About: I've owned and cared for animals since high school. In addition to dogs and cats, I've owned horses since I was 16. I have been\am a foster parent for the Animal Rescue League of Boston since 2020. I'm a former puppy foster for service dogs and participated with early puppy training. I have carried those skills over to training other foster puppies and my personal dog. I have a medical background (EMT) and my daughter is a Vet Tech so I am very comfortable working with animals with medical needs and will follow any required medical plan. In addition to dogs and cats, I'd love to meet\care for your backyard farm animals; horses, pot-bellied pigs, chickens, goats, sheep, etc. I have experience with some of these animals through ownership and fostering opportunities. I'm open to meeting and learning about new friends. We currently have 4 dogs, 4 cats, and 2 horses in our home. All our animals are our babies and I'll care for yours as if they were my own. I'm currently unemployed so I'll have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I'm available for petsitting any day of the week and can work around any personal appointments. Boarding in my home is restricted to cats or other small animals. Puppies (under 1 year) may be accomodated, no adult dogs. For cats; we have a dedicated "cat room" to keep your pet separated from our pets. The room has a screen door so they don't feel locked away and can be part of our household while remaining safe. I will follow your pet care plan while in your home. For Puppies; all dogs are fed separately to avoid food aggression situations. All puppies will be crated for meals and sleeping overnight. If your puppy is not crate trained, I will work with them to ensure they are comfortable and not afraid. I can support your potty training schedule to maintain consistency.

About: I’ve taken care of cats for a few years now!! I’ve taken care of several friends’ cats for as long as a week or two, to just a weekend. I’m comfortable with just being in and out to just feed them and clean the litter box, or staying longer and spending time with the kitties. I don’t mind when cats hiss at me because I know they’re just speaking and I give them as much space as they need! I recently adopted my own cat, Shady, so I have even more experience now :))

About: I love having dogs around and work hard to make sure every pup is not only well cared for, but has a genuinely fun and enriching stay. My partner and I live on 30 acres, giving dogs plenty of room to explore. We also go on regular walks and hikes, which are a great way to burn off both physical and mental energy. Of course, not every dog wants an adventure. If you have a senior dog or one who prefers to take it easy, we’re just as happy to spend the day relaxing together with plenty of attention and snuggles. We have two friendly pet goats that are accustomed to being around dogs. That said, your dog’s comfort and safety always come first. If there’s any uncertainty about how either the dog or the goats might interact, the goats stay safely in their fenced pen while we have dog visitors. I work remotely from home with a flexible schedule. I usually spend a few hours working in the morning, then I’m outside for much of the day working on projects, and spending time with our canine guests. I’m very adaptable to your dogs needs. We can work together so your dog can have a routine similar to the one they have a home.

Our schedules and home allow us to give 24/7 attention to your furbabies with numerous outdoor breaks, play, and of course snuggles. Though I have fortunately never had to use it, I do have extensive Dogsitting insurance to cover both boarding and housesitting. We value the peace of mind it brings both us and our clients. I have a degree in Biology and worked as a Veterinary Technician, giving me the experience of various breeds and needs. Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have. Boarding dogs has become part of our daily routine so we have a schedule to fit all needs and preferences. Once you book with us, we work our schedule around the booking. I love enjoying walks around the lake we live on, as well as the many trails nearby. We can also play fetch in the backyard if pup can be off leash. Our house is in a very low traffic area full of nature. We are very attentive and we make sure we have details on their routines, feeding, medications and any special needs.
