After years of caring for pets, I understand that every animal has their own unique needs, personality, routine, and comfort level. I have been loving and caring for dogs my entire life and have gained extensive hands-on experience through rescue and foster work. I currently foster for a rescue that specializes in senior dogs and small breeds, but I am also comfortable caring for larger dogs, including German Shepherds, Goldendoodles, and Labs. Additionally, I have experience working with shy dogs, energetic younger pups, senior pets, and dogs with medical or behavioral needs. I am also comfortable administering medication, providing slow and safe introductions, following detailed feeding and care routines, and taking calm, attentive leash walks. Whether your pet needs extra patience, plenty of playtime, quiet companionship, or a little reassurance, I will make sure they feel safe, understood, and loved. I’m currently spending the summer in Colorado for an internship that only requires me to be on-site about once or twice a week. I also work remotely for an animal rescue, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be home most of the day. Because of that flexibility, your pet will receive plenty of attention throughout the day—not just quick check-ins. I can provide frequent potty breaks, shorter or longer walks depending on your pet’s needs, playtime, enrichment activities, feeding, medication, and lots of cuddles and companionship. Whether your pet enjoys outdoor adventures, puzzle toys, gentle walks, or relaxing on the couch, I have the time to follow their normal routine and make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities! I have extensive experience caring for dogs of all ages and sized, including puppies, seniors, and pets with medical needs. I believe in slow introductions, positive reinforcement, and maintaining each pet's normal routine to reduce stress. I'll treat your home with the same respect I treat my own and will keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you always know how your pet is doing. I also have experience administering medications and recognizing changes in behavior or health that may require attention.

About: I'm a music teacher who totally loves pets, especially dogs. I used to have a cool Dalmatian and a laid-back Black Lab, and I still miss hanging out with them! When I’m not teaching, I love taking my current pups for walks, playing fetch, or just chilling and cuddling. Dogs bring so much fun and good vibes into my life, and I think they help me be a better teacher too—more patient, caring, and with a whole lot of joy. Mixing my love for music and my love for dogs makes life pretty awesome! I work full time as a teacher Monday through Friday and am available after 3:30 most days, on weekends, and overnight for pet sitting as well. I am very detail oriented and can accommodate to your needs and the needs of your pet to make sure they and you feel your experience is top-notch and enjoyable.
