About: My family and I live on a farm with our Border Collie, Solo, our Toy Australian Shepherd, Scout, 2 indoor cats, Snowy and Speedy, at least 2 barn cats, Mama Kitty and Glitter, 3 horses, Magic, Radi and Jazzy and 8 sweet chickens. There are always animals around the farm to feed, water, brush and enjoy playing with for everyone! My family, along with my 8 and 10 year old kids, have helped take care of many friends dogs, cats and chickens when they are out of town and we would love to help you out as well. We understand how hard it is to leave your fur babies and worry about them while you are trying to enjoy vacation with your friends and family or trying to concentrate at work. We have had dogs and cats from the time they were puppies and kittens until they lived to be 16 years old. I currently take care of all the animals on the farm, with a little help from the kids! Plus, my partner has worked as a vet tech and trained both dogs and horses, working with and around animals for 25 years! Your sweet fur baby will be in great hands with us! After finishing remodeling our house and with both kids finally in school, I have lots of time during your workdays to help with all your fur babies! And during the summer, the kids love to help me with all the animals! I love caring for and loving all animals! I would love to come hang out, walk, feed, brush, play and check in on them during the work day! I love having a flexible schedule to be able to help with your sweet animals while still being able to pick up my children from school and attend their activities. They also love all animals and may come with me to help take care of them when it is safe and the opportunity allows!

About: Hi there! I grew up on a ranch surrounded by dogs, horses, and animals of all kinds, so caring for them has always been a natural part of my life and I LOVE IT. I also spent years working as an assistant to a reputable dog breeder and have been pet sitting long before joining Rover. I’m a genuine animal person. At a party, I’m always the one on the floor hanging out with the dog. I have two healthy and friendly dogs of my own, June, my sweet rescue girl, and Sully, my loving Bernese Mountain Dog. I understand exactly how much trust it takes to leave your pets in someone else’s care. I truly take that responsibility very seriously. I’ll follow your instructions and routines closely, keep you updated while you’re away, and make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, respected, relaxed, and deeply loved. I’m comfortable with detailed feeding schedules, medications, special routines, and giving each animal the patience and attention they need. Most importantly, I’ll love and care for your pets the way I’d want someone to love and care for mine… and I’m picky. I’m currently a stay-at-home wife, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to devote to the animals in my care. My own dogs are truly my best friends, and I love being able to spend my days with them. When your pup is with me, they won’t be squeezed into a busy schedule. I’ll have the time and flexibility to give them plenty of attention, affection, and care throughout the day. They are my NUMBER ONE priority. The care I provide is always based on the individual needs and personality of each dog. Some dogs love long walks and plenty of activity, while others, like my Bernese Mountain Dog, are perfectly happy taking it easy and relaxing on the couch. No matter what your dog prefers, they’ll have my full attention, affection, and care. I’ll make sure they’re fed, comfortable, healthy, and following the routine you’ve established for them. I also understand that being away from their people can be stressful for some dogs. I pay close attention to how they’re feeling and do everything I can to help them feel safe, relaxed, loved, and at home while you’re away.

She has an excellent process in place of introducing the dogs to each other and feeding them. She has an amazing large property that is all fenced with a huge area for all of the dogs to enjoy each other and have wonderful dog play time. And excellent communication. Very highly recommended.”

About: **Due to extreme heat this summer I will use my discretion with shortening walks for your dog’s health** Current work schedule: I go in office 3 days a week but I can possibly I can flex my days. Available for services with that in mind! I need at least a week for new clients to schedule a meet & greet! I do not accept daycare & boarding without one because I require our pets to meet ahead of time so we can assess if they would be a good fit together. Aside from growing up with small dogs all around, I have solo cared for my senior rescue for the last 6 years up until his passing of old age. I have experience with both puppy and senior dog care, and am very careful with any physical concerns such as arthritis. I have experience administering oral medication both through treats and syringing food. I will love to hang out with your baby whether it’s going on walks, playing, or just coexisting - I’ve done it all. The best feeling I have is knowing I’ve given my dog a life full of love and enrichment, and I’m happy to help as you do the same for yours. I also have owned a cat and cat sit for friends and am more than happy to drop in on them and show them some love! I am definitely also a huge cat lady. I am very patient and understanding that I am a visitor to your pet and I will respect their boundaries while they are under my care. In case of emergency, I already have Battleground (Royal Oaks), Bluepearl (Mallory) and Banfield (Carothers) info saved and have experience with all 3 vets in Franklin. I currently have a full time job, but am generally off by 3-4 and my nights and weekends are pretty open! Some days I work from home so I’m around the area. I currently live in a 1BR apartment, have a balcony but there are paths and a dog park even within my complex, so there’s no shortage of areas to walk! I always keep my babies on leash.
