About: I have a love for pets. With 48 years experience training pets and caring for pets of all ages, breeds and tempoerments. I have worked with many veterinarians around Kern Country and have extensive background in animal health and care. From the age of 9 to 18 I was involved in 4-H where I won achievement awards and acknowledgement for my handling and caring for pets. I worked in a dog and cat boarding facility for 15 years feeding, cleaning and caring for pets while their owners were away. I have also assisted in pet grooming. I respect all pets and use a gentle hand with pets a build trust and respect. I am punctual and enjoy what I do. Thank you for the opportunity! About: I’ve had pets my entire life and genuinely love caring for animals. I have experience looking after dogs and cats for friends, family, and neighbors, including feeding, walks, playtime, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m very reliable, detail-oriented, and always follow care instructions closely. I also have a flexible schedule and can often accommodate last-minute requests. I’m happy to send updates and photos during each visit so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands! Pet care fits very easily into my daily routine. I do online school, so my schedule is very flexible and I am available throughout the day most days of the week. This allows me to accommodate morning, midday, and afternoon walks or drop-in visits depending on what your pet needs. I am also able to be consistent with recurring schedules if needed, and I can adjust my availability when planned in advance. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize safety, respect, and following all instructions exactly as given. I make sure pets are secure at all times during walks, including proper leash handling and awareness of surroundings. During drop-in visits, I focus on making sure pets are fed, have fresh water, get potty breaks, and receive attention and playtime so they feel comfortable and cared for while their owner is away. I treat every home with respect by being mindful, clean, and careful, and I always follow any specific routines or rules provided for each pet.

About: I have always had dogs growing up. I currently have a French Bulldog that is my 2nd baby. I will take care of your fur babies as if they were mine. I just moved to the Bakersfield area from La where I had established a good Rover schedule but have to start over meeting new furry friends. About: Usually unseen fur babies. Love to watch their curiosity grow. They take time to trust and would love to take time for that to happen. I currently work a full-time job from 7:30 to 4 PM, but I do come home every day for an hour during my lunch break. In the evenings, I’m usually home. I have a fenced backyard with grass. If your animal is trained, I would also love for it to be part of my family and walk around my home and just be crated while I’m away.

About: I’ve spent more than 20 years caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’m comfortable caring for senior and special-needs pets, administering oral and injected medications, and keeping up with high-energy dogs who need plenty of exercise and play. I follow each pet’s normal routine closely and treat them like I would my own, with lots of attention, affection, and regular photo updates while you’re away. I currently work part time in customer service, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet sitting. My own Chihuahua lived to be 22 years old, so I understand firsthand how much patience, consistency, and extra attention older animals can need. That experience gave me an even deeper appreciation for the responsibility that comes with caring for someone’s pet. I’m also very mindful of safety and cleanliness in both my everyday life and in clients’ homes. I carefully follow care instructions, keep an eye on changes in behavior or needs, and make sure pets are comfortable and their environment is clean and secure.

About: I’ve been the family baby/dog sitter since I was 13! My whole family have always had pets and relied on me to take care of them! I’ve also taken care of my neighbors dog for several years enthusiastically. I’ve always found dogs to be the closest comfort, which is a reason to trust me. I’d take care of your dog like my own, as I hold them mine very close to my heart. I have a part time job working with kids, so I’m very available to book! I’m fully available four days of the week and I always have time to spend with your fur friends before and after work. In my home, I occasionally use a crate for my german shepherd, most of the time he is loose. He’s gotten accustomed to sleeping on my bed or my parent’s bedroom and we feed him early in the morning. Following his morning meal is a long walk. We make sure he’s well groomed with daily brushing and a wash once a week. Levi has allergies so we make sure to always apply topical remedies and purchase a high quality kind of dog food.

About: I’ve been caring for pets for a few years, mostly for close friends and family. Whether it’s feeding, walking, or just keeping them company while their family is away, I’ve always treated pets as my own. About: I have received the Elanco Veterinary Medical Applications Certification so I have experience in animal anatomy and physiology, animal welfare and behavior, veterinary medical practices, and more. About: I’ve volunteered at the shelters for several years. I participated in their cruising canines program that had me take a shelter pup out weekly for a few hours to burn energy. This includes going for walks, swimming, going to get a puppacino or just cruising in the car and wind surfing! I’ve taken all dog sizes and am physically fit enough to take on larger dogs. I’ve had animals of my own since I was 7 years old. This included ducks, pigs, dogs, cats and geese! I currently have 3 dogs of my own. I love any chance to meet new animals! I live a very active lifestyle and fitness is a huge part of my daily routine. I have 4 dogs of my own and understand how a pet is more than just a pet, they are a family member! I work from home as a seamstress, which allows for my schedule to be very flexible. Last minute bookings to planned bookings work for me! All of my dogs are inside dogs. They are treated with the same care as humans, if not more. Comfort is top priority for my animals and I understand every pet will require something different. No 2 animals are the same and volunteering at the shelter has helped me learn that quickly! I feel I am very good at a reading the situation and would never do anything to make an animal feel uncomfortable.

About: i love dogs and i’m good at taking care of pets. i’ll do anything you ask for me to do ( walk,run,etc.) i’m always free most of the time, i’m very nice and respectful. I love to do meet and greets before we book just so you feel comfortable with me and with your dog staying with me:) It will be Me and my mom watching your fur baby and which that makes your fur baby having eyes on them 24/7. My dog is 100% trained by me, so I take every effort into my fur baby. So i will with yours also! I have a Big fenced yard with one friendly female dog and 2 caged older dogs. We love to go on walks and she loves to do tricks n treats.

About: I’ve been watching dogs for 5+ years and I love them. I’m able to take care of them and provide what they need. I have my own dogs that I also take care of. I’m currently working full time from 6:30-3. I’m available in the mornings from 7:30am-5:30pm. I am also available all day on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as I do not work those days. I am able to walk and feed and clean dogs. I can do what you want me to do for your dog. As for my dogs they are well taken care of and are being fed and bathe regularly.

About: I've worked with special needs animals all my life from tri-pawds, deaf, and blind animals to those with dietary restrictions, behavioral issues, anxiety, and sensitivity to stimuli. Currently I am also employed by a farm that has working breads for dogs and barn cats. I work with a changing and flexible schedule and three days off per week, leaving me plenty of time for checking in on your furry friend. My animals have special dietary needs along with special care for allergies and sensitive skin. They receive joint supplements, specially vetted foods, special bathing requirements, and seasonal medications. I'm well versed at the care special needs animals require because of this.

About: I have four pets of my own, three dogs and one cat! I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15, from dog sitting overnight or just during the day. My parents coworkers always relied on me to stay with their dogs, feed them, and play with them. I have time available during the week and weekend to do what I enjoy doing, and that is taking care of animals. I love being energetic and provide the care animals need. I have a huge backyard to keep my dogs entertained. I also have plenty of toys my dogs don’t use because they are extremely picky. I follow the specific directions my clients direct me to. It varies between each client but I feed them as many times they tell me, make sure they have their certain blanket next to them when they sleep. Leave the light on because they are scared of the dark. Give them certain treats after they use the bathroom or do tricks. Take them on a walk with the correct harnesses, clean up after them etc.
