Kali had 3 great day at Doggy Day Care with Hayley. We were visiting the area and Hayley was flexible to watch Kali while we explored. Communication was very easy. Kali's excitement at arrival on the second and third day made us know she was having a good time and made us feel very comfortable. We would highly recommend her.

Yuliana took care of my baby for 2 times during the day for doggie daycare. I knew she was trust worthy when my fur baby was so excited to come and see her again. She responded fast and gave photo updates. Will definitely book with her again when in town!

I am so grateful for Allison and the way things just happened to align in short time given that I was traveling from out of state and needed day care for my dog. Allison was so incredibly warm, supportive and sensitive to my dogs needs, and communicated throughout the two days of care she provided. Would absolutely recommend her and prioritize her when I roll through town again!

About: Hi! I'm Ben, and dogs have been the best part of my day for as long as I can remember. I've cared for everything from tiny seniors with medical needs to high-energy big breed pups who love to chew. I treat every dog and cat like one of my own and I'm excited to give your pet the same love I do to my mine! I work from home full time, which means your dog gets near-constant company rather than being left alone for hours. My schedule is flexible throughout the day, so I can keep up with feeding times, regular potty breaks, walks, and play without rushing. Rover's "Safety, trust & environment" section is where owners decide whether to actually hand you their dog, so it should be concrete and specific rather than reassuring fluff. Here's a blurb covering the full range of services, with placeholders for your details: Safety is the first thing I think about with every dog in my care. For boarding, my home has an acre yard with no busy roads nearby, and I keep dogs leashed and under close watch any time we're outside or in a new environment. I stick closely to feeding routines, medication schedules, and any instructions you give me. There is no improvising with your dog's care. You'll get photo and video updates at every visit, so you always know your dog is safe and happy. If anything ever seems off, you'll hear from me right away.

Nash stayed with Trevor and Meredith for two days - doggie day care. He had the best experience. I love that they had pets themselves because it allowed my Nash to enjoy play time and be more socialized as he is an only child! He was happy to return on the next day which is an obvious sign of how much he enjoyed his visit. They are great and it’s obvious how they care for dogs and how they’ve created a perfect environment for our 4 legged friends. I highly recommend Trevor and Meredith.

About: I've taken care of animals starting from a young age. I love animals and enjoy having them around and caring for them. Animals are a significant part of my everyday life. I spend my time home caring for my dog and children. It's a very important part of each day. Between feeding them each meal to walking them and playing with them, they're heavily integrated into our lives. I have a friendly dog who loves to play. I also have two children who love animals but are also good with boundaries considering these pets will be in an unfamiliar environment. I personally care for each pet that comes into my home, but my children will be present.

About: With over 20 years of experience caring for both cats and dogs, I bring a lifetime of love, attentiveness, and reliability to every pet I welcome. I adopted my cat in 2004 and cared for her until she passed peacefully at 19—proof of the deep commitment I have to animal wellbeing. Today, I share my home with a gentle Great Pyrenees–Bernese Mountain Dog mix who’s as friendly as she is fluffy. She adores making new dog friends and would love to keep your pup company during their stay. She has full roam of my house, and your dog will too—if that’s your preference. I want your pup to feel just as comfortable and free as they do at home. What sets me apart? I work from home full-time, so I’m available day and night to meet your pet’s needs. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, medication, or just a reassuring presence, I’m here. I also have a fenced yard for safe outdoor fun and provide daily walks to keep your dog active and happy. When your pet stays with me, they’re not just boarded—they’re cared for like family. I offer a calm, nurturing environment where your dog will feel secure, loved, and truly at home. Pet care is seamlessly woven into my daily and weekly routine—it’s not just something I do, it’s how I live. As a seasoned pet owner with over 20 years of experience, caring for animals is second nature to me. I work from home full-time, which means I’m available throughout the day and night to meet the needs of any pet in my care. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime, or just being a calming presence, I’m always nearby and attentive. With my own dog, I maintain a consistent routine that includes daily walks, outdoor time in my fenced yard, and plenty of affection and engagement. Weekends are no different; I’m home and hands-on, ensuring every pet feels safe, loved, and part of the family. I offer both day boarding and overnight stays, whether it’s just for one night or an extended trip. Whether you need a few hours of care while you’re at work or a safe, loving home for your dog while you travel, I’m here to accommodate your needs. Creating a safe, loving, and stress-free environment is my top priority. Pets in my care are treated like family—with constant attention, affection, and a routine that supports their comfort and wellbeing. I have a fully fenced yard that provides a secure space for outdoor playtime and exploration. If your dog enjoys walks, I’m happy to offer daily leashed walks tailored to their energy level and routine. My own dog is friendly and well-socialized, and she has full roam of my home. Your dog will too, if that’s your preference, so they can relax and feel right at home. To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, I require a meet and greet before any scheduled sitting. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, make sure your pup feels comfortable, and confirm that we’re a great fit. Your pet’s safety and happiness are always my priority, and I’m committed to providing a calm, caring environment where they can thrive.

We were visiting Nashville and found Anand on Rover, booked one day to see how daycare worked for our pup and theirs. They were wonderful to Our boy Odin, so we booked a second day. When we pulled up outside Odin couldn’t wait to get out of the car and pulled my husband up to their door! Odin gives them two paws up. They have a lovely yard and dog gates to keep your dog from getting out. They let my spoiled 18 month out pup in the bed for a nap. So I can highly recommend Anand and his Mother for anyone who needs a dog sitter. This was a wonderful service for us as tourists in Nashville:)

About: I pick up on things very easily and make your pet’s care my number one priority. I will follow your directions to care for your pet to a T in hopes that they maintain their same routine as always. I want your pet to leave my home feeling loved and cared for as if their owner never left! Same goes for when I am caring for your pets in your own home. I fell in love with watching neighborhood and family pets throughout my life and eventually decided to start caring for other people’s animals while they’re away. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and have no worries leaving your pets with me. Please let me know how I can care for your precious fur babies! I am a stay at home mom to 2 children (5 and 9). I have a lot of extra time on my hands and I love to put that time into doing something I love…caring for your pets! ❤️ My availability is open for the most part and as long as I have a few days notice I am good to go. I would be delighted to watch your animals! 🥰 I have a fenced in backyard with room to run and 2 friendly and easygoing dogs to keep your pups company! (Golden retriever and Labrador retriever) 🐶 Me and my family will treat your pets with the utmost respect and give them the best care possible. I do have the option to crate my dogs or your animals if needed. We live in a safe neighborhood that we can walk your pet in if that’s what they prefer. I can administer medication with instruction and will make sure to stick to your pet’s diet plan. You can trust me with your pups and leave them in my care without any worries! I will update you with tons of pictures of all the fun times we have as well. When your animals come to my home, they will be treated just like my pets! Same goes for check-ins! ♥️

We did a meat and great prior to Our daycare. Sofia was great! Grayson Seemed to feel comfortable with her. Sofia was also great, asking questions and seem to really want to understand Grayson and his needs. Today was his first day care with Ms Sofia and he did great. He was a happy boy when I got back and did not look stressed out. We are happy to find Miss Sofia and will be returning very soon! Thank you Miss Sofia.😀🐾

About: I've cared for a variety of pets- birds, lizards, turtles, dog, cats, you name it! I have grown up with animals but have been indecisive about getting my own pet- just because I don't think I could leave the shelter with just one! I work hybrid schedule so most days I am home all day, so caring for pets throughout the day is not an issue! I also love pets that love being loved on, or may like to be pet more than others. I'm also okay with pets who don't need as much attention from their human. I typically go into the office one day a week but it's depends. I always know ahead of time! Just let me know what you need and I'll see if I can accommodate. I always make sure to love on the pets I care for. I always have treats and ensure to ask about allergies or special accomodations.

She even sent my Hershey home with a mini dog care bag. She goes above and beyond and you can really tell that she cares for the dogs.

Alyssa not only saved us with short booking, it was evident she was skilled at working with dogs. Her furry loved one showed great disciple and we knew immediately she was gong to care for our loved one. We came into Nashville from Pennsylvania and couldn't have felt more comfortable. And honestly Alyssa's responsiveness before we met put that at ease. When we came to pick Obi up it was like he was a part of their pack. Thank you! We'll definitely be looking you up again when we are back in town!

About: I currently work at veterinary’s office and have experience close with furr babies. I throughly enjoy seeing and loving all furr babies. I prefer to either have overnight stays or drops in as well as simply walking your furr baby. I’m currently working part time at a veterinary’s office and going to school full time. I am a runner and will run with your furr baby to ensure they get their exercise :) The way I care for animals is through positive reinforcement. I do not believe in physical contact as there are too many sheltered dogs who experienced such abuse. I used to work as a behavioral technician and know that positive reinforcement is the best way to see reoccurring behaviors.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Doggy Day Care in Rural Hill on Rover is $31.08 per day (as of July 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Doggy Day Care easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Doggy Day Care. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of July 2026, there are 1,253 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Rural Hill. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Rural Hill commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 1,253 sitters in Rural Hill, 86% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
