Dog Boarding in San Leandro

About: I grew up with dogs all my life and can’t express how much I love having and taking care of them. I’ve had two Chihuahuas for 8 years and 18 years, Siberian Husky for 13 years and recently German/Australian Shepards for 14 years. My husband and I had a household full of love with our dogs. Our German Shepards both recently passed last year and it was tough. What helped us cope and go about our day was our newly adopted 3 year old pup. He is a Yorkie/Chihuahua and just the sweetest boy! We’re so happy he’s in our lives. We can’t wait to love and treat your pet like a part of our family! I am home everyday and have the time to take care and play with your dog. We live across from a park, which is convenient for multiple walks and not too far from the main local dog park at the Marina. We often take walks around the neighborhood as well. Our 3 year old pup enjoys all the walk time he gets and I’m sure your dog will too. We also have a fenced yard and supervise all dogs that want to play in the yard. We allow your dog to sit on our couch or dog cot as we want them to feel cozy and at home.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 5 years old! From our first Doberman to my cute little chihuahua, Queenie who I have the pleasure of being her sweet mama, I truly love pets and caring for them too, I’m currently working part-time and have the flexibility to create my pet care schedule so I’m here and happy to help you anytime you need. I have a huge 1 bedroom apartment with a fenced patio and I live in a secure, safe and dog friendly community. I can also crate as well and also stay in your home.

“Shuvashna and her husband were AMAZING with our 2 dogs. Both our dogs are rescues and have unique needs that many are not always able to accommodate when dog sitting them but Shuvashna was one of the few who could! We’ve always had trouble finding a sitter who understood what it took to take care of our dogs and we are so happy to have found her! She allowed our dogs their time and space to get comfortable in her home and also provided frequent updates while we were away. We could tell right away our dogs were having SO much fun during their stay. We will absolutely be reaching out to Shuvashna again in the future for all our dog sitting needs!!”

Appreciate how they wanted to know detailed bits of Bori and her lifestyle to best accommodate her stay. They took Bori out multiple times and I’m appreciative of how much they adored her. And what made the cherry on top was that Bori made a new friend! Easy to contact and super quick to reply. Definitely recommend!”
