Cailey was absolutely amazing with our pups. It was one of the first times we had a sitter stay with them while we were out of town and I couldn't have hoped for a better sitter. Cailey is clearly a dog person and understands their quirks and specific needs. She gave us updates often and left our house in even better shape than we left it. We will definitely be using Cailey again!!

Callie took wonderful care of our 2 dogs and chinchilla while we were gone. She was so patient with them and sent plenty of updates. She also left our house in better condition than when we left!!

Cailey is great! Our dogs loved her and she took great care of them. She sent picture updates and was a great communicator!

We had reach out to the sitter for meet and greet first a couple of months before the actual sitting in Oct. Everything went smooth. After Cailey was satisfied with us , she sent out the payment link, which we happily paid . A week before the sitting, I again reached out to Cailey , to re-check if we were on the schedule and that there were no changes on her side. On 18th Oct at 12:00 pm , the sitting was suppose to start. We had a flight to catch 2:00 pm. I texted her after we left for airport at 11:00 am, only to get a response from her that she is at her work place still 8:00 pm, and only after then she can come to our dogs. The work place which she never mentioned in her meet and greet session. When I told her it will more than 6 hrs for dogs with their potty break, she told she can visit them during her lunch break. Around 2pm she did visit the dogs for 5 mins and left. Meanwhile we landed at our destination and checked to our hotel . Around 8:30 pm , I tried reaching her through the rover app , texts and calls. Since she had given her number , we tried that too. After sometime she sent out a text that she had a family emergency and sent out a cancellation request on her end. This left us in a horrified state, as we were miles apart from our dogs and could do nothing for them. We tried reaching friends , colleagues and neighbours . We could manage something for the dogs. When we reached out to rover support person , she mentioned Cailey left a cancellation request due to accommodation issues at our place, which completely different than the family emergency she mentioned in Rover’s chat. The support person helped us with a ticket and there are reviews still going on Rover’s end. Long story short, had Cailey mentioned her emergency or her intentions just a little before , the situation with the dogs could have been avoided. We now feel that we were being lied to. This is probably the worst experiences of my life where I could see my little one crying whole night over the ring Vedio .

My doggos love Cailey!! Cailey sends updates, is thorough with making sure she knows the care details, and any emergency contacts. She is kind and very engaging with the doggos! I feel very confident that my dogs are in great hands when I leave, which makes vacations a lot more enjoyable :)

Cailey was amazing! She took amazing care of our 3 pups and dealt with all their craziness. She kept us informed on how they were doing throughout our entire trip away. Definitely would recommend.
