About: I've been taking care of dogs for the last 20 years of my life. Most people in my life rely on me to take care of their pets while they are away and I love being the go to person to take care of their sweet babies. At my house, my dogs are my family and that is how I treat all the dogs that come to my home. I had a 12 year old dog who recently passed away from cancer so I have elderly dog experience and can be trusted to give medications if needed. I work from home so I'm available for your pup all day. Also, I like to take daily walks, so if your pup likes walks, I'd love to take them with me. I'm a licensed Mental health provider that works from home so my schedule is flexible enough to walk dogs in between clients and watch dogs throughout the day. I have two friendly dogs that love having people and companions over to our house. We don't have a large fenced in yard so any time your little one needs to go out, I'll be available with the leash if they need more space.
“Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful with our kiddos while we were gone! She dropped in and made sure our social girl had some people time during the day. This was our first time using Rover and we will absolutely request Elizabeth again next time! 10/10!”

“Elizabeth is Ahhhhhhmmaaaaaazzzzziiing! We had been using a rover sitter for a year and when I tried to rebook her this time she told me she moved out of state which sent me into mild panic because our Skye loved her! Elizabeth came over for a meet and greet and Skye loved her immediately! She was so consistent during her visits and sent the best pictures! She's our go-to sitter now 💓”

“Kensie was amazing! She made sure Rugsley got her food and all of her medications were given properly. Please consider Kensie if you need a dog sitter. I highly recommend her to all the doggie parents out there. Great Job!”

“Lauren was great with my cat jewelzy. She did as I instructed and Jewelzy seemed happy. I appreciate Lauren picking up my mail and setting my trash out too. I will use Lauren again and likely soon. Thank you!”
“Brittany has been so good with my two dogs. So far I have booked Brittany twice and she has been great with communication, pictures, and working with my crazy schedule.”

“Krystal did an amazing job! She sent photos every check-in and I could tell my dogs were having so much fun. It was the complete opposite of how I felt sending them to be boarded at a doggy daycare. This time there was no stress for them or for me. We will definitely be using her again!”

About: I’m very responsible and trustworthy. I love animals and getting to know them and their personalities! I’ve been around animals my whole life and will always be willing to help! I currently work another job but will have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! I’m available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday all day. I’m also available the rest of the time before 3! I pay close attention to needs and wants of the pet parent and am capable of sticking to anything needed! I can do almost anything needed!
About: I have grown up with dogs and cats since I was a newborn baby. When I was 7 years old I realized that I wanted to take care of animals when I get older. I started pet sitting when I was 15 years old. I have volunteered to walk and take care of animals at animal shelters for the past 10 years. My grandparents live on a farm, so when I visit them I help take care of the horses, chickens, cows and many other animals. I have one family that I pet sit for about 3 times a year. I also volunteer to give my neighbors dogs baths and feed them when they are away at work for long hours. I am currently attending TCC to earn my degree in Veterinary Medicine to become a Vet Tech. I take online classes for school so I am available anytime of the week from 9a.m.-8p.m. to take care of your precious sweet fur babies. I will only be able to look after male dogs at my house on Sunday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday the reason is because I have a male dog who only behaves when his dad is home. Female dogs I will be able to look after any day. My male dog is nice towards female dogs. I have a big fence and a somewhat big backyard for dogs to run around and play. I do have a pool so when it is open I will watch the dogs extra carefully. I have a doggy gate that will keep the dogs from running off somewhere randomly in the house. I don’t have any pet taxies or kennels so if you feel like I would need one to put your pet in for any reason you must provide that. I do keep all medication and food out of reach from animals. I always keep a good eye on the animals I watch. I also have lots of squeaky toys and bones that they can play with. I also know how to do CPR on animals.
“Annie was amazing! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a wonderful dog sitter. She cared for our two French bulldogs, one being very senior and one being extra fiesty! She sent daily updates and we were confident our fur babies were in great hands. Will definitely be using her again!!!”

About: From chickens to bunnies to cows to dogs, I have a range of experiences watching and taking care of pets. I love dogs and have grown up taking care of them, including both senior dogs and puppies. I have a fairly flexible schedule being in college, and will be able to work with you based on your needs for your animals. I am willing to work around my schedule at any cost to help you. In my home pets are a top priority. Growing up with all different kinds of animals has taught me many lessons. I believe animals must be treated kindly and you must be patient.
“Ryan was great petsitting for us! We have 2 rambunctious big dogs and 2 smaller dogs, and he was able to handle them with ease! Will definitely be using again when we go out of town! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Go Ryan!! He’s great!”

“Darcee was fantastic! My dogs are not the easiest or the friendliest, so I’ve been hesitant in the past to hire a dog sitter, however, they warmed up to her very quickly. I was so relieved. Our boys were well cared for and we are so grateful we found her.”

“Casey was AMAZING! I'd leave this review in all capital letters if I could! She went above and beyond not only for my cat but for my chickens as well. She kept me updated on how he was, sent pics, and I could relax on my vacation knowing that my home was safe and my baby kitty was safe. I loved her so much that after I leave this review I'm booking her for my July vacay! Thank you for loving on our Buggy, Casey. I know how excited he will be to see you again.”
“Beka took such great care of our 3 animals. She also went above and beyond with her check in photos and descriptions which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Would definitely work with Beka again!”

“Diana was very competent. Kept me informed on how my cats were doing and if they needed fresh litter for their boxes Everything was in order when I returned home. Would definitely use her again !”

About: I give elite belly rubs, provide emotional support during thunderstorms, and will absolutely hype your dog up like they just won an Olympic medal for sitting on command. Walks become adventures, naps become supervised cuddle sessions, and your pup will receive enough love, attention, and goofy conversation to forget you were ever gone (sorry in advance). I’m reliable, patient, and very tuned in to each dog’s personality — whether they’re a zoomie-powered chaos gremlin or a tiny old soul who just wants snacks and soft blankets. I also have a kid-free, smoke-free home, so your pup gets a calm, clean, low-stress environment with lots of attention and space to relax. Expect photo updates, happy tail wags, and a dog that’s probably a little disappointed when you come home because we became best friends. Pet care fits perfectly into my stay-at-home routine because I’m home all day, which means your pet gets plenty of attention, supervision, cuddles, potty breaks, and companionship instead of being left alone for long hours. I genuinely enjoy having animals around while I go about my day — playtime, relaxing with a cat curled up nearby, or taking dogs on regular walks and outdoor sniff adventures. Since I have a calm, kid-free, smoke-free home, pets settle in easily and get a low-stress environment where they can feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m happy to stick to your pet’s normal schedule and routines so they feel right at home while you’re away. I care for every pet like they’re part of the family — making sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and relaxed while you’re away. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and all their little quirks and preferences. Dogs get plenty of potty breaks, exercise, affection, supervised play, and cozy downtime, while cats get a calm environment, clean litter boxes, enrichment, attention on their terms, and lots of cozy nap spots. I’m very patient and attentive, so whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, anxious, or extra spoiled, I adjust my care to what makes them happiest and most comfortable. Because I have a kid-free, smoke-free home and spend most of my time at home, pets receive lots of companionship, supervision, and one-on-one attention throughout the day. I also love sending photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.
Bixby dog parents share their Rover experiences
Hayley is THE BEST! We have booked her several times before and when we needed someone to watch our squad while we were out of town getting married, she was our first choice. She is so easy to work with, always asks questions when she has a concern, and treats our pets like they're her own. Would give her six stars if we could!

We had a great experience with our dog sitter! She did an amazing job, communication was excellent, she was always on time, and she spent plenty of time playing with our dogs. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. Highly recommend!

Janessa was the best dog sitter I have ever used and would highly recommend. I will be rebooking in the future. She made the time away very not worrysome. We meet with her prior and she had a lot of experience. Very friendly and professional. Got along with our animals and truly has love for animals. I had a last minute change to my schedule as I was on vacation and she was very accommodating. She send a lot of pictures of her visits and the family loved seeing our animals while we were away. She even was kind enough to cook some sweet treats for our dog, that he loved. Janessa is very trustworthy and dependable. Thanks Janessa
