“My husky, Koda, had a fantastic time with Valentina & Stephen and their dog Luke. He ran and played in their gigantic, beautiful yard, got lots of attention and cuddles and was taken to the park and restaurants with them. They took excellent care of Koda I can't recommend Val and Stephen more highly. I've already booked another stay for Koda!”

“Debra did a great job of making us and our dog, Skye, feel welcome. She sent us daily updates with pictures of Skye with her family or out taking walks. She was a last minute provider for us as our usual care person was not available for the dates we needed. She only keeps one guest dog at a time. Skye and her dog, Ginger, got along well.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Dipanjana and felt completely at ease leaving my dog in her care. She was attentive, communicative, and clearly genuinely cared about making my dog feel comfortable and happy. I received regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. My dog came home relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for. I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness throughout the stay. I would absolutely trust her with my dog again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received! She took such great care of my dog—always by her side, making sure she was never lonely. My dog got plenty of activities, fresh air, and attention every day. She even gave her a bath before returning her, and my dog came back refreshed, fluffy, and super happy! It’s clear she truly loves animals and treats them like her own. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and loving dog sitter!”

“Kimberley was amazing with our puppy! She is great with communication and would text us updates and photos every day. When she noticed our pup wasn’t eating his food, she asked if she could mix in other food to increase his appetite. And it worked! Thank you so much Kimberly!”

“We had a great experience! Juan & his family were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and easy to work with throughout the entire stay. They sent us lots of pictures and updates, and our dog looked happy and comfortable the whole time. We’ll definitely book again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“Vince was fantastic. He was so compassionate towards Mylo with it being his first overnight stay. He stayed in contact with & provided plenty of updates. I’m grateful to him & his family! Highly recommend.”

“I was nervous since it was the 1st time leaving our Chihuahua Penny but Tracey was great, she sent pictures and updates of both dogs. They looked really happy. They gave them snacks, had plenty of toys for them to play with and my doggies loved their stay! Thank you Tracey for peace of mind during our SF getaway!”

About: Hi, I’m Maria! I believe that pets aren't just animals—they are cherished members of the family. When your pet stays with me, they receive the exact same level of deep compassion, endless cuddles, and focused attention that I give to my own. I am experienced with dogs, birds, and rabbits. I share my home with a wonderfully chatty, smaller-sized Siberian Husky named Fuschia. She loves to "talk," but she is trained, incredibly friendly, gentle, and absolutely adores playing with new furry friends. Other than being a chatty Cathy, Fuschia is the anti-husky- preferring to sleep and chill than having high energy. Whether your dog wants a playmate or just a buddy to lounge near, my husky is an excellent, welcoming host. I work from home full-time with a flexible schedule, meaning your pet will rarely be alone and will receive frequent potty breaks, supervised playtime, and all the affection they can handle. ------------------------------ 🩺 Experience & Special Skills I'm a lifelong pet lover who has owned or taken care of pets since childhood. I've owned tiny dogs (chihuhuas and terrier mixes), a large wild dog that needed extensive training (a wolf-husky hybrid), birds, a rabbit, and have helped friends take care of their exotic animals (snakes and lizards). I’ve been dog sitting for approximately ten (10) years. I have enjoyed sitting small dogs to giant doodles (who believe they are small lap dogs) as well as elderly and special needs dogs. I’m a true animal lover and offer comprehensive care tailored to your pet's specific life stage and health requirements: * From Puppies to Seniors: I understand the patience and frequent training breaks required for tiny puppies, as well as the gentle pacing, orthopedic comfort, and slow walks needed for elderly dogs. * Medical & Sick Dog Care: If your dog requires special medical attention, you can rest easy. I am highly experienced in administering oral and topical medications, managing strict dosing schedules, feeding according to strict dietary needs, and providing a calm, stress-free environment for dogs. * Small Animal Expertise (Birds & Rabbits): I don’t just care for dogs! As a prior bird and rabbit owner, I am fully experienced in handling, feeding, cage or pen cleaning, and understanding the unique requirements of rabbits and birds. ------------------------------ 🏡 My Home & Safety Setup Your pet’s safety and peace of mind are my absolute top priorities. * Dog Play Areas: Dogs have plenty of room to stretch their legs, curl up on a couch, and run around and play inside the house and in my secure fenced in yard. When they play with my husky they will be always be supervised. *Sleeping: When it’s time to sleep your dog will sleep in a crate inside the house to ensure they are safe and secure while they are resting. * Sanitation & Routines: I’ll adhere to your feeding schedules. I’ll take your dog for a walk and can bathe them if requested. ** Separate, Stress-Free Zone for small animal friends: To ensure a calm and secure environment, all guest birds and rabbits are kept in a completely separate room away from any dogs in the house. They will enjoy a quiet, predator-free space where they can feel safe and be nurtured. During the week, I work from home and have a flexible shift that ends in the early afternoons. On weekends, I'm home, and your fur baby will get plenty of walks and playtime. I live in a gated community in Morgan Hill and have a securely fenced yard for your dog to run and play. I keep the dogs in the house when I'm working, and there are plenty of couches for the dogs to curl up on and nap. At night, the dogs sleep in a crate inside the house. I'd prefer to use your crate to make your dog feel more at home, but I have a small and large crate available for dogs that don't have one. Small Animals (birds and rabbits) are kept in a separate room the entire stay. They will not have any interaction with ay dog in the house.
“Anusha provided excellent care for our Nutmeg,(Shih Tzu) while we were on international vacation for 9 days. Great communication, a very welcoming home environment (her kids are amazing in engaging the pets) and plenty of daily updates (videos and pictures ). It was an stress-free experience for us and we had complete peace of mind knowing that Nutmeg was in great hands. Highly recommend Anusha!”

“This was our first time using Rover and we lucked out with Nicki! She was very communicative throughout the booking and sent great updates during our dog’s stay, and she loved on him like he was her own. We look forward to booking her again some time!”

“Nayana took care of Shiro with love and treated him like her family member. She followed all our instructions carefully and sent us important updates with photos throughout the care. Shiro seems happy and enjoyed the stay with her.”

About: I’ve had a love for animals since I was able to walk. I treat every pet like my own, ensuring their daily routine is strictly followed so you can enjoy total piece of mind while you are away. I’m currently on break from a job assignment that finished, and when I’m not working, I dedicate my time to dog boarding, dog walking, and volunteering at the shelter just to spend time with animals. Due to my current routine, it allows me to have open availability and flexibility with pet care. I have a fenced yard with lots of space for your fur baby to potty and play in, as well as two friendly dogs to keep your pup company. I can easily crate or separate your dog if personal space is needed!
“Gigi did a great job watching my Maltipoo dog for 10 nights. Her family provided a true home for our pup, and I’ll always be grateful! She took great care of him, and took him on multiple walks a day. She has went above and beyond by brushing his hair and teeth, cleaning his eyes, and giving him a bath. She provided a lot of photos and videos and his list of activities that day which made us feel relieved that my fur baby is in good hand and having fun. He came home clean, happy and content. Highly recommend for anyone looking to board their pup! Thanks again for taking such good care of Ethan :)”

“This was our third time booking with Brian and as always we felt at ease knowing Ruby was basically going to stay with her second family. So grateful for the updates and care provided. We’ll absolutely book again!”

“Lyan was a great sitter for my little guy! I contacted her super last minute when my plans changed and she graciously took him in. I could tell my boy was well taken care of :) 10/10 would recommend”

Rikiya was absolutely amazing with Simba. This was Simba's second stay with her, and once again, he felt completely at home. He was so happy, comfortable, and well cared for, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Rikiya also has two wonderful dogs that Simba absolutely loves! It makes his stay even more special because he gets to enjoy their company, play with them, and truly feel like he's part of the family. Rikiya went above and beyond to care for Simba, and I especially loved receiving all the pictures and updates. It was so reassuring to see how happy he was every day. You can truly tell how much she loves and cares for the dogs she looks after. We are so grateful to Rikiya for taking such wonderful care of our Simba. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, loving, and caring for their fur baby. Simba will definitely be staying with him again. Thank you so much 🙏

Stephen and Val take such loving care of my dog and treat him as though he was their own. I was out of town for two weeks and didn't worry about Koda at all as I could see from the photos and videos Val sent that he was having a wonderful time playing with their dog Luke in their huge, lovely backyard. Highly recommend!

Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
