“Katie is absolutely wonderful..she took care of our somewhat moody kitty, who was very happy and healthy when we got home. She took care of unplanned cat barfs, thoroughly cleaning everything and making sure our kitty was fine. She's a great problem solver and also an excellent communicator..taking time to come meet us, communicate during every visit, and following up afterwards to make sure all the details were done just perfectly! We will definitely be calling on her next time!”

About: I have had dogs most of my life and volunteered at a large shelter back in St. Louis for more than 10 yrs. I walked dogs, took them on enrichment trips, fostered them and helped at the shelter by just cleaning and doing laundry. I loved all the different dog personalities and tried to do anything that would make their life better. I would love to take care of dogs now that I'm retired and will also be volunteering at the local shelter here I'm retired and my dog recently passed so I'm craving dog time. With no dog i now have more time to dog walk I am available to dog sit or walk but live in a small rv so dog boarding might be tricky though I'm willing to try. I live in a dog friendly park that has a nice trail and isn't very crowded

About: I’ve been volunteering at animal rehab facilities since I was 10 and I’ve worked my way up to wildlife internships in the amazon rainforest just last year, so I have plenty of experience with animals from household pets to less common exotics ! Household pets I have most experience in are Cats, Dogs, Small mammals and Reptiles and I’m well educated in proper cleaning, meal preparation and grooming. I have a heart for animals and i can’t wait to meet yours! 😊🐶 I’m currently managing a temporary health setback and seem to have a lot of time on my hands! I’m available 9 am - 12a during the week and weekends is full availability to keep your pet safe and entertained. I have a fenced in yard and screened porch and I only let my cat roam leashed under close supervision so that he doesn’t get into anything and I didn’t notice. I Always ask what the owner is comfortable with whether it’s crating or going on walks around the yard prior but I also understand some pets need more attention than others and that’s okay! I never have anything toxic in reach and keep my house stocked with plenty of toys and treats to keep your pet happy and healthy.

About: I will take care of your dog and play with them when I come on the visits. I will also take them to the park and run with them. I own a boston terrier and a pit bull and they are my loves. I will care for your dog like they are my own. I can also take care of puppy's and will give them the attention they need. I Have always not only love dogs but every animal. I wanted to be a vet when I was little just so I could work with animals. I think dogs are the best animals because they comfort anyone who is upset or just bring joy to your life. I think dogs have a purpose to make their owners happy and will love you unconditionally. I am doing dog sitting and dog walking part time. I am available Monday through Friday. I have a main job and I work from home Monday and Friday so four day weekends are better for me to dog sit. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I go into the office so I can only do two drop in visits during those days. I work on weekends as well. I would come inside the house and greet the pups. I would make sure to take them out to go potty and then give them a treat before I go.

Throughout middle and high school I also looked after neighbors’ dogs, cats, and birds. I am very active and love to bike, walk, and hike. I love to take my own dogs on hikes and am used to walking and caring for multiple animals at one time. I am experienced with high energy dogs, blind dogs, puppies, and older dogs! I work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays which gives me flexibility throughout my day to care for pets! My hour lunch is used for longer walks or playtime with my pups. I am very accommodating and can easily adapt to the situation I am in. Additionally, I am a fast learner and can adjust to accommodate your pets health, activity, and attention needs.
