It turned out that he had cancer and that we would have to put him down. It was a long agonizing day trying of running tests and considering options before finally deciding that the most humane treatment would be to euthanize. Through all this, we are thankful to Caroline who took care of our remaining fur children--a dog and a cat. It was a great relief to not have to think or worry about them so we could focus on our oldest dog in his time of need.”

About: I have had a dog since I was born. My dog and I grew up together, learning together. Saying that I’ve had my fair share of experience being with pets. I have always had the responsibility to learn how to take care of them and their needs and we can’t forget having fun with toys and walks. Recently my dog sadly passed away and I would love nothing more being pets again. I currently work night shift during the week. So I’ll be available during the day after 7 am for playtime and walks and making sure they are fed and whatever they may need. I also have the weekends off Unfortunately I do not have a fenced in yard but I do have lots of grass for them to run around in and live in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walks. About: I have had a passion for taking care of animals since a young age. I have experience with all types of animals. I worked as a doggy daycare attendant and a veterinary assistant. I currently work at an animal shelter. I'm currently working 2 part time jobs. Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays availability with the possibility of Mondays. About: I have casually cared for pets (neighbors, family members, etc.) for years. Growing up, I had dogs and cats. Now, I have 2 cats, a bird (a cockatiel), a rabbit, and a hamster. I also have experience working on farms (chickens, goats, sheep, alpacas, llamas, & horses). Right now, I have a few families that I pet-sit for and I would love to add more families/households to my usual few. I am an elementary school teacher, so during the summer my hours are very, very flexible. During the school year (minus school vacations) I am working 8-3:30 at school. I am also a youth swim coach and work 4-6:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. I am able to make quick stops to let animals out in between school and swim team, though. I am unable to host animals in my home because I already have so many animals here and it wouldn't be fair to them. I am able to housesit (stay in homes to keep your animals company when I am not at work) and I am also able to drop in to check on them/feed them/walk them/give them love. My check in system is usually once in the morning between 7 & 8, stop by right after school at 3:30 (after letting animals out & walking them, this is when I would give dinner) and then come again right before bedtime to let animals out again. This is a schedule that works for me, but if you have different needs I am happy to meet them, so please ask.

About: I have had dogs in my life since I was born and currently have 3 dogs. I’ve owned all different kinds of breeds and taken care of more. About: I’ve always felt a strong connection to animals, so as a teenager a started my journey into taking care of them. My yard is over two acres with a couple of fenced in areas for the dogs. I also have a long runner that allows the dogs to roam around the entire yard. I am with the pets at all time, I will always have eyes on them.I have crates inside but rarely use them unless needed for my dog so our furry guests get top priority. About: I worked in an exotic vet hospital for 7 years which is also a wildlife rehab facility. Prior to that I have raised and cared for animals of all species of my own my whole life. Whether fury, feather, scales, or more I love just about every living being & critter. I have experience with reptiles like geckos, bearded dragons like my own, iguanas, turtles, birds of all shapes, color, and sizes, some farm animals, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, and things of the like. Animals that are venomous or harmful are excluded.* I care for and hang out with my fur babies, but there's plenty of room and time for more friendly faces. I work hard so my pets can have a good life. 😂 I frequently walk my dogs and can take yours around the neighborhood as well, lots of dog toys, pats and belly rubs, and can crate your pup if needed. Im also willing to help with some trainings and house breaking if requested.
