxious or shy, and dogs that are more rambunctious as well. I love learning about animals, and would even like to become a dog trainer. Let's connect! My schedule is flexible and open at this time. I can work mornings, afternoons, or evenings, and I'm always open to discuss what needs you may have. It's essential to build a relationship with the pet. You want the dog to feel secure, ensure that you can change behavior if needed, and pay attention so that they don't find themselves in trouble.
“Christia took great care of our cat Zola and we couldn’t be happier. She’s an excellent communicator, always keeping us updated and sending the most beautiful pictures throughout her visits. What really stood out is how much Zola genuinely liked her, which isn’t always easy to earn from a cat! She goes above and beyond in ways that make you feel like your pet is in truly good hands. We will absolutely be booking her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who really cares.”

“Casie is wonderful. She cared for Buku and sent me updates often. I was able to enjoy my trip fully knowing Casie was on the task of cat care. She also watered my plants. I will certainly be using her services in the future. Thank you Casie!”

About: I have over ten years of pet care experience. Growing up I volunteered at animal shelters and owned dogs and cats. I love pet sitting and have watched many animals for people in my community. I’m a law student looking to pet sit in the early mornings or evenings Monday - Friday. Additionally, I have open availability on the weekends to work. When working with dogs I make sure to walk them and ensure that they get exercise and attention. When cat sitting I love entertaining the cats by playing with toys and giving them cuddles.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15 years old. That includes house sitting, dog walking, or simply just keeping them company while their owner is at work! I’m comfortable around all dogs! I’m currently working until around 4pm Monday through Friday during the week and off on the weekends! My complex has a dog care area and I live by a great walking trail! Even though I live in an apartment there is still plenty of room for me to care for your pet! Since I live in close proximity to walking paths I can take them on long walks!

I recommend using Shelbie to take care of your fur babies. She showed every day, on time. She kept me updated on how my two dogs and one cat were doing, and followed my instructions for their care. I appreciate her help and will definitely use her again if the need arises.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Sand Springs with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
