About: When I was young, I would visit my grandparents' farm and help my grandfather take care of his goats by preparing bottles of milk and feeding them to the kids. I also grew up with a dog named Merlin, but he unfortunately passed away too soon after eating a poisonous sago palm seed. His sudden death was one of the reasons why I decided to get a B.S. degree in Animal Sciences. Some other pets of mine included a pair of hamsters and guinea pigs. Throughout high school and college, I have helped my neighbors and friends by caring for their four-legged family members while they were out of town. I have even cared for some sheep and chickens during graduate school. Currently, I volunteer with Rescue Pals Inc., which is a nonprofit, foster-based animal rescue organization headquartered in Buford. With this organization, I get to help dogs of all ages, from playful and curious 8-week-old puppies to sweet and loyal seniors, find their "furever" homes. I work full-time, but I make sure your pet receives personalized attention, consistent routines, and lots of enrichment throughout the day. I try to adapt to your pet’s specific schedule, medication needs, or energy level. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, or simply providing companionship and supervision, I’m fully available and dedicated to making your pet feel safe and loved. Your Pet’s Safety is My Priority I make sure to follow all your instructions carefully, whether it’s about feeding, medication, or specific routines. I want your pet to feel as safe and comfortable as possible while you're away! I double-check doors, windows, and gates to ensure your pet stays safe and secure in your home. I’m also cautious about walks and outdoor time—always using a leash when needed and avoiding any risky situations. Respecting Your Home and Privacy Your home is your sanctuary, and I treat it with the same care I’d give my own. I always follow your guidelines on where I can go and what I can use. You’ll never have to worry about me leaving a mess! I keep everything tidy, and I’ll only use the spaces you’ve told me are okay. I believe communication is key, so I’ll send you regular updates, photos, and videos to help you feel connected to your pet while you’re away. Creating a Calm, Comfortable Environment Your pet’s routine is so important to me, so I stick to their usual schedule as much as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. I’m a calm, patient presence, especially for pets that may be a little nervous or have special needs. I’ll give them plenty of love, playtime, and gentle care. Whether it’s extra snuggles, mental stimulation, or just quiet time, I’m all about making sure your pet feels at ease and loved.

About: I was raised with cats and dogs. I read a dog training book when I was in high school. I have always been mission-oriented, and today's mission is to ensure your pets are looked after and that you are confident they are safe and healthy. My schedule revolves around animals. If I'm not spending time with my dogs, then it's my mom's dogs. If it's not her dogs, then it's chickens. (Dogs are more fun, have you tried playing fetch with a chicken?) I will care for your pets with the same love and affection I provide to my own dogs, excluding any rough-housing since my dogs tend to play quite boisterously. I will diligently follow all instructions to the best of my abilities and will communicate promptly if I encounter any difficulties, seeking an alternative solution.

About: I have one dog and my family has 3! I’ve also sat for my friends that own cats! I am quite comfortable around all animals. I currently am out of school for the summer so plenty of time! I plan on pet care for the duration that I’m out this summer! I take great consideration in caring for peoples pets the way I would want mine cared for! About: I am a certified professional dog trainer under animal behavioral college. I have years of a wide range of experiences. I’ve always had a special bond with all kinds of animals since I was little. Taking care of them is my passion. I also have many years of experience caring for different kinds of animals as well. Your needs come first! I work part time a few days of the week, however my schedule is very flexible and can be adjusted according to your pets needs. I have a very large fenced in back yard and allow pets inside. I’ve got 5 friendly dogs that roam inside and outside.My dogs are treated like family and so will yours!

About: I have volunteer experience for 3 years at my aunts vet . I would walk, groom, feed, and play with the dogs. The job was amazing, no dog left unhappy! I am a full time worker, my schedule does not extend the whole day. I only work 4-5 days out the week. I am a full time student with classes online. I care for all the pets the same. Each pet will get the best treatment. I treat as if their my own. Especially special needed dogs. If there are instructions on what a pet needs or can not have, it will be followed through and taking seriously. I go by the owners schedule.

About: Animals sense how much I love them & want to make them feel comfortable in every situation. I love doing for them what brings happiness. I have cats & a dog. Some duties & everyday routine include, Cat box cleaning, wet food treats, homemade dog treats, playtime, snuggles, clean up I have a fenced yard. I can walk dogs at their home. We can go to dog parks if that is an option for dogs. Play fetch I clients yard.

About: I’ve taking care of pets since I was a child, always love to meet new pets and get their personalities. I love walking dogs and playing with cats. I have a full fenced yard and live in one of the best neighborhoods in Tallahassee. I work a full time job but always willing and able to sit or care for pets, I do work from home in my hours I do both, at home and at your own home depends on preference and pets personality, which ever you’re more comfortable with and makes the pet happy

“TRUST ME, look no further!!!!!!!!! Sonja looked after my very clingy, high maintenance Beagle named Gabby, for a few days when I had to go out of town for work VERY last minute. She was able to accommodate my situation very efficiently and was MORE than happy to do so. I frantically woke up on a Saturday morning early needing to go out of town for a work trip. I oversee an entire state prison as active Warden and had an emergency situation on the other side of the state. I inquired about booking asap, Sonja responded back within 30 minutes, coordinated a quick meet and greet around lunch time at Freedom Park THAT SAME DAY, and then she was taking care of my baby and entire property by dinner time!! I could not have asked for a better situation/outcome of this very unexpected event. When I met her, I could tell she really was a a true dog lover. It gave me real peace of mind knowing Gabby was in such loving hands. Sonja sent more than enough pictures and videos and kept in communication more than I could have hoped. Any dog parents know you can never have too many dog pics/videos!! When I arrived home, Gabby was relaxed, happy, and clearly well looked after. The house and property were exactly like I left it, if not better. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and trustworthy pet sitter. I’m so grateful for the care she gave Gabby! She will definitely be my go to sitter in the future AND she responded quickly which is important for me with my crazy work schedule. Pet parents like myself know how unsettling and nerve racking it can be to leave your baby with a complete stranger for the first time.
